p0001The invention relates to a housing of at least one plate-like blank, in particular from sheet metal and in particular for electrical installations, with at least one formed in the housing wall by means of a recess for receiving a threaded bolt.
p0002Metal case for example be used for receiving of electrical installations. A formed from a plate-like, stamped blank housing for underfloor equipment container is known from European Offenlegungsschrift<patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="EP1585377A2"><text>EP 1585377 A2</text></patcit> known. A stamped sheet metal blank is bent in the region of its side walls, so that an open-topped, box-like housing arises. Two opposite side walls have at their upper edges, which are opposed to a base plate, bent at right angles on flanges, extending therethrough toward the interior of the housing and parallel to the baseplate. In the finished state of the housing abutting portions of the sidewalls are provided with cutouts and forms which engage form-locking detent when lifting and thereby ensure a firm connection.
p0003From US Patent <patcit id="pcit0002" dnum="US7157643B2"><text>US 7,157,643 B2</text></patcit> is a sheet-metal housing is known having a plurality of receptacles for threaded bolts. Such studs are used for example for tightening of cover plates and supports. The recordings for the threaded bolts, such as bolts, realized by means of drilled holes and into the holes incised thread.
p0004It is further known to provide so-called leveling with underfloor accessory sockets for electrical installations, with which a top of underfloor units doses can be aligned with a screed height. After adjusting to the intended screed height with the screws the underfloor equipment container is then cast in screed side. Images of such leveling screws are usually provided in the form of special plastic sleeves or for example in the form of welded nuts.
p0005With the invention, a housing is to be improved by at least one plate-like blank.
p0006According to the invention this purpose is an enclosure of at least one plate-like blank, in particular from sheet metal and in particular for electrical installations provided with at least one formed in the housing wall by means of a recess receptacle for a threaded bolt, wherein the recess is formed by at least two adjacent, plate-like housing wall sections, wherein a rim of the recess sections formed by an edge of a first housing wall section and in sections by an edge of a second housing wall portion.
p0007Such a design of a housing with a recess and a receptacle for a threaded bolt is created automatically when you make the case if, for example, side walls of the housing are high and bent. As a result, does not need a separate machining operation such as drilling a hole, may be provided for establishing a seat for the threaded bolt. The production of the housing according to the invention is substantially simplified.
p0008In the invention, a thread of the receptacle is formed only by opposing portions of the edge of the recess on the first and second housing wall section and located outside the sections portions of the boundary of the recess lie outside of an outer diameter of a thread of the mounting.
p0009Surprisingly it has been found that a sufficient capacity of a threaded bolt, in particular the thread of a jack screw, is then placed in a recording when a thread of the collection is only formed by opposing portions of the edge of the recess. This allows manufacturing a receptacle for a threaded bolt by abutting or overlapping the housing wall sections, as the thread of the recording can then extend substantially horizontally and there is no need to impart to the thread of the receptacle, the pitch of the thread. Despite the example housing planar wall sections form the seat for the threaded bolt, it can engage in the opposite sections of the boundary of the recess which is formed by the planar housing wall portions when outside this serving as threaded portions lying sections of the edge of the recess outside of an outer diameter of a thread of the mounting are. In addition, the housing wall portions forming the recess, be planar and perpendicular to a central longitudinal axis of the threaded bolt. As the threaded bolt engages only part of portions of the boundary of the recess, it can be easily screwed in spite of the plane and arranged perpendicular to its central longitudinal axis in the housing wall portions formed by the recess receiving and securely held therein.
p0010In the invention, the opposing portions are each formed as a quarter circle.
p0011By means of two opposite quarter circular sections can be provided sufficient guidance for a threaded bolt and the thus formed, opposing each quadrant-shaped threads are common also sufficiently stable.
p0012In the invention, a height difference of at least half the thread pitch is provided between the opposing sections.
p0013In this way can be achieved perpendicular to the housing wall a reliable guidance of the threaded bolt. For example, a material thickness of two overlapping housing wall sections is chosen and a thread pitch of the threaded bolt adapted to the material thickness of the housing wall portions of the half-pitch corresponds. Alternatively, a space between the housing wall sections is selected so that the desired height offset is provided between the sub-sections.
p0014In development of the invention, the first and the second housing wall section overlap adjacent to the recess part.
