  1. 1
A terminal apparatus (400) comprising:a reception section (202) adapted to receive allocation information indicating one or more frequency resources that are allocated using one of a plurality of types, by which a bandwidth of a transmission signal using a MIMO transmission in uplink is divided into the frequency resources that are non-consecutive;and a transmission section (212) adapted to transmit the transmission signal based on the allocation information, characterized in that each of the frequency resources is comprised of a determined number of resource blocks or more, the determined number of resource blocks being a minimum bandwidth of each of the frequency resources, each of the resource blocks includes a pilot signal, and the minimum bandwidth of each of the frequency resources is increased or decreased according to a transmission bandwidth or a number of layers in the MIMO transmission, wherein the greater at least one of the transmission bandwidth and the number of layers of the terminal apparatus is, the greater the determined number of resource blocks is.
  2. 5
The terminal apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein one of the plurality of types is used according to a fluctuation of a channel in the uplink between the terminal apparatus and a base station apparatus.
  3. 6
A communication method comprising:receiving, at a terminal, allocation information indicating one or more frequency resources that are allocated using one of a plurality of types, by which a bandwidth of a transmission signal using a MIMO transmission in uplink is divided into the frequency resources that are non-consecutive;and transmitting, from the terminal, the transmission signal based on the allocation information, characterized in that each of the frequency resources is comprised of a determined number of resource blocks or more, the determined number of resource blocks being a minimum bandwidth of each of the frequency resources, each of the resource blocks includes a pilot signal, and the minimum bandwidth of each of the frequency resources is increased or decreased according to a transmission bandwidth or a number of layers in the MIMO transmission, wherein the greater at least one of the transmission bandwidth and the number of layers of the terminal is, the greater the determined number of resource blocks is.
  4. 10
The communication method according to any of claims 6 to 9, wherein one of the plurality of types is used according to a fluctuation of a channel in the uplink between the terminal and a base station apparatus.
