The present invention relates to an information processor 10 in an information processing system including a plurality of apparatuses 20 configured to execute one or more applications 24, the information processor 10 being connected to the apparatuses 20 through a network 30. The information processor 10 includes: apparatus identification information obtaining means for obtaining, from the apparatuses 20, apparatus identification information identifying the respective apparatuses 20, license status obtaining means for obtaining the license status information that is a list of applications 24 correlated with the corresponding apparatuses 20 based on the apparatus identification information and the license information, license data obtaining means for obtaining license data that authorises the use of the applications 24 from a computer connected through the network 30 and license status information updating means for updating the license status information based on the license data. The invention further relates to an information processing system including a plurality of apparatuses 20 configured to execute one or more applications 24, and the information processor 10 connected to the apparatuses 20 through the network 30. The apparatuses 20 may include license status information generating means for generating license status information that is a list of applications 24 correlated with the corresponding apparatuses 20 based on the apparatus identification information and the license information and license status information generating means for generating the license status information.
