The invention relates to a compound according to the preamble of claim 1.
From practice it is known to manufacture wire-mesh panels and / or differently configured, through which plates container - such as a drainage tank. Such tanks are often composed of so-called trench elements. This so-called horizontal connectors are used to secure juxtaposed elements against horizontal sliding. To organize the elements for a multi-tier models of a drainage tank above the other, so-called vertical connectors are used. Practice usual they are so incorporated into a recess provided in the lower element to protrude with a "free" portion out of the recess. The above is to be arranged element is then plugged with its part provided for the connector recess on these free connector section. This vertical connector serve as a positioning aid in order to set the respective "floors" of the tank accurately superimposed can and should at the same time prevent by their safety function slipping an entire floor in the horizontal direction.
Such vertical connectors are configured under practice as pieces of pipe or otherwise shaped hollow body. Such a hollow body is usually cast using a so-called core, which can turn out time-consuming and relatively expensive a mold, thus producing a connector.
A process described slippage of individual elements or floors must be prevented, since such tanks are surrounded by a geotextile and a verrutschendes tank element may damage the geotextile. The safe operation of such tanks may therefore be at risk.
The mentioned within this proposal "permeable plates" may be for example, the conventional for the production of a drainage tank grids, but also perforated plates or other plates, which have a flow-through of a fluid - either through perforations in the panel or via channels that are part of the plate.
The invention has the object to improve a generic link such that it has greater stability and the necessary components are to be provided inexpensively.
This object is achieved by a compound having the features of claim 1 and by a connecting pin of claim 9.
The invention proposes in other words, to use a connecting element configured as a solid body for a two-dimensional connection of two through-flow plates.
A connection of two plates with a connecting pin configured as a solid body offers several advantages. Among other things, the opposite a hollow connector increased stability of a connecting pin against buckling stress and sudden shocks, as can occur during the installation of a tank made of interconnected plates. Especially when a proposal according to connecting pin is in a particularly advantageous embodiment of plastic. For example, for the production of such plastic small parts in large quantities, injection molding a suitable and proven method. is for the mold advantageously no core required, which enables a particularly economical production of a proposed connecting element line through the design of the connecting pin as a solid body.
It can be provided, the connecting pin with mild to significant game in a receiving opening - bring a plate - so in the seat. However, it may just when a connecting pin to be securely clamped in a plate against a certain resistance to unintentional loosening, be advantageous to introduce the connecting pin with a light hammer blow on one of its two ends in a plate. Here too, a massive Enriched connecting pin a significantly higher stability, while at a hollow body - especially at low temperatures - the risk of Wandungsbruches is given.
The penetrating sections of a proposed connecting pin can be configured differently in size and cross-sectional shape, the course is always in such a way that they both are optional in the seat to be interconnected plates inserted. For example - with the same configuration of the seats in the plates - the connecting pin is clamped on a penetrating, and be introduced in other penetrating only seated with slight play.
Due to the fact that a proposal according massive connecting pin having an advantageous high stability, it is possible to design this much smaller than the usual practice connector of a hollow body. This allows savings in cost of materials for the production thereof and the space required for packaging and / or transport of connecting pins and the associated costs. This in turn can reduce the cost of deploying according to the proposal connecting pins, which is particularly advantageous in a mass-produced articles such as this one.
Since it is a proposal proper connecting pin is a solid body, which is designed more stable than a practical conventional hollow-connectors, can this be dispensed with a special selection of materials and particularly advantageously a so-called recycled, so a recycled material for its production be used. Here, the connecting pin can be partially or completely made of a recycled material. Such recycled material is often to procure much cheaper and can be composed of almost any synthetic or mixed materials, which can reduce the manufacturing cost of such a connecting pin clearly next to a conservation of resources.
In an exemplary embodiment, includes a proposal according to connecting pin two sections with varying cross-sectional areas. By way of example having two axially adjacent sections, the first section is designed with a slightly larger cross-sectional area for clamping in a first plate and the second portion for loosely inserted into a second plate having a slightly smaller cross-sectional area. Thus, the connecting pin is advantageously secured against accidental falling out after the section has been introduced with the larger cross-sectional area in the plate. The plates may be configured in dimension and shape advantageously equal to the area of the seat, in each of the corresponding portions of the pin are introduced.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the larger portion of a so-called collar - exemplified in a cylindrical shape - form, of its respective end side of which extends in either direction depending on another, smaller section, which can also be configured cylindrically. If the connecting pin inserted with the federal government in a disk, it can be supported with this on a face in the seat or otherwise to the plate and is thus effectively secured against slipping and / or falling out of the plate. Through an alliance with a large cross-sectional area can be a proposition properly connecting pin shearing forces offer a particularly high resistance and enables a reliable connection of the respective tank parts.
