Electronic flash, electronic camera and light emitting head

Abstract

A light source for a photographing device comprises a plurality of light emitting devices that emit light of different wavelengths, a power supply device and a light emission control device. The light emission control device controls ratios between light emission amounts from the plurality of light emitting devices of different wavelengths and all the light emission amounts from the plurality of light emitting devices, and turns on and off the plurality of light emitting devices with duty ratios corresponding to the ratios between the plurality of light emission amounts.

  1. 1
A photographing device (100) that obtains image signals of a subject image captured with a taking lens (110) and an imaging device (114), the photographing device (100) comprising:a plurality of light emitting devices (38R, 38G, 38B) that are used as flash light sources of the photographing device and emit light of different wavelengths;a power supply device (40, 42, 44);a determining device (138) that determines a ratio between components corresponding to the wavelengths of the plurality of light emitting devices (38R, 38G, 38B) according to the obtained image signals of the subject image before shooting;and a light emission control device (52, 54) that separately supplies electric energy from the power supply device (40, 42, 44) to the plurality of light emitting devices (38R, 38G, 38B), controls ratios between light emission amounts from the plurality of light emitting devices of different wavelengths and all the light emission amounts from the plurality of light emitting devices, and controls the ratios between the light emission amounts from the plurality of light emitting devices of different wavelengths according to the ratio between the components determined by the determining device (138).
  2. 2
The photographing device (100) as defined in claim 1, wherein the light emission control device (52, 54) comprises:a device (52) that determines one of an amount of reflected light from a subject emitted from one of the plurality of light emitting devices (38R, 38G, 38B) of different wavelengths of which light emitting time is shortest among the plurality of light emitting devices and an amount of reflected light from the subject emitted from the plurality of light emitting devices (38R, 38G, 38B) of different wavelengths;a first light emission stop control device (52, 54) that stops light emission of the light emitting device which light emitting time is shortest of the plurality of light emitting devices (38R, 38G, 38B) when the determined one of the amounts of reflected light from the subject reaches a predetermined reference value (V ref ') according to the ratios between the light emission amounts from the plurality of light emitting devices (38R, 38G, 38B) of different wavelengths;a measuring device (34, 52, 54) that measures a light emitting time of the light emitting device (38R, 38G, 38B) controlled by the first light emission stop control device;a calculating device (52, 54) that calculates light emitting times of others of the light emitting devices (38R, 38G, 38B) according to the light emitting time measured by the measuring device and the ratios between the light emission amounts from the plurality of light emitting devices of different wavelengths;and a second light emission stop control device (52, 54) that stops light emission of the others of the light emitting devices according to the light emitting times calculated by the calculating device.
  3. 4
The photographing device (100) as defined in claim 3, further comprising:a recording device (25) that records the colour temperature of subject light;and a designating device (23) that designates reading of the colour temperature recorded in the recording device, and when the designating device designates reading of the colour temperature in the recording device, the light emission control device (52) controls ratios between light emission amounts from the plurality of light emitting devices (38R, 38G, 38B) of different wavelengths so that the colour temperature of the light becomes the read colour temperature.
