  1. 1
An osmotic material-free sanitary tissue product comprising a plurality of fibers wherein the sanitary tissue product exhibits a basis weight of from 40 g/m 2 to 500 g/m 2 as measured according to the Basis Weight Test Method, a Dry BEA of greater than 20.0 as measured according to the Dry Burst Test Method and a Dry Thick Compression of greater than 700 as measured according to the Dry Compressive Modulus Test Method, wherein the sanitary tissue product comprises at least one co-formed fibrous structure and at least one mono-fibrous wet-laid fibrous structure that are associated with one another by compression bonding or thermal bonding, said at least one mono-fibrous wet-laid fibrous structure comprising hardwood and/or softwood pulp fibers and comprising a non-random, repeating surface pattern, said at least one co-formed fibrous structure exhibiting a basis weight of from 15 g/m 2 to 400 g/m 2 as measured according to the Basis Weight Test Method and comprising a plurality of filaments and a plurality of fibers with a weight ratio of filaments to fibers of at least 1:10, said filaments comprising a thermoplastic polymer and said fibers comprised in the co-formed fibrous structure being selected from the group consisting of softwood kraft pulp fibers, hardwood fibers and mixtures thereof..
  2. 2
The sanitary tissue product according to Claim 1 wherein the thermoplastic polymer comprises a polyolefin, preferably wherein the polyolefin is selected from the group consisting of:polypropylene, polyethylene, and mixtures thereof.
  3. 3
The sanitary tissue product according to any of the preceding claims wherein the sanitary tissue product further exhibits a Bending Modulus of less than 10.00 as measured according to the Flexural Rigidity and Bending Modulus Test Method.
  4. 4
The sanitary tissue product according to any of the preceding claims wherein the sanitary tissue product further exhibits a TS7 of less than 17.0 as measured according to the Emtec Test Method.
  5. 5
The sanitary tissue product according to any of the preceding claims wherein the sanitary tissue product further exhibits a Wet Thick Compression of greater than 1800 as measured according to the Wet Compressive Modulus Test Method.