Particularly advantageously, a proposal according to connection pin have a tapered portion at least. Exemplary in an insertion configuration, which allows an easier stringing Bring two tank members. If a tank element with the appropriate seat on an already introduced in another tank element connecting pin is placed, the insertion can facilitate the "threading" in the seat significantly, speeding up the production process of a tank. Especially when such a member 'wrong' to another is placed, can effectively prevent damage to the pin or to the board such insertion. Therefore, a connecting pin may advantageously comprise at each end of such insertion. In functional sense as support for the so-called threading a connecting element as a hemispherical shape, a lens shape or another, tapered protrusions have.
It may be in the act, however, tapered portion and the part of the penetrating, which abuts a corresponding seat form. To this end, the tapered portion may be advantageously embodied longer than when executed as a chamfer.
In an advantageous embodiment may comprise two tapered portions, a connecting pin - exemplified embodiment of to the ends of the pin tapering truncated cones, which are used in each case in the form corresponding seats in the plates. Such tapered shapes are suitable because of their good solubility of the mold particularly well suited for manufacture by a casting method, which enables easier manufacturing of a proposed connecting pin.
To back up a connecting pin against the initially mentioned accidental release from a plate in the seat, it can be particularly advantageously have a reibfreudige surface. This can be achieved by way of example by a partially or sectionally applied coating, a "mechanical" roughening or a profiling, such as a thumb wheel. If provided, only one to be developed by several sections with a reibfreudigen surface, this may for example have a color coding. This allows the technician at the installation for fast detection of the desired "installation direction" of the connecting pin.
Assigns a connecting pin has a circular cross-section, this is particularly advantageous for the production of the pen during the injection molding, since the form used for this purpose be advantageous kept simple and therefore inexpensive to. The pen can be used in this configuration - with respect to its axis of rotation - are introduced in any position and does not have to be aligned before it is introduced, which would be the case when pin and seat would form consistently configured round. A circular geometry enables a reduction in working hours at the installation site and therefore an economic provision of a tank therewith. It is also advantageous that a proposal according to connecting pin to each of its designated penetrating sections is mountable anywhere in a designated seat a plate. The plates used for a tank must not have different configured recesses, but can be advantageous in these places designed in the same, which can prevent errors during installation.
As described already above the connecting pin - be designed such that it partially into a plate having a clamping seat and is inserted loosely only in the other plate - with the same configuration of the respective seats in the plates. This "clamping function" but can also be implemented on differently designed seats in the respective plates. It may be provided to provide in a vat provided for receiving a connecting pin seat of a plate, a kind of nose, a circumferential ring or other sections, limiting the seat interior, in which the connecting element is clamped or held. The plates are here, for example factory-installed in such a tank element that inevitably results in a combination with one clamping seat and a loose guide in the seat in the manufacture of a tank of several elements.
However advantageous kannn an inserted connecting pin through its fact designed configuration to be the cause of achieving such a combination with a force fit and a loose guide in the seat, as hereby with maintained design of the plates, the tank members produced with them may be combined with one another. This also allows easy retrofit - also of already existing customer portfolios - according to the proposal with connecting pins.
How does the combination of a compound with one clamping seat and a loose guide is realized in the seat, can be determined or customized as needed. For example, a tank created by the fact that - as described above - are several floors formed from individual elements above the other set can be provided to provide the clamping fit in each aufzusetzenden floor. The connecting pins are in this case prior to installation of an element - viewed in the installed position - among other introduced clamped in this and then loosely inserted into the already laid down, lower floor. Especially with long-range installation of such tanks with a large total may be required during manufacture a walkability of stories to set up additional floors or to attach to the geotextile. To enable these accessibility fully, this embodiment is particularly suitable. If an already built-in single element again removed - for example, to be moved to another place - remains the connecting pin securely clamped in the plate of want to move element and the element can be used elsewhere.
When receiving opening or seat here, the area of a plate is referred to, in which a proposal according to connecting pin is inserted. This receiving opening may be by a specially for this purpose in the plate section incorporated, by way of example in the form of an integrally molded sleeve. However, they may - in particularly economical embodiment - also to an open area of the lattice structure of a grid plate or a perforation in a perforated plate or similar act, in which a connecting pin is introduced, thus creating a proposed connection.
A proposed arrangement several plates may be realized, for example by one of the aforementioned drainage tanks. This tank is is composed of several individual elements, said individual elements are connected to each other via the plates incorporated in the connecting pins. These connections enable a secure cohesion between the individual elements, whereby a tank receives its desired high stability, and thus provides a reliable protection against slipping or shifting of the elements. Although is a proposal connecting element according to priority for connecting superimposed mounted individual elements, wherein the connecting element is introduced into an upright position, but it can also be used for backup in a lying position.
A proposed connection or a proposal proper pin connection are also suitable for the preparation of otherwise permeable arrangements such as drainage channels or the like, with shapes not corresponding to a tank or container. This applies even if they are not or only partially provided with a geotextile.
