    An annular rotary knife blade (300;2300) for rotation about a central axis of rotation (R) in a power operated rotary knife (100;2000), the annular rotary knife blade (300;2300) comprising:a body (310;2310) and a blade section (360;2360) extending from the body (310;2310), the body (310;2310) and the blade section (360;2360) being radially centered about the central axis of rotation (R);the body (310;2310) including a first end (312;2312) and a second end (314;2314) spaced axially below the first end (312;2312) and an inner wall (316;2316) and an outer wall (318;2318) spaced radially apart, the outer wall (318;2318) of the body (310;2310) including an arcuate surface (319;2319) being convex radially outward with respect to the central axis of rotation (R), the arcuate surface (319;2319) including an upper region (319a) and a lower region (319b), the upper region (319a) of the arcuate surface (319;2319) being axially closer to the first end (312;2312) of the body (310;2310) and the lower region (319b) of the arcuate surface (319;2319) being axially closer to the second end (314;2314) of the body (310;2310);the body (310;2310) further including a driven gear (340;2340) having an upper end (349a) and an axially spaced apart lower end (349b) and comprising a plurality of gear teeth (341), the plurality of gear teeth (341) of the driven gear (340;2340) extending axially downwardly from the first end (312;2312) of the body (310;2310) and extending radially through the outer wall of the body (310;2310), the plurality of gear teeth (341) including outer surfaces (342c) comprising at least a part of the upper region (319a) of the arcuate surface (319;2319);the outer wall (318;2318) of the body (310;2310) further including a first bearing surface (322;2322) for rotatably supporting the annular rotary knife blade (300;2300) for rotation about the central axis of rotation (R), the first bearing surface (322;2322) including an upper bearing face (324a;2324a) in the upper region (319a) of the arcuate surface (319;2319) and a lower bearing face (324b;2324b) in the lower region (319b) of the arcuate surface (319;2319), the outer surfaces (342c) of the plurality of gear teeth (341) comprising at least a part of the upper bearing face (324a;2324a) of the first bearing surface (322;2322);and the blade section (360;2360) extending from the second end (324;2314) of the body (310;2310).

    The annular rotary knife blade (300;2300) of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the arcuate surface (319;2319) of the outer wall (318;2318) of the body (310;2310) of the annular rotary knife blade (300;2300), when viewed with respect to a plane parallel to the central axis of rotation (R) of the annular rotary knife blade (300;2300), defines a constant radius of curvature (RAD).

    The annular rotary knife blade (300;2300) of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the upper region (319a) of the arcuate surface (319;2319) extends between an/the upper end portion (319c) and an/the intermediate portion (319d) and the lower region (319b) of the arcuate surface (319;2319) extends between a/the lower end portion (319e) and the intermediate portion (319d), the upper region (319a) and the lower region (319b), when viewed with respect to a plane parallel to the central axis of rotation (R) of the annular rotary knife blade (300;2300), define a constant radius of curvature (RAD).

    The annular rotary knife blade (300;2300) of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the outer surfaces (342c) of the plurality of gear teeth (341) comprise a part of the lower region (319b) of the arcuate surface (319;2319) and comprise at least a part of the upper bearing face (324a;2324a) of the first bearing surface (322;2322) and a part of the lower bearing face (324b;2324b) of the first bearing surface (322;2322).

    The annular rotary knife blade (2300) of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the outer wall (2318) of the body (2310) further includes a bearing race (2380) that is concave radially inward with respect to the central axis of rotation (R), the bearing race (2380) including an upper region (2381a) and a lower region (2381b), the upper region (2381a) of the bearing race (2380) being axially closer to the first end (2312) of the body (2310) and the lower region (2381b) being axially closer to the second end (2314) of the body (2310), the outer wall (2318) of the body (2310) further including a second bearing surface (2381) for rotatably supporting the annular rotary knife blade (2300) for rotation about the central axis of rotation (R), the second bearing surface (2381) including an upper bearing face (2384a) in the upper region (2381a) of the bearing race (2380) and a lower bearing face (2384b) in the lower region (2381b) of the bearing race (2380).

    The annular rotary knife blade (300;2300) of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the outer surfaces (342c) of the plurality of gear teeth (341) comprise an entirety of the upper region (319a) of the arcuate surface (319;2319) of the outer wall (312;2312) of the body (310;2310).

    A combination of an annular rotary knife blade (300;2300) and an annular blade housing (400;2400) for use in a power operated rotary knife (100;2000), the annular blade housing (400;2400) supporting the annular rotary knife blade (300;2300) for rotation about a central axis of rotation (R), the combination comprising:the annular rotary knife blade (300;2300) according to any of claims 1 to 13.
