p0001The invention relates to a system comprising a component of a climate-technical installation with an opening, in particular a component with an opening provided in a housing inspection opening, and a closure member for closing the opening, wherein the closure element in its locking position, the opening on the outside completely covers and at least in regions in includes the opening protruding insertion.
p0002In one component of a climate-engineering plant, such as a channel member, an inspection opening can be provided which can be closed with a closure element. This closing element can for example be removed for maintenance and then remounted. A known closure member has a cylindrically shaped insertion region, which extends into the opening. For fixation are welded to the component nuts. The closure member has corresponding bores, then bolts can be passed through the. However, the assembly and dismantling is time-consuming. Since there are multiple and sometimes even small components, these can become easily lost.
p0003Object of the invention is to avoid the aforementioned disadvantages and to provide a system whose closure member is easily attachable and also equally easy to remove.
p0004This object is achieved in that the insertion area and the opening is polygonal, in particular hexagonal, are formed, wherein the insertion portion is so dimensioned with respect to the opening so that the insertion portion is insertable through the opening, and that at least partial regions of the edge regions of the opening and are formed of the lead-in in the manner of a bayonet lock, so that the closure element by rotating in the closing direction, that is, can be moved from the mounting position to its locking position. For the assembly, the insertion must only inserted into the opening and then the complete closure element or are rotated in the counterclockwise direction in its closing position. At some Which aids for this purpose does not require it. The assembly and disassembly is very easy. Other previously required components, such as screws, can not be lost consequently.
p0005The partial regions of the edge regions of the opening of the component and of the insertion of the closure element, which are designed in the manner of a bayonet catch, may be arranged at least in one area, in particular in all the corners. In particular in an arrangement in which the formed in the manner of a bayonet fastening portions of the edge regions are arranged in each corner of the opening on the one hand and of the insertion on the other hand, the closure element is securely fixed over its periphery.
p0006The constructed in the manner of a bayonet fastening portions of the edge areas of aperture and insertion can be designed as a groove / tongue connection, wherein either the groove is arranged in the edge region of the insertion portion and the spring is formed by the edge region of the opening or the spring through the edge region of the insertion portion is formed and the groove is arranged in the edge region of the opening, wherein in the locking position each spring is received in its corresponding groove.
p0007If it is in the component, for example, a channel housing made of sheet metal, is advisable if the periphery of the opening is the spring and the groove is arranged in the edge region of the insertion. In the obturating position, the spring, taken ie in this case the edge region of the opening into the corresponding groove of the insertion.
p0008In a preferred embodiment, at least one groove is disposed in the edge region of the insertion portion, in particular in the edge region of the corner of the insertion, and this groove is on the one hand by an area of the closure element, which in the locking position with the outer side of the component in contact, in particular in surface contact is, and laterally formed on the other by a relative to the insertion protruding portion.
p0009In order to achieve an automatic pinch of the closure element, lends itself to when the distance A between the surface of the closure element and the portion decreases seen in closing direction, since the portion seen in closing direction at an angle toward the surface in the locking position with the outside the component is in contact, is aligned pointing. When rotating in closing direction the closure element moves by fixed itself.
p0010The insertion and the opening can have the same number of corners.
p0011The closure element may have an outside operating handle. This allows a simple assembly and disassembly of the closure element from the outside.
p0012At least one corner of the insertion and / or at least one corner of the aperture may be rounded. This sharp corners are avoided and reduces the risk of injury.
p0013The closure element may be of metal or other suitable material.
p0014The closure element may be at least in the cooperating with the edge of the opening area, preferably completely, consist of plastic.
p0015Below an image displayed in the drawing embodiment of the invention will be explained. p0016In all figures, the same reference numerals are used for identical or similar components.
p0017In the figures, a section of a component 1 is shown with a hexagonal opening 2nd The opening 2 can be closed with a closure element 3, which has an insertion area 4 also with six corners.
p0018For example, as the <figref idrefs="f0001">FIG. 2</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0004">6</figref> It is apparent from the corners of the opening 2 and the corners of the insertion portion 4 are formed rounded.
p0019The insertion portion 4 is chosen with regard to its dimensioning such that it is slightly smaller than the opening 2 in the component 1 can be such that the insertion portion 4 is inserted into the assembly position in the opening 2 and extracted from this.
p0020In <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 6</figref> is shown with its introduced into the opening 2 insertion 4 in its mounted position the closing element. 3 It is clearly visible that the corners of the insertion portion 4 and the corners of the openings 2 aligned.
p0021<figref idrefs="f0005">Fig. 8</figref> shows a side view of one of the six corner regions of the closing element 3. The edge of the opening 2 in the component 1 is not shown. As<figref idrefs="f0005">Fig. 8</figref> It is apparent from partial regions of the edge regions, namely the corners of the opening 2 of the component 1 on the one hand and of the lead-in 4 of the closure element 3 on the other hand in the manner of a bayonet closure, each comprising a spring 5 and a groove 6 are formed.
p0022The spring 5 is formed by the edge region of the opening the second The groove 6 is arranged in the illustrated embodiment, in the edge region of the insertion 4th Each groove 6 on the one hand by an area 7 of the closure element 3 and located possibly on seal 10, which is in the locking position with the outside of the component 1 into contact, and on the other by a laterally formed opposite the insertion area 4 preceding section. 8
p0023viewed in the closing direction 9, the distance A is reduced between the surface 7 of the closure element 3 and the portion 8, since the portion 8 as seen in the closing direction 9 obliquely, in the direction of the surface 7, which is in the obturating position to the outside of the component 1 is in contact is aligned with Gradient. This causes the edge of the opening 2 with rotation of the closure element 3 is increasingly clamped in its closing direction 9 and thus the closure element 3 fixed in a clamped against accidental loosening.
p0024As in <figref idrefs="f0005">figure 9</figref> is shown, on the surface 7 of the closure element 3, which is in the obturating position to the outside of the component 1 in the illustrated embodiment, in areal contact, two circumferential seal 10 is provided, which can be for example foamed. The seals 10 are in<figref idrefs="f0005">Fig. 8</figref> been cut out. Each seal 10 also serves for adaptation to different thicknesses of the component first
p0025For example, as in <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 7</figref> seen, the groove 6 in the middle of a corner of the insertion portion 4 is the deepest, while the depth of the groove 6 to the two sides of the groove 6 decreases towards. The six straight, two adjacent corners connecting edge portions 11 have no groove. 6
p0026To close the closure element 3 is in the in <figref idrefs="f0005">Fig. 8</figref> twisted embodiment clockwise shown. Thus, the spring 5 serving as the edge region of the opening 2 in the respective groove 6 of the insertion portion 4 is received. The closure element 3 runs with increasing twisting due to the oblique orientation of at least a portion 8 itself, so that the closure element 3, the opening 2 sealingly closes and also can not solve.
p0027As in <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> shown, the closing element 3 an outside operating handle 12.
