    A wireless device (102), comprising:an antenna (104, 204);a power amplifier (112, 212);a low noise amplifier (114, 214);a duplexer (106, 206) comprising: a hybrid transformer (110, 210) comprising: a primary coil (224a) having a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the first terminal of the primary coil is connected to an output of the power amplifier and the second terminal of the primary coil is connected to the antenna;and a secondary coil (224b) having a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the second terminal of the secondary coil is connected to an input of the low noise amplifier and the first terminal of the secondary coil is connected to ground;and a balancing impedance (108, 208) having a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the first terminal of the balancing impedance is connected to the output of the power amplifier and the second terminal of the balancing impedance is connected to the input of the low noise amplifier.

    A wireless device (102), comprising:an antenna (904);a power amplifier (912);a differential low noise amplifier (914) with a first differential input and a second differential input;a duplexer (906) comprising: a hybrid transformer (910) comprising: a primary coil (924a) having a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the first terminal of the primary coil is connected to an output of the power amplifier and the second terminal of the primary coil is connected to the antenna;and a secondary coil (924b);and a balancing impedance (908) having a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the first terminal of the balancing impedance is connected to the output of the power amplifier and a first terminal of the secondary coil, a second terminal of the secondary coil being connected to ground;a first capacitor coupled between the first differential input and the antenna;and a second capacitor coupled between the second differential input and the output of the power amplifier.

    A method for simultaneously transmitting and receiving, comprising:receiving a receive signal using an antenna;providing the receive signal to a low noise amplifier via a duplexer that comprises a hybrid transformer;receiving a transmit signal from a power amplifier;and providing the transmit signal to the antenna via the duplexer;wherein the duplexer comprises: the hybrid transformer comprising: a primary coil having a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the first terminal of the primary coil is connected to an output of the power amplifier and the second terminal of the primary coil is connected to the antenna;and a secondary coil having a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the second terminal of the secondary coil is connected to an input of the low noise amplifier and the first terminal of the secondary coil is connected to ground;and a balancing impedance having a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the first terminal of the balancing impedance is connected to the output of the power amplifier and the second terminal of the balancing impedance is connected to the input of the low noise amplifier.

    A computer-program product for simultaneous transmission and reception, the computer-program product comprising a non-transitory computer-readable medium having instructions thereon, the instructions comprising:code for causing a wireless device to carry out the method of any of claims 10-12.
