The invention relates to a supporting frame according to the preamble of claim 1, a frame of a plurality of interconnected such support frame and a thus built carport.
A generic support frame is made of <patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="DE202007010520U1"><text>DE 20 2007 010 520 U1</text></patcit> known.
It serves as a support structure for photovoltaic modules and consists of bolted-together longitudinal and transverse beams of varying heights, are formed on the extending respectively above and below longitudinal channels for collecting and draining rainwater. Light impinging on the photovoltaic modules rainwater is drained off via the arranged in different planes channels cascade. The construction is already sufficient merely lower requirements for water tightness, in part because, exist between these gaps in the support area of the disc elements, where the longitudinal and transverse members collide.
The carrier profiles are of a complicated, different cross-sections. The entire supporting frame is relatively tall and must be screwed together from the individual carrier profiles on site and assembled, which means a high assembly effort requires.
Since the crossbar resting on the lower, laterally extending channel walls and are bolted to this, a support of the supporting frame to the ground just below the longitudinal beams is useful because otherwise, in support under the cross beams, the longitudinal beams were hanging, what a correspondingly strong dimensioning the screw would require. The frame is thus not self-supporting.
The object of the present invention is to develop a generic support frame such that the disadvantages of the prior art are avoided. There is also a low overall height and also better water-tightness can be achieved in a simpler and more (also in terms of support) more flexible structure of the support frame, at the same time the assembly is to be simplified on site.
Furthermore, it should be specified, as composed of several such supporting frame, a frame and a carport can be created.
These objects are achieved by the subjects of the independent claims.
The invention makes use of the fact that a simple and flat design of the same water-diverting supporting frame can be achieved in that this at least longitudinal and transverse members with the same profile, which are blunt successive pushing, waterproof interconnected. collecting the carrier serve as both water and dissipating as well as load-bearing elements of a self-supporting, therefore, be supported at any point support frame. Since such a simple supporting frame is already prefabricate in a factory, the assembly effort is reduced locally: There must be only the completion of the plate elements and the final assembly of the complete pre-assembled support frame on the construction site there.
Any number of such prefabricated and completely pre-assembled support frame can together, as it were in a modular building block system, are connected to a frame when a connecting flange at the respective end faces of the associated side or cross member (depending on whether a lateral or longitudinal side is to be connected) is provided. At this connecting flange then a two supporting frame common connection carrier is attached, for example by screwing.
Inventive supporting frame and frame structures can similar especially in connection with eg solar panels for the construction of carports, towing roofs, barn roofs, door canopies, shelters, shelters, platform roofs be used. Carports can be used as single,
Double, multi and multiple carports to entire parking canopy lines for weather protection (in summer: shade, protection from snow in winter) are executed. Even roofs can be designed with the help of the supporting frame of the invention and frame structures units offer.
To create a carport on a plurality of metal or wooden posts either a prefabricated and fully pre-assembled supporting frames can be overlaid and secured. Or in the case of to create multiple carports to a carport-line frame on a series of metal or wooden post is assembled by the provided with connecting flanges, prefabricated and pre-assembled supporting frames are connected to two supporting frame common link carriers that previously have been mounted on metal or wooden post.
From the <patcit id="pcit0002" dnum="DE202006020180U1"><text>DE 202006 020 180 U1</text></patcit> is a solar roof, among other things known for carports with zigzag-shaped, mutually inclined surfaces of Solar elements and reflective surfaces. At the margins of the modules longitudinal grooves are only on their longitudinal sides, so to speak, to the "valleys" formed for collecting and draining water.
The <patcit id="pcit0003" dnum="DE9310063U1"><text>DE 93 10 063 U1</text></patcit> teaching them to be attached to a pitched roof solar panels by being hooked into bolts that extend across the side legs of a along the roof pitch laid U-shaped profile. The U-shaped profile, which in turn is attached by storm hooks on battens, it also serves the drainage, the water is then passed on to the roof itself or the gutter is supplied.