p0015In this way a very stable mount for a threaded bolt is provided and also a vertical offset between the opposing sections of the boundary of the recess can be reliably and easily set. The overlapping housing wall sections may, but need not necessarily touch.
p0016In a further development of the invention, the threaded bolt has a thread with a sawtooth cross-section, wherein seen in cross section through the region in which the threaded bolt is supported on the edge of the recess, a surface mounted on the edge flank of the thread substantially parallel to a surface of the housing wall sections adjacent is disposed at the recess.
p0017With such threads with a sawtooth cross-section can be achieved a very high load capacity and reliable guidance of the threaded bolt in the receptacle together with the inventive design of the receptacle for the stud. Such studs can be used on housing for underfloor units doses, for example, as leveling, to adjust a top of the housing to the level of an intended screed.
p0018In a further development of the invention, the housing has at least two side walls and projecting perpendicularly from the side walls flanges, wherein the recess is provided in a corner region, in which two flanges adjacent to each other.
p0019The two adjacent flanges pass through the upward bending of the respective side wall in its final position in the corner. By each flange has a recess in the corner region, characterized, by means of simple Hoc be created hbiegen of the side walls for receiving the threaded bolt between the adjacent flanges. The flanges can thereby abut one another or overlap in the edge region.
p0020In development of the invention, the housing has a rectangular shape with a base plate and four side walls on each side wall opposite the base plate each having a parallel projecting from the base plate flange and being in the four corner areas between the flange portions each include a recess for forming a receptacle for a threaded bolt is formed.
p0021For example, the flanges protrude inwardly into the opening of the housing front. Alternatively, the flanges may also protrude from the housing opening to the outside. In both cases, the recordings formed between adjacent flanges can be used to screw in a leveling screw.
p0022In development of the invention the housing of an integral, bent sheet metal blank is formed of platinum.
p0023In this way, the inventive housing can be produced quickly and inexpensively. For example, snap-in connection means are provided at least in a corner region of the housing which effect a permanent locking of the mutually abutting housing wall sections. By means of such form-fit latching means, the housing can be produced for a no additional welding work and there is then no reason to fear that, even with a heavy load of the housing side walls change their position relative to each other. This is at the same time the possibility of a heavy-duty receptacle for a threaded bolt between two adjacent housing wall sections to provide. Because the locking connection means between the housing wall sections ensure that moving the sections of the boundary of the recess, which form the threads of the threaded bolt, even under heavy loads not only insignificantly or apart.
p0024The object underlying the invention is also achieved by a case in which in at least one side wall is provided at least for selectively establishing a cable entry opening, a removable portion, said at least one web, the side wall material and the piece of material of the removable portion connects in which a the removable portion surrounding contour in the side wall material comprises at least one from the removable portion extending away bulge in the web is at least partially disposed.
p0025The bar can be connected in such a design with the sidewall material to a remote area of the removable end of the bulge. Thereby, it is possible to make the web abzuzwicken within the bulge cut off or turn off so that the cutting edge is located in the bulge and no longer protrudes into a basic shape of the removable portion. Thereby, an empty tube, whose outer diameter approximately corresponds to the diameter of the basic form of the removable area to be easily inserted in the created passage opening. This would not be the case if the remains of the web would project into the basic shape. can be prevented by the created Durchangsöffnung protruding, sharp remnants of the ridge line at metal housings by a latent in the prior art injury. The contour in the sidewall material is for example cut, pre-cut or provided with a lower wall thickness, so that the removable portion in a very simple manner and can be removed without tools or only by the aid of hand tools.
p0026In a development, a surrounding area removable contour extends a dome.
p0027Based on an edge between a base plate of the housing and a side wall of the contour extends for example, first perpendicular to the edge, then runs at the top rounded and merges into the bulge, said bulge is centered at the top of the contour. Overall, this results in a dome-like bulge including the shape, the bulge forms the apex of the dome-like shape. Such a shape of the contour enables the web in the bulge that forms the top of the dome-like shape to order and thereby ensure that the remains of the still sidewall material remaining, abgezwickten web not projecting the region of the recess, into long in a user needs to include, for example, pipes or conduits.
p0028In development of the invention a limitation of the bulge and arranged therein web are spaced apart in order to cut through the web of a wire cutter or the like.
