  1. 1
A combined cauterization and stent operation device (1; 101) for moving a stent (S) to a lesion of a tubular tissue by a pipe member (3) and performing a stent operation, comprising:a bipolar electrode (7;107) for cauterization configured to be disposed at an operation end of the pipe member (3) to cauterize the lesion;a high frequency generator (9) configured to be connected to the bipolar electrode (7;107) for cauterization to allow the bipolar electrode (7;107) for cauterization radiate a high frequency current;and the pipe member (3), wherein the pipe member (3) includes: a fixed pipe (31) configured to have one end attached with a fixed handle (51) for gripping and the other end provided with a stent sheet (41) for seating a stent (S);and a moving pipe (33) configured to have one end attached with a moving handle (53) for gripping and be movably inserted longitudinally into the fixed pipe (31) to charge the stent (S) in the fixed pipe (31) in a compressed state in the stent sheet (41) wherein the bipolar electrode (7;107) for cauterization includes: an active electrode (71;171) wound around an outer peripheral surface of the fixed pipe (31) or the moving pipe (33) in a spiral form in plural times;and a passive electrode (73;173) wound around one side of the outer peripheral surface of the fixed pipe (31) or the moving pipe (33) alternated with the active electrode (71;171) in plural times;wherein the active electrode (71;171) and the passive electrode (73;173) are wound on the outer peripheral surface of the fixed pipe (31) or the moving pipe (33) with a constant alternating gap therebetween;wherein the active electrode (71;171) or the passive electrode (73;173) includes a concentration part (175, 177) without alternating with the other one electrode and the concentration part (175, 177) is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the fixed pipe (31) or the moving pipe (33) either with a smaller gap than the alternating gap between the active electrode (71;171) and the passive electrode (73;173) or gapless.
  2. 5
The combined cauterization and stent operation device (1;101) of any one of claims 1, 3, or 4, wherein in the bipolar electrode (7;107) for cauterization, a lead wire (49) for connection to a high frequency generator (9) through the moving handle (53) is formed as extending wires of the active electrode (71;171) and the passive electrode (73;173) and the lead wire (49) is finished so as not to be exposed to the outside by a coating part coated on the moving pipe (33).