Advantageous further developments of the supporting frame according to the invention are characterized in the subclaims.
Thus edge support can be provided with the same profiles, which are also connected blunt in the same plane successive pushing waterproof both among themselves and with the longitudinal and transverse beams. The water-bearing base is then in all vehicles in a plane.
But it is also possible to arrange edge support lower down. Thus, at correspondingly higher legs as the lowermost edge support, are picked up and derived from this large amounts of water.
At least one edge side of a supporting frame with a respective end faces of which opens perpendicular longitudinal or transverse beams (depending on the connection side) and edge beams (if any) may be provided fixedly connected flat connecting flange. At that either an edge support or a connection carrier may be attached to the terminal of another support frame.
If, for example on one side of a connection carrier, mounted on the opposite side of an edge support, it can rack for a double carport create a twin. With both sides provided for connecting beams further support frame can be attached to both sides.
Compound carrier or edge support advantageously have the same profile as the longitudinal and transverse members.
By outs in the connection flange according to the cross-section of the ends of which opens a longitudinal or transverse beams and edge beams (if available), it is achieved that the be derived precipitation water can freely transgress the respective longitudinal or transverse beam or edge support in the connection carrier.
A longitudinally mounted on connecting flange edge support or connection carrier may at its the connecting flange facing side also those which have the faces of leading-longitudinal or transverse beams corresponding recesses. Then the water-bearing ground in peripheral or connecting carrier may be in the same plane as that of the longitudinal and transverse members.
The water-bearing base of the connection support or edge support but can also be made lower down. Then no recesses in the side walls need to be present.
When using box sections for longitudinal, transverse and connecting beams, the water-bearing ground -without necessity of recesses in the side walls of Verbindungsträgers- course automatically lies in a plane.
The skilled person is able to work out the possible combinations of different profiles and the resulting interactions in terms of water management in the context of his powers itself.
As support profiles are advantageously used upwardly open U-profile or H-shaped profile, with vertically arranged free legs.
However, it can (square or rectangular for example) apply or H sections with horizontally arranged free legs in alternative embodiments also closed box sections, the rainwater flows on the upper side. In this case, the lateral guidance of the precipitation water is taken from the side of the plate elements. These need to be understood sufficiently high and sufficiently spaced apart.
The fixing of the plate elements to the prefabricated carriers that take place during the pre-assembly can be done by gluing. This is particularly useful in box profiles as a carrier, as well as when provided with lateral wings U-profiles. The adhesive serves also the seal between plate elements and carriers.
Alternatively, or in addition to fastening of the plate members by means of glue, these may also be fastened by means of clamping elements on the straps.
Particularly well protected against water is the covered base when a seal is provided between carriers and plate elements. This may consist in the presence of free leg from a turned-on this rebate seal. but it may also be a flat seal is provided, not only at the box-shaped girder sections or profiles having legs, in which side wings are provided. But also for profiles with free legs. Because the seals are namely fixed advantageously to the panel members, the gaskets resulting in wider training large, the installation and alignment of the plate elements facilitating fitting tolerances.
A panel member may consist of several sealed interconnected preferably individual elements to be assembled. So smaller sheet elements can be used without needing to upgrade form the supporting structure unnecessarily kleingliedrig.
Board members may be thermal or photovoltaic solar panels, which are assembled together with their wiring or piping on the carriers.
Further features, details and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description of embodiments with reference to the drawing.

<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> shows a plan view of an inventive support frame 1 for fixing of plate elements 3 for slanted roofing a base. There are parallel and spaced apart support 4 is provided, which consist of longitudinal bars 4c 4a, 4b, and transverse girders edge beams. The support 4 may be made of mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum or plastic and be provided with appropriate surface protection. For example, mild steel galvanized preferably be anodized aluminum. Also a painting or powder coating is possible.