p0029In this way the web can be severed in a very simple and comfortable way. That with the side cutter, a sharp edge is provided at the remaining on the sidewall of the rest of the web, is not a problem since this sharp rest of the web does not protrude beyond the bulge.
p0030In development of the invention, a second, removable section including a recess surrounding the contour of arranging a web within a first, larger removable portion is disposed.
p0031In this way, a user can choose to create a larger or smaller recess for insertion of empty pipes or cables in the side wall.
p0032In development of the invention are provided immediately adjacent to the surrounding removable portion contour of a plane of the sidewall material issued tabs in the sidewall portion.
p0033By means of such plates is provided a stable abutment for so-called grooved tubes that are commonly used in electrical installations as empty pipes. The width of the grooves in such grooves hoses amounts to several millimeters, which is significantly greater than the material thickness commonly used for housing of underfloor units doses. The provision issued tabs can create easily remedy. A grooved tube can be secured by the flaps securely in the recess, and a tilting of the tube grooves in the recess is reliably prevented. This can be with screed also prevents the subsequent transfusion that larger amounts screed penetrate into the interior of the underfloor equipment container.
p0034That the problem underlying the invention is also achieved by a method for producing housings, especially for electrical installations, in which first flat blanks in the form of boards, in particular of sheet metal, produced and partially folded around edges to the side walls and / or flanges and Gehäuseendform be brought, be at least two side walls and / or flanges placed on each edge is opposed to, or at least partially overlap, in which between the edges of a recess to form a receptacle for a threaded bolt is produced.
p0035The inventive method has a receptacle for a threaded bolt can in the manufacture of the housing itself be prepared in a very simple manner. Specifically, no separate operations are for making the recess for the threaded bolts are not required, such as for example, drilling holes or deformation of the edge of a recess for a thread. In preparing the opposite position or in overlapping of the side walls and / or flanges, a height offset between the opposite edges bounding the recess is automatically established, which corresponds at least to the material thickness of the board. This height offset corresponds advantageously to half the pitch. The board may in the sections which form corner regions between the side walls, are provided with cutouts and forms which engage form-locking detent when lifting and ensure a firm connection between the side walls. In this case, the folding up of the side walls, the side walls locked to each other and at the same time creates a very stable mount for a threaded bolt.
p0036Advantageously, four sidewalls each having a flange provided on the housing, which is then arranged parallel to the base plate in the finished housing. At the lateral ends of the respective flanges respectively recesses are provided, then the form in the folded and finished condition of the housing at each corner of a receptacle for a threaded bolt, respectively. The threaded bolt used there then serve as leveling screws for height adjustment of a patch on the upper housing part.
p0037Further features and advantages of the invention will be apparent from the claims and the following description of a preferred embodiment of the invention taken in conjunction with the drawings. p0038The representation of the <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> shows an inventive housing 10 which is made of a one-piece sheet metal blank. The housing 10 has a total of four side wall portions 12, 14, 16, 18, which are each arranged perpendicular to a baseplate 20th Each of the side walls 12, 14, 16, 18 is provided at its upper end remote from the base plate 20 with a flange bent at right angles 22, 24, 26, 28th The flanges 22, 24, 26, 28 extend in the direction of an interior of the housing 10 and are arranged parallel to the baseplate 20th Since the flanges 22, 24, 26, 28 to extend toward the interior of the housing 10, they are arranged above the base plate twentieth At the four corners of the housing limits the flanges 22, 24, 26, 28 abut each other and form, such as in<figref idrefs="f0001">FIG. 2</figref> can be seen, in each case a recess 30 for receiving a threaded bolt.
p0039The representation of the <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 3</figref> shows the housing 10 in a side view. It can be seen that in the side wall 12 a total of seven removable portions 32 which are of identical design. Within each removable portion 32 another smaller removable portion is provided to selectively deploy large or small entry holes can. A detailed explanation of these removable portions will be given below.
