  1. 1
A microwave heating construct (174), comprising:a first main panel (102;202;602) and a second main panel (104) opposite one another;a first minor panel (106;206;606) and a second minor panel (108;208;608;708) opposite one another, the first minor panel and the second minor panel being foldably joined to the first main panel and the second main panel along respective fold lines (110, 112, 114, 116) to at least partially define an interior space (180), a microwave energy interactive material (168) overlying at least a portion of at least one of the first main panel (102;202;602), second main panel (104), first minor panel (106;206;606), and second minor panel (108;208;608;708) on a side of the respective panel facing the interior space;the first main panel and the second main panel each have a width extending between a respective pair of said fold lines (110, 112, 114, 116) and a first end panel (136) foldably joined to the first main panel along an arcuate fold line (138), wherein the arcuate fold line has a pair of endpoints positioned along the fold lines (112, 114) of the first main panel, the first end panel including a pair of opposed side edges (142, 144) that extend from the endpoints of the arcuate fold line to endpoints of an arcuate end edge (140) opposite the arcuate fold line;wherein the construct includes a removable portion (158;258;658) comprising at least a portion of at least one of the first main panel, the second main panel, the first minor panel, and the second minor panel, the removable portion being defined at least partially by a transverse tear line (160;260;660) extending at least partially across the respective panel, an oblique tear line (166;266;666b) substantially abutting the transverse tear line, and a cutout (152;252;652;752) proximate to the oblique tear line, characterized in that the first and second minor panel (106, 108) comprise respective longitudinal fold lines (148, 150) which are slightly offset from the longitudinal centerline of respective panels (106, 108) and which are, respectively, slightly closer to the fold line (112) joining the first main panel to the first minor panel and slightly closer to the fold line (114) joining the first main panel to the second minor panel, the width of the second main panel (104) is greater than the width of the first main panel (102;202;602) when the construct is formed from a blank and substantially flattened along the longitudinal fold lines (148, 150) of the first and second minor panel (106, 108), the opposed side edges (142, 144) of the first end panel extend divergently from the endpoints of the arcuate fold line (138) to endpoints of the arcuate end edge (140).
  2. 5
The construct of any of claims 2 to 4, wherein the second end panel (118) includes a substantially linear end edge (122, 124) that extends between the pair of side edges (130;132) of the second end panel.
  3. 7
The construct of any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the cutout (152;252;652;752) extends inwardly from an end of the construct.
  4. 10
The construct of any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the cutout (152;252;652;752) is disposed within at least one of the first main panel (102;202;602), second main panel (104), first minor panel (106;206;606), and second minor panel (108;208;608;708) distal from an end of the construct.
  5. 14
The construct of any of claims 1 to 13, wherein the microwave energy interactive material (168) is operative for converting at least a portion of impinging microwave energy into thermal energy.