The carrier 4 encounter at the crossover points 15 in a plane blunt successive, sa <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 3</figref>, They are waterproof connected at the joints together so that channels 9 are formed for carrying water. In this case, at least the longitudinal and transverse members 4a, 4b of the same profile and joined together so that the water-bearing surface 8 is located in a common plane. The connection of the carrier 4 can for example take place by welding. Other types of connection are possible with appropriate materials and constructive detailed design of junctions, such as pressing, soldering, riveting or casting.
As support profiles are provided here upwardly open U-profile. 5 Alternatively, other profiles, such as not shown here H sections be provided with vertically or horizontally arranged free legs, or closed as can square, rectangular or triangular box sections.
If necessary, can be, as in <figref idrefs="f0002">3a</figref> illustrated the example of a U-profile, reinforcing plates 23 weld between the legs of a U-profile 5, or a H-profile. This can for static reasons be useful for avoiding a Einbiegens the U-limbs with larger cantilevered intervals.
If such stiffening plates 23 provided with a central hole 24, so demountable clamps will be placed as eyelets to this point, raised by means of which later the entire fully preassembled support frame 1 together with solar elements and their wiring or piping for final assembly on pole by a lifting means and can be brought into its final position.
Even so, a static support or even complete suspension of the support frame 1 in the mounted state, for example, be effected by tension cables or tie rods, to which the support frame 1 is suspended. This may. For example, be particularly useful if the installation of the supporting frame in tow roofs or canopies. In canopies known the opposite, outer end is often a side of the canopy is supported directly on a wall, suspended from slanted, anchored in the wall ropes or tie rods.
Of the carriers 4 frame fields 2 are formed. The distances between the beams 4 are so dimensioned that on the one flat plane forming upper surfaces 10 (see FIG.<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig.2</figref>) The carrier 4 overlying plate members 3 cover the respective associated support sections partially. This is in<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> by the dashed lines representing the 6 each a frame box 2 forming carrier 4 the (hidden) inner leg, illustrates.
The panel members 3 may be individual elements or consist of several assembled individual elements. It can be used as panel members 3 both thermal and photovoltaic solar panels, which can be dispensed with the graphic representation of piping or cabling here. But panel members 3 in the form of simple covering without additional function as the capping is possible.
The plate members 3 are secured by means of clamping elements 7 on the supports 4, wherein, on both sides clamping elements 7a are provided to such carriers 4 which lie between two plate elements 3, which fix both associated plate elements. 3 On the edge beams 4c sided clamping elements come 7b used. The number per plate element 3 vorzusehender clamping elements 7 may be different depending on the size of the plate members 3 and strength requirements, in this example four clamping elements 7 are arranged each panel member. 3
Out <figref idrefs="f0001">FIG. 2</figref>, Which is an enlarged partial sectional view taken along lines II-II in <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig.1</figref> shows, as well as from <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 4</figref>Showing an attachment point increases in perspective view, details of mounting the panel elements 3 are visible:<ul><li>In the U-profiles 13 5 serving plates are inserted between the side limbs as fasteners, welded for example. The two-sided clamping elements 7a are U-shaped with two horizontal bent retaining wings 44, each of which engages on the upper surface of a plate element 3rd The U-leg lengths of the reversible clamping elements 7a are adapted to the thickness of the plate members 3 and the position of the fastening element 13, that there is a distance between the U-base and fixing element 13 in the installed and tightened state. The two-sided clamping elements 7a have centered in the base a hole for the passage of a Anzugselementes12, in this example a threaded screw on. By means of this is serving the two-sided clamping element 7a on the thrust bearing, also provided with a hole or a threaded hole fastener 13 and thus the U-profile 5 braced.</li></ul>
The one-sided clamping elements 7b are formed stepwise, as from <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig.2</figref> visible. They have only one support wing that engages on the plate element surface. In cooperation with a perpendicular bent end, which is supported on the fastener 13, the one-sided clamping element can 7b and thus the plate member 3 with the fastener 13 and which is designed as a U-profile 5 edge beams are braced 4c.
