    A gaming system comprising:at least one display device;at least one input device;at least one processor;and at least one memory device which stores a plurality of instructions, which when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to operate with the display device and the at least one input device to: (a) for each play of a wagering game: (i) receive a wager on the play of the wagering game, (ii) generate an outcome for the play of the wagering game, (iii) display the generated outcome, and (iv) provide any award associated with the generated outcome, (b) in addition to the play of the wagering game, display at least one event in a service window, said at least one displayed event associated with at least one controller determination, and (c) cause data associated with the at least one displayed event to be communicated to a mobile device which stores the data associated with the at least one displayed event.

    A method of operating a gaming system, the method comprising:(a) for each play of a wagering game: (i) receiving a wager on the play of the wagering game, (ii) causing at least one processor to execute a plurality of instructions to generate an outcome for the play of the wagering game, (iii) causing at least one display device to display the generated outcome, and (iv) providing any award associated with the generated outcome;(b) in addition to the play of the wagering game, causing the at least one display device to display at least one event in a service window, said at least one displayed event associated with at least one controller determination, and (c) causing the at least one processor to execute the plurality of instructions to cause data associated with the at least one displayed event to be communicated to a mobile device which stores the data associated with the at least one displayed event.

    A non-transitory computer readable medium including a plurality of instructions, which when executed by at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to:(a) for each play of a wagering game: (i) receive a wager on the play of the wagering game, (ii) generate an outcome for the play of the wagering game, (iii) cause at least one display device to display the generated outcome, and (iv) provide any award associated with the generated outcome, (b) in addition to the play of the wagering game, cause the at least one display device to display at least one event in a service window, said at least one displayed event associated with at least one controller determination, and (c) cause data associated with the at least one displayed event to be communicated to a mobile device which stores the data associated with the at least one displayed event.