p0040The representation of the <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 4</figref> shows enlarged the detail IV from <figref idrefs="f0001">FIG. 2</figref>, It can be seen that the flanges 22 and 28 in the corner of the housing 10 perpendicularly collide and overlap partially in the corner. Specifically, the flange 22 is partially arranged above the flange 28th Both the flange 22 and the flange 28 are provided at its corner with a recess, which is embodied in the form of a re-entrant, rounded corner. An edge of the respective recess in the flange 22 and the flange 28 extends characterized initially a straight line from a front edge of the respective flange 22, 28, then passes tangentially into a quarter circle on which is then continued tangentially again by a straight line perpendicular to a side edge of the respective flange 22, 28 abuts. The two recesses in the flanges 22, 28 are dimensioned and arranged such that in the finished state of the housing 10, as in<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 4</figref> is shown, the recess 30 is formed. The recess 30 has the shape of a square with two diagonally opposite rounded corners. is bounded, the recess 30 from the edges of the recesses in the flanges 22, 28th
p0041The boundary of the recess 30 therefore has two opposing sections 34, 36, which are each quarter circular. Further, the boundary of the recess 30 on straight portions 38, 40, 42 and 44th The straight sections 38, 44 of the edge of the recess 30 close on to opposite ends of the quarter-circular portion portion 34th The straight sections 40, 42 of the edge of the recess 30 close on to opposite ends of the quarter-circular portion portion 36th The straight sections 38, 40 are arranged perpendicular to each other and form a right-angled corner. Opposite this corner are the straight sections 42, 44 are arranged and also form a square corner of the recess 30th
p0042The recess 30 forms a receptacle for a threaded bolt, not shown, but for example in <figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 13 and Fig. 14</figref> can be seen. A thread of the recess formed by the mutually opposite, quadrant-shaped sections 34, 36 of the boundary of the recess 30th The straight sections 38, 40, 42, 44 of the rim of the recess 30 are then completely or at least largely outside of an outer diameter of a thread of the threaded bolt and thus also outside the outer diameter of a thread of the mounting in the housing 10, which is formed by the recess 30th In other words, the thread of which is screwed into the recess 30 of the threaded bolt only in the areas carries radially outside of the quarter-circular portions 34, 36. The straight portions 38, 40, 42, 44 are then compared by the thread of the threaded pin, not or only in a very short subregion affected.
p0043Moreover, there is between the quarter-circular sections 34, 36 a vertical offset corresponding to half the pitch. The material thickness or the pitch of the thread of the threaded bolt can be selected so that the material thickness of the half-pitch corresponds. In the illustrated embodiment, the material thickness is smaller than half the thread pitch and is located between the flanges in the vertical direction seen a gap, see also<figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 8</figref>, Even without the sections 34, 36 of the edge of the recess 30 to today Crossed, thereby a threaded bolt with its thread to the sections 34, 36 engage and be screwed into a position perpendicular to the plane of<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 4</figref> and thus perpendicular to the baseplate 20th The vertical offset between the sections 34, 36 is manufactured in a simple manner that the flange 22 the flange 28 partially overlaps and is disposed a short distance above these.
p0044It is good to realize that the recess 30, the housing then the finished a receptacle for a threaded bolt provides, can be manufactured very easily and automatically when flaps of the side walls with the already bent flanges 22, 28 is formed.
p0045In the illustration of <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 5</figref> is partially a sheet metal plate 46 shown in front of the bending of the flanges and the folding of the side walls. Good to see the re-entrant corners 48, 50, which then form the boundary of the recess 30 in the finished state. The sheet metal plate 46 has in the illustrated corner area next to a punched-52 and one stamping 54th The characteristic 54 is in this case on a bracket 56 which is bent before folding up of the associated side wall at right angles to this. In the finished state then snaps the expression 54 into the punched hole 52 and is then held in this position by a spring tongue which in the representation of the<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 5</figref> in the punched-out portion to detect 52 and is formed by the production of the stamped 52nd A detailed explanation of this form-fitting latching interlocking punched 52 with the spring tongue and the expression 54 is still based on the representation<figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 9, 10 and 11</figref> given.