Between the beams 4 and the plate members 3, a seal 11 is provided, s. <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 4</figref>, They may be formed in U-profiles 5 as folding seal 14, which surrounds the top 10 of the free leg. In such a sealed, the roof covering can be designed waterproof as well as flying snowproof.
If no high demands are placed on water tightness or air tightness snow, can be dispensed with a seal between carriers 4 and plate elements. 3
Out <figref idrefs="f0001">FIG. 2</figref> it is apparent that longitudinal beams 4a, 4b and crossmember edge support 4c are of the same profile, namely U-section 5 and joined together such that the water-bearing surface 8 of the channels 9 is located in the same plane.
It is also possible, one or more edge support 4c deeper lying to arrange so that the water-bearing base 8 with those of the other carrier 4 is not in a plane, but just deep. If for example the bottom transverse edge carrier 4c arranged lying deeper and simultaneously increases the leg height of the channel to the same degree, so one hand can top 3 lie flat plate members, at the same time caused by the higher leg height, a larger channel cross-section which is able is to take and pay that may be incurred during 4c lowest cross-border support large amounts of water.
Essential to the invention is that at least the longitudinal and transverse members 4a, 4b of the same profile and lying in a plane.
It would be within the scope of the invention lying even a "minimal configuration" of a supporting frame 1 possible that only consists of crossed longitudinal and transverse beams 4a, 4b, 4c in complete renunciation of edge support. The collected water would then just at the end of the respective longitudinal and transverse members 4a, 4b to drip or run either free, or could be introduced into one or more of the to be provided there, the support frame 1 supporting post.
In <figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 5a-e</figref> are shown various alternative embodiments of support profiles, fastening and sealing options.
<figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 5a</figref> shows the use of a U-section 5 with side wings 16, with therein recessed gasket 17. The bracing of the two-sided clamping element 7a to the fastener 13 takes place with a screw as tightening element 12, which is screwed into a previously fixed to the fastener 13 mother. Such a nut may be welded or etweder be a commercially available body nut with fastening clip which is clipped into a rectangular punched-in fastening element. 13
According to <figref idrefs="f0003">5 b</figref> find two interpenetrating Hooked hook bolts 25 for bracing using. To seal 3 around glued gaskets 18 are provided on the undersides of the plate elements.<figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 5c</figref> shows the construction of a support frame 1 with a box profile 22 with grooves 26. This embedded profile gaskets 19th In that in <figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 5d</figref> Illustrated embodiment is contemplated to incorporate three circumferential, block-shaped seals 20 with a rectangular cross-section in recesses 27 in the plate members.
The fixing of the plate members 3 according <figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 5e</figref> made solely by gluing. In the case section 22 or the plate member 3 adhesive 21 is applied. This assumes both the attachment of the plate members 3 and the sealing of the roof membrane.
It should be added that a combined fastening of the plate members 3 both glued and means of clamping elements 7 is possible, and not only, as shown in a closed box section 22, but also in other profiles, such as U-shaped or H-profiles ,
It is also possible, double-sided adhesive seals to use, for example, gaskets 17,18.
As further from the <figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 5c and 5e</figref> seen in supporting frame constructions with closed box sections 22 are the tops of the box profiles 22 of the water-bearing base 8. The side walls 28 of the panel members 3 also serve as side walls of the water-conducting channels. 9
The metal frames of the supporting frame 1, are completely prefabricated in the factory, for example, welded together and provided with surface protection. After delivery in this to a certain extent "bare" state, the individual supporting frame 1 spot, ie pre-assembled in an assembly hall of the craft business or on site, ie equipped with the plate elements. 3 Are solar panels used as panel members 3, the pre-assembly also includes attaching the piping or wiring to Verbindungsstellen. An such joints, the support frame side piping or wiring connected later in the final assembly with the on-site.
