p0001The present invention relates to an in-ear earphones, a clipless listener, and an ear clip handset.
p0002Out <patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="WO03103255A"><text>WO 03/103255</text></patcit> is an earphone known, which makes it possible that the individual electro-acoustic transducer of the handset can be attached to a "neck band".
p0003In-ear headphones or earphones represent small earphones or headphones, which can be inserted into the outer ear. Typically, the electro-acoustic transducer of the earphone is thereby inserted into the outer ear.
p0004Such in-ear earphones are however often perceived by prolonged wear uncomfortable and at a number of users, the in-ear earphones falling out regularly.
p0005It is an object of the present invention to improve the comfort of in-ear earphones.
p0006This object is achieved by an in-ear earphone according to claim. 1
p0007Thus, a loose bow-listener is provided with at least two electro-acoustic transducers each transducer and associated connecting elements to connect with corresponding connecting elements which are associated with a different electro-acoustic transducer. Thus, the two electroacoustic transducer of a listener may be, for example, connected to one another for storage.
p0008According to the present invention provide the joining elements are magnets, so that a magnetic connection is present.
p0009Further aspects of the invention are described in the subclaims.
p0010The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.<dl id="dl0001"><dt>Fig. 1</dt><dd>shows various external views of an in-ear earphone,</dd><dt>FIG. 2</dt><dd>shows an in-ear earphones <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> in one ear,</dd><dt>Fig. 3A, 3B and 3C</dt><dd>show in-ear earphone according to the invention,</dd><dt>Fig. 4</dt><dd>shows various views of an ear clip-listener,</dd><dt>Fig. 5</dt><dd>shows an external view of a package for the handset,</dd><dt>Fig. 6</dt><dd>shows a package for a listener, and</dd><dt>Fig. 7</dt><dd>shows a package for listeners.</dd></dl>
p0011<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> shows three different views of an in-ear earphone. The in-ear earphones has a cable K and an electroacoustic transducer W. In addition, the in-ear earphones on a support member S. The support member S is aligned with the cable K.
p0012In <figref idrefs="f0001">FIG. 2</figref> is a schematic representation of the in <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> shown shown in-ear earphones, which used in an ear O. The converter W is placed above the ear canal and the support member S is anchored in the concha. Thus, a secure fixing of the in-ear earphone is made possible in the ear by a two-point anchoring in the concha. The support elements S may be interchangeable, can take various forms and / or may be rotatably arranged eccentrically. Further, the support elements S may be configured adaptively.
p0013To improve the fixing in the ear, the support elements S towards the transducer W may be spring biased. As an alternative to the in<figref idrefs="f0001">Figures 1 and 2</figref> shown earphones with only one support member S, may also be earphones provided with more than one support member S, so that an N-point support of the handset is made possible in the outer ear, where N ≥. 2 The support elements can also be biased towards each other.
p0014The <figref idrefs="f0002">Figures 3A, 3B</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0003">3C</figref> each show an external view of an in-ear earphone. The two earphones (left and right) in each case have a housing, which is connected to a cable K. In the housing is a transducer W1, W2, and on the opposite side to the transducer mounted in each case a connecting element VE. The two connecting elements VE of the earphone are configured such that they are connected to the respective other connecting element.
p0015<figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 3B</figref> shows an enlarged view of the in-ear earphones from <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 3a</figref>, The housing is also connected to a cable K, and has a transducer W1, W2, and a connecting element VE on the back of the housing. The connecting elements VE represent magnets, so that the connection between the two connecting elements can be carried out magnetically, the magnets have opposite polarities.
p0016As an alternative to the magnets, the connecting elements VE can be configured as push buttons, hook and loop fastener or as a force-fit or form-fit connection.
p0017<figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 3C</figref> shows different views of the in-ear earphone. The housing has an electroacoustic transducer W, VE fasteners at the back of the housing and cable kink protection KS at the juncture of the housing with the cable. By the kink protection, the cable bends at the juncture and be damaged.
p0018The in <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1 and Fig. 2</figref> shown in-ear earphones may also include those described fasteners VE and the bend protection.
p0019<figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 4</figref> shows different views of an ear clip headset. This handset comprises a bracket on B, which can be slipped over the outer ear so that the handset can be securely fixed over the ear. The ear padding this ear clip-listener is configured such that when the handset is placed on an ear, mainly couples acoustically sealed outwardly shaped part A of the earphone with the ear canal of the user.
p0020This acoustic coupling tight especially the bass transmission is improved. Further, the in<figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 3C</figref> Kink shown are used.
p0021<figref idrefs="f0005">Fig. 5</figref> shows a view of a package for in the <figref idrefs="f0001 f0002 f0003 f0004">Figures 1 to 4</figref> shown handset. The packaging case has a lid D and at least four inflatable air chambers KA. Between the air chambers KA is a container, preferably made of fabric, is provided.
p0022By inflatable air chambers of the contents of the container or packaging is protected.
p0023The lid D can be inserted into the opening of the package fit like a cork.
p0024<figref idrefs="f0006">Fig. 6</figref> shows an external view of a packaging. The package includes an annular inflatable air chamber KA and a pocket T inside the inflatable ring. The bag has a zipper R for opening and closing the pocket. The in<figref idrefs="f0001 f0002 f0003 f0004">Figures 1 to 4</figref> Listeners described the possibility to be stowed in the pocket.
p0025<figref idrefs="f0007">Fig. 7</figref> shows an external view of a packaging. In the picture above the packaging with an in-ear earphone is shown. The earphone is doing inside (what is shown transparent) packaging and that the handset cord is wrapped around the packaging.
p0026In the lower image, the package is shown in its opened state, the cover D is fixed by two elastic cords G to the remainder of the packaging. The transducers are here put into the interior of the package, the lid of the package is sealed and that the handset cord is wound around the package.