p0046Further, in the representation of the <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 5</figref> to recognize a total of four removable portions 32 in the regions of the board 46, will later form the two perpendicular side walls. Each of these removable portions 32 is defined by two mirror symmetrically arranged recesses 58, 60 that are cut, for example, from the sheet metal plate 46 with a laser and an overall dome-shaped contour arise surrounding the removable portion 32nd Especially is the elongated recess 58 of an imaginary edge between a side wall and a base plate of the sheet metal blank 46, then initially extends perpendicular to this imaginary edge and then rounded to extend further. When rounded portion is a quarter circle, and the recess ends at a ridge 62, the 58 separates the recess of the mirror image exported recess 60th The recesses 58, 60 provide an overall dome-shaped contour, which can be, for example, referred to as U-shaped. Unlike a strict U-shape but the contour has a tip which is formed by a bulge 64th This bulge 64 of the web 62 is arranged. The web 62 connects the material of the sidewall with the piece of material 66 of the removable portion 32. Next, the material piece 66 of the removable portion 32 is only about three lands 68 connected in the region of the imaginary edge between the side wall and base plate with the base plate. The bulge 64 is now creating enough space to sever the web 62 so that the remaining the sidewall material separated rest of the web 62 does not extend into the created by removal of the patch 66 of the removable portion 32 U-shaped recess. This ensures that an empty tube with approximately the same diameter as the resulting recess can be easily inserted and that an operator can reach in with a finger in the resulting U-shaped recess, without running the risk of getting at the remaining end of the web 62 to hurt. After severing of the web 62, the piece of material 66 is several times bent up and down until the webs breaking 68th
p0047As in the representation of the <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 5</figref> is to continue to recognize another removable piece of material 68 is provided in the piece of material 66, which is also bordered by two elongated recesses occupying an dome-like shape. If only a small opening for the introduction of cables or empty tubes to be created in the side wall of the housing, thus, only one web 70 is severed, connecting the removable piece of material 68 with the removable piece of material 66th The piece of material 68 may then after cutting the further web 72 which connects the piece of material 68 with the material of the base plate, are removed. a reservoir is also the advantage that the web 70 can be separated so that the remaining, usually sharp rest of the web 70 does not extend into the created U-shaped recess.
p0048Immediately adjacent to the recesses 58, 60, 32 flared lugs 74, 76 are provided at each of the removable portions. The issued plate 74 adjacent to the quarter-circular portion of the elongated recess 58 and issued plate 76 adjacent to the quarter-circular portion of the elongated recess 60th Both plates 74, 76 are exposed in the direction toward the interior of the housing 10, see also<figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 12</figref>, The tabs 74, 76 are intended to securely hold a so-called grooved tube, which is usually used as a blank tube, in the resultant after removing the portion 66 of the U-shaped recess. Because the width of the grooves such grooves hoses is usually greater than the material thickness of the sheet metal blank 46. The tabs 74, 76 are now issued so far that the groove tube is anyway held securely within the range of the exhibited tabs 74, 76th
p0049The representation of the <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 6</figref> shows an underfloor equipment container 52 in a plan view, the underfloor equipment container 52 to the housing 10 in accordance with <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> provided that the representation in the <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 6</figref> but not be seen, because it is located below an upper part 78 of the underfloor equipment container 52nd
p0050Using the representation of the <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 7</figref>, According to a view of the sectional plane VII-VII of <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 6</figref>, But a jack screw 80 is not shown in section, the structure of the underfloor equipment container 52 can be seen. The underfloor equipment container 52 has the metal housing 10, which is placed with its base plate 20 on a subfloor of a building. The upper part 78 is connected to the housing 10 via the leveling screws 80th At each corner of the housing 10, a jacking screw 80 is provided which engages in a respective recess 30 in the housing 10, see<figref idrefs="f0001">FIG. 2</figref>, a distance of the upper part 78 of the base plate 20 and thus the unfinished floor of the building can thus be adjusted by turning the leveling screws 80th An upper surface of the upper part 78 is adjusted with the screws 80 to be flush with the top of the screed to be introduced. After then the Unprocessed example empty pipes were laid, introduced after removal of the regions 32 in the recesses then formed in the housing 10, the underfloor equipment container 52 is cast in screed. After curing of the screed then connecting devices can be inserted into the interior of the underfloor equipment container 52nd
p0051The jack screw 80 consists of a threaded bolt with a sawtooth thread and a frustum-shaped head. The frustoconical head supported from below from on a removable lid 82nd When the lid 82 is removed from the shell 78, the shell 78 can thus slide along the thread of the jack screw 80 downwards. The lid 82 is provided with a central aperture to achieve a Phillips in the head of jack screw 80 with inserted cover 82 and thereby be able to adjust a distance between the upper part 78 to the housing 10th
p0052By providing the removable cover 82 that are locked by a bayonet lock on the upper part 78, it is possible to decouple screed after transfusion of underfloor equipment container 52, the upper part 78 of the housing 10th This can be desirable in order to compensate for material expansion in the screed can. For example, a height of the screed may change when getting hot. If the top 78 is then rigidly so that the unfinished floor of the housing 10 to the housing 10 and, this can lead to cracks in the floor. After removal of the lid 82, the upper part 78 may in an extension of the screed a limited movement relative to the casing 10 to perform, so that cracks in the floor to be avoided.