An arbitrary plurality of stocked, pre-assembled support frame 1 can be quasi modularly connected in a modular system together to form a frame 38, for example, to cover a carport 29 (single or double or multiple carport to an entire carport line, which here to understand everything under the collective term "carport" is).
The assembly of individual preassembled support frame 1 to a frame 38 takes place during the assembly process at the building site, in which, as <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 6</figref> can be seen on the example of a carport to be created, the supporting frame 1 on eg metal posts 30 (also wooden posts 35 are) set, and usually but not necessarily, additional longitudinal struts 31 are attached. It is also possible to provide only longitudinal struts on some metal posts 30 of, for example a whole carport line 31, depending on the requirements of statics.
Such a support frame 1 which is provided for connection with another support frame 1 to a frame 38, has, at the connection side (in this example in <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig.6</figref> this is the inclined longitudinal side) no edge support to 4c. Rather, a flat connection flange 32 is provided, which is attached to the leading-perpendicular cross members 4b and, where present, transversely extending edge supports 4c.
Should take place on a broad side of the connection of the supporting frame 1, the same applies: The connection flange is at the leading-longitudinal beams 4a and, if available, to attach 4c longitudinal edge beams.
If a supporting frame 1 connected only to a further supporting frame 1, so only needs to be connected at the one side a connection flange 32 may be provided. If a support frame 1 are connected to two other supporting frame 1, as are, of course two (opposing) sides connecting flanges to attach 32nd
A perspective partial side view of such a flat connecting flange 32 with perpendicular einmündendem crossbar 4b and 4c edge support is in <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 7</figref> shown. The connecting flange 32 has, at the points at which cross-member 4b and the upper edge of the carrier 4c and the bottom, not shown here, edge support open 4c, cut-outs 39 corresponding to the beam cross-section and is with the ends of the cross member 4b and the upper and lower edge support 4c watertight manner, for example welded. Other connection types already mentioned above are possible with appropriate materials and constructive detailed design of junctions. The connecting flange 32 further includes a plurality of mounting holes 33, which may be designed for easy mounting of an elongate hole.
The connecting flange 32 (or, if two-sided connection to further support frame: the connecting flanges 32) is (or are) welded during the manufacture of the support frame in the factory.
At the construction site then only have the so factory prefabricated and the Workshop or also pre-assembled at the construction site (ie by plate elements 3 or solar elements including piping and wiring completed) supporting frame 1 by means of also fixing holes 33 having both side arms connecting beam 4d together are connected, for example by screwing.
In <figref idrefs="f0004">figure 6</figref> is a partially assembled configuration on one side of a carport shown: The photo shows the upper part of the connecting flange 32 with the cutouts 39. The lower part of the connecting flange 32 is not visible because hidden in the drawing from the assembled compound represented support 4d with its mounting holes 33rd
For further clarification is in <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 8</figref> a partial sectional view obliquely from the front mounted with sealed (Crimp seal 14) plate elements 3 shown. As can be seen, the connecting support 4d of the same profile as the longitudinal and transverse members 4a, 4b. The connecting support 4d is mounted with screw 34 to the connecting flange 32, in this preferred example, such that the connecting flange 32 engages between the two limbs of the U-profile. This ensures in a simple manner for leaks. In principle, the other type of installation would be possible, in which the connecting flange 32 bears against the outer side of the connecting support 4d. But then takes between connecting flange 32 and connecting support 4d a seal be arranged. In addition, the assembly would be more expensive.
