  1. 1
A sacrocolpopexy support comprising:a body (1322) having a base (1324) and a leg (1326) extending from the base that is attachable to a cuff of a vagina;wherein the body (1322) is a nonplanar Y-shaped body including an elongated base (1324) disposed in a plane (1328) and a pair of legs (1326) extending from the elongated base (1324), each leg bifurcated away from the plane (1328) of the elongated base (1324) at a non-zero acute angle characterized in that the sacrocolpopexy support also comprises a first interconnecting member (110) coupled to the base (1324) of the sacrocolpopexy support;and an adjustable anchor (120) attachable to a ligament, the adjustable anchor (120) slidably coupled to the first interconnecting member (110) to permit bi-directional movement along the first interconnecting member and configured to exert a compressive force generating frictional interference with the first interconnecting member so as to inhibit the bi-directional movement of the adjustable anchor along the first interconnecting member until sufficient force is applied to overcome the frictional interference, and wherein the base (1324) and the legs (1326) are monolithically formed.
  2. 3
The sacrocolpopexy support of any one of claims 1 or 2, wherein the adjustable anchor (120) comprises:a body (122) having a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the distal end includes a flange section that is wider than the proximal end;and a collar (128) surrounding and generating a compressive force against the proximal end of the body;wherein the interconnecting member (110) is disposed between the body (122) and the collar (128), subject to the compressive force that generates frictional interference to inhibit bi-directional movement of the adjustable anchor (120) along the interconnecting member (110) unless sufficient force is applied to overcome the frictional interference.