p0053The representation of the <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 8</figref> shows the detail VIII of <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 7</figref> enlarged. It is good to realize that the threaded bolt portion of the jack screw 80 has a sawtooth thread, one in the representation of<figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 8</figref> downwardly directed edge 82 of the thread approach is horizontal. This edge 82, the jack screw 80 is supported on the flanges 22 and 28, whose upper surface is also horizontal, thus arranged approximately parallel to the edge 82 of the thread of the jack screw 80th
p0054In the illustration of <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 8</figref> should be further appreciated that the flanges 22, 28, although overlap such that the underside of the flange 28 is not, however rests on the top of the flange 22nd Rather, a small gap 84 between the underside of the flange 22 and the top of the flange 28 can be seen. This distance 84 is matched to the pitch of the jackscrew 80 and the thickness of the flanges 22, 28 that the jackscrew 80 can attack both the flange 22 and the flange 28 and also exactly perpendicular to the flanges 22 and 28, as amended by this two flanges 22, 28 formed recess is arranged.
p0055Using the representation of the <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 4</figref> the recess was 30 explained in the now according <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 8</figref> the jack screw 80 is inserted. The quarter-circular portions 34, 36 which engage in the thread of the jack screw 80, in the illustration of<figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 8</figref> only in sections to detect due to the location of the section plane VII-VII. Specifically, the quarter-circular section 36 is located on the flange 28 immediately behind the sectional plane VII-VII in<figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 8</figref> Thus, behind the drawing plane and the quarter-circular portion of section 34 at the flange 22 is located immediately before the sectional plane VIII-VII in <figref idrefs="f0002">Figure 8</figref> So before the plane on the side of the observer. but it can nevertheless be seen that a vertical displacement of the upper sides of the flanges 22, 28 of half the thread pitch of the leveling screw 80 respectively and is located outside the quarter-circular portions 34, 36 rectilinear sections 38, 40, 42, 44, see<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 4</figref>are arranged outside of an outer diameter of the thread of the jackscrew 80th The jack screw 80 thus engages only in the area of the quadrant-shaped sections 34, 36 on the flanges 22, 28 at.
p0056The representation of the <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 9</figref> shows another view of the housing 10 of the <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> obliquely from above, which compared to <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> a different view has been selected. Good to see the base plate 20 and the sidewalls 12, 14, 16, 18, in each of which seven removable portions 32 are provided. At each corner of the housing 10, the respective recess 30 is formed for accommodating each a leveling screw 80 between the respective adjacent flanges 22, 24, 26, 28th As can be seen, thereby overlapping the flange 22 on the sidewall 12 of sections in the region of the respective corner of the flanges 24, 28 and the flange 26 overlaps on the side wall 16 sections in the region of the respective corner of the flanges 24, 28. The side walls 12, 16 are provided at both side edges each having a rectangularly bent tab 56, which is provided with an aspect of 54, see<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 5</figref>. <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 11</figref>, The tabs 56 are 12, 16 angled before folding of the side walls relative to the base 20 perpendicular to the respective side wall 12, 16th Before folding up the side walls 12, 16 then the sidewalls 14, 18 with the already bent at right angles flanges 24, 28 in the in<figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 9</figref> accommodated position shown. Subsequently, the side walls 12, 16, with the also already rectangularly bent flanges 22, 26 in the in<figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 9</figref> placed end position shown. When folding of the side walls 12, 16 engage the tabs 56, see also<figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 10</figref>That the enlarged detail X of <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 9</figref> represents behind resilient tongues 86 that were formed when producing the punch-outs 52 in the sidewalls 14, 18, see also <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 5</figref>. <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 11</figref>, Once the side walls have 12, 16 reaches its perpendicular position to the base plate 20, snapping the forms 54 in the recesses 52 a, see<figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 11</figref>That the enlarged detail XI of <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 9</figref> represents, and thereby hold the side walls 12, 16 in the exactly predetermined position relative to the side walls 14, 18 and the base plate 20. However, this also the flanges 22, 24, 26, 28 relative to each other are held in a precisely defined position. Based on<figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 11</figref> It can be seen that after the engagement of the expression 54, the recess 30 is formed for receiving the jack screw 80 in the recess 52 between the flanges 24, 26th The flange 26 may be in the representation of<figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 11</figref> not while moving away from the flange 24 in a clockwise direction, as the expression 54 abuts the edge of the recess 52nd The flange 26 may in the illustration of<figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 11</figref> but not counterclockwise toward the flange 24 to be moved, since the side wall 16 at the in <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 11</figref> concealed side edge of the flange 24 abuts and also the front edge of the tab 56 abuts at the connection of the flexible tongue 86 to the side wall 18th Once the expression is 54 thus form fit locked into the recess 52, so that the form and size of the recess 30 is precisely defined and this recess 30 is thus accurately enough formed to accommodate 80 each leveling screw with sufficient accuracy.
