A method for receiving interactive synchronized video, comprising: (a) receiving at least one video content from at least a first SVCS, (b) receiving at least one conferencing content from at least a second SVCS, and c) synchronizing at the receiver the at least one video content and the at least one conferencing content.

    A method for distributing video content, comprising:(a) forming a video distribution conference (VDC) to distribute video content from a video source to at least two participants;(b) forming at least one co-view-conference (CVC) to distribute conferencing content between at least two of the at least two participants;and (c) distributing video content over the VDC, wherein the VDC and at least one of the CVCs are combined to form a single conference using a low-delay video conferencing system.
