Abstract

- 2Bolzensetzgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstelleinrichtung zum Verstellen des Brennkammervolumens einen Motor (16), insbesondere einen Elektromotor, umfasst.
- 3Bolzensetzgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (16) über ein Getriebe (17) mit einer verstellbaren Brennkammerwand (15) gekoppelt ist.
- 4Bolzensetzgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerungseinrichtung (25) mit einer Bedieneinrichtung (44) zur Energieeinstellung und/oder einer Anzeigeeinrichtung (55) verbunden ist, die Energieinformationen anzeigt.
- 5Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Bolzensetzgeräts nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit Hilfe der Steuerungseinrichtung (25) sowohl das Brennkammervolumen als auch die Dosierung des der Brennkammer (12) zugeführten Brenngases eingestellt wird.
- 6Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das aktuelle Ist-Brennkammervolumen erfasst und mit einem gewünschten Soll-Brennkammervolumen verglichen wird.
- 7Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus Abweichungen zwischen dem aktuellen Ist-Brennkammervolumen und dem gewünschten Soll-Brennkammervolumen eine Stellgröße für die Verstelleinrichtung zum Verstellen des Brennkammervolumens ermittelt wird.
- 8Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bolzensetzgerät (1) eine Resetfunktion aufweist, die durch eine Benutzerinteraktion ausgelöst wird und bei der die Einstellung des Brennkammervolumens und/oder die Dosierung des der Brennkammer (12) zugeführten Brenngases kalibriert werden/wird.
- 9Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstelleinrichtung zum Verstellen des Brennkammervolumens bei einem Reset gegen einen Anschlag bewegt wird.
- 10Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das aktuelle Ist-Brennkammervolumen mit Hilfe einer Sensoreinrichtung (20) erfasst wird.
- 11Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dosierventileinrichtung (10) normalerweise geschlossen ist und durch die Steuerungseinrichtung (25) für eine vorbestimmte Zeit geöffnet wird, so dass eine definierte Menge Gas in die Brennkammer (12) strömt.