p0057The representation of the <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 12</figref> still shows the enlarged detail XII from <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 9</figref>, Good to see the exhibited tabs 74, 76, see also<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 5</figref>, Adjacent to the elongate recesses 58, 60 which define the removable portions of the side wall in the eighteenth
p0058The representation of the <figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 13</figref> shows a view of the underfloor equipment container 52 obliquely from above, even before the jack screw 80 is screwed into the recess 30 on the housing 10th In the illustration of<figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 13</figref> the lid 82 is not yet inserted into the corresponding recess on the upper part 78 so that the jack screw 80 can be inserted therethrough from above through the upper part 78 and screwed from above into the recess 30th
p0059<figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 14</figref> shows the enlarged detail of the XIV <figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 13</figref>, Good to see is the central recess in the lid 82, by the Phillips recess can be reached in the top of the jack screw 80th The central opening in the lid 82 is smaller than the outer diameter of the head of the jack screw 80. After insertion of the lid 82 in the upper part 78, the head of the jack screw 80 can thus be supported against the underside of the lid 82 and by means of a rotation of the jack screw 80 a distance between the housing 10 and shell be set 78th The opening in the lid 82 is large enough that a commercially available Phillips screwdriver, Phillips in the head of the jack screw 80 can be achieved.
p0060The lid 82 can be locked by a bayonet lock on the upper part 78, for which purpose the cover 82 three detents 88 is provided, the adjoining tracks can engage in the top 78 in respective openings 90 and. In the illustration of<figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 14</figref> only two of the detents 88 can be seen. The opening in the lid 82 is provided with four each at 90 ° spaced apart bulges, can be so that the cover 82 also recorded with a commercial, large Phillips screwdriver and rotated relative to the top of the 78th
p0061As already explained, the lid 82 can be removed after casting around the underfloor equipment container 52 with screed to thereby decouple the upper part 78 of housing 10th
p0062The representation of the <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 15</figref> shows the underfloor equipment container 52 in an oblique view from above after inserting the jack screw 80 in the housing 10. In the illustration of <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 16</figref>Which shows the detail XVI of <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 15</figref> represents enlarged, it can be seen that the leveling screw 80 having its threaded on the flange 26 and the flange 28 engages in sections, so that the upper part 78 is held on the jack screw 80 in the distance to the housing 10th The engagement of the jack screw 80 to the housing 10 is so strong resilient that, for example, during construction, the upper part 78 can be accessed easily, without damage to the underfloor equipment container 52 or specifically the housing 10 are to be feared.
p0063As already explained, in the illustration of <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 16</figref>, In which the lid 82 has been inserted into the shell 78, the shell 78 and the housing 10 in position relative to one another changed when the jack screw 80 is rotated.
p0064Overall, a very simplified structure of a housing 10 is provided by the invention, especially a sheet metal housing for underfloor accessory sockets for electrical installations by in the manufacture of the housing 10 itself without further processing steps a stable and precisely defined in its dimensions receptacle for a threaded bolt, especially the leveling screws 80 , is created.