In <figref idrefs="f0005">figure 9</figref> is the connection of a supporting frame 1 shown in section with a metal post 30 in detail, and in a in 90 degrees compared to the representation <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig.6</figref> rotated view. On metal post 30 is above a mounting plate 41 (Further see<figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 6</figref>) appropriate. Moreover, a cross brace 42 is provided between posts and a crossbar 4b. As already mentioned in connection with the longitudinal struts 31, a crossbar 42 need not be present, depending on the static requirements at each metal post 30th The detailed design of the attachment of the crossbar 42 is here not essential, it is within the skill of the skilled artisan. The assembly on site is carried out such that, after all previously metal posts 30 have been on site attached to their foundations, all connecting support 4d placed on the metal posts 30 and are firmly connected thereto and with the longitudinal struts 31st Here in the example screw 43 are provided with which the connecting support 4d is connected to the mounting plates 41st The subsequent group of fastening the stringers 31 can be done screwed in the same manner. Then be hooked with the connecting flanges 32 into the connection support 4d and tightened by means of the screw 34 with a lifting means already finished preassembled support frame 1 (pre-assembly incl. All solar elements including wiring or piping). Finally, the cross struts 42 may, as here only diagrammatically indicated, be attached to the metal post 30 and the cross members 4b. Of such, the mounting module by module support frame box for supporting frame box made in series and the supporting frame 1 covering a whole, a whole carport line frame 38 are joined together.
The construction of a frame structure according to the invention 38 is possible not only in connection with a carport and covered by the invention.
Set to name another example, an awning with a supporting frame or rack 38 according to the invention are incorporated, can be attached to the house wall horizontally a retaining bar. In distance from the house wall several metal posts 30 or wooden posts 35 are set with pliers 36 on foundations. Connection support 4d and edge support 4c are perpendicular from the house wall off running superposed and fastened on one hand to the support bar, on the other hand, metal or wooden posts 30,35. Then, can be assembled and screwed together as the construction of carports 29, the preassembled support frame 1 in the connection support 4d and edge support 4c hooked and the frame 38 according to the invention.
In an analogous manner, for example, an inventive frame 38 can also be found on a barn roof application. It omitted in this case the metal or wooden posts 30, 35 entirely. Rather, the connection carrier are applied 4d held on pole on transom of the roof or on purlins when the distances were previously matched.
Other possible applications include shelters of any kind, from agricultural shelters to people shelters, platform roofs, etc.
It should be noted at this point that it may be advantageous for logistical reasons as to let the disposed of only longitudinal 4 and transverse beams 4b and on all four sides (eg welded) are connecting flanges 32 at the factory only supporting frame 1 prefabricate. In the pre-assembly in handicraft business or on site then edge beams can be bolted to the connection flanges 32 and then fitted with the plate elements 3 (below and above example) 4c. These pre-assembled support frame 1 can then be mounted as described above in the prepared, fixed to the metal post 30 connecting support 4d.
Alternatively, it is of course also possible in the manufacturing plant support frame 1 with for example only two longitudinally-mounted connecting flanges (32) and upper and / or lower fixedly connected (welded) edge beams 4c to produce and then to complete these components on site only with the plate elements 3 and finally endzumontieren.
If a wooden base made of wooden posts 35 and chuck 36 is provided, which combined to form a frame 38 supporting frame 1 can like on the wooden substructure <figref idrefs="f0005">Fig. 10</figref> be attached visible.
Between the two, the forceps 36 forming, by means of a Verschraubungsbolzens 37 bolted together and to the wooden posts 35 bar, the connecting support 4d is placed on the wooden posts 35 and possible with this and with the longitudinal struts 31, preferably made of metal, but also of wood, connected , In an analogous manner, as described above, the individual support frame 1 are 4d suspended in the carrier compound and is screwed to this and the associated beams of the pliers 36th
In this construction, the bar of the clamp 36 serving as the support frame 1 supporting elements. The connecting support 4d therefore needs -anders as have no supporting function, in the aforementioned pure metal Konstruktion- and can thus be dimensioned smaller. It is ultimately only the drainage.
To drain the in all carriers 4 (upper edge carrier 4c crossbar 4b, longitudinal beams 4a, lower margin carrier is passed 4c collecting and finally converging in the connecting beams 4d rainwater at their lowest points in a downpipe.
Unlike a substructure is made of wood with a metal substructure (see <figref idrefs="f0005">Fig.9</figref>) The opportunity to additionally dissipate over the post 30 water to prevent the danger of flooding at large resulting water masses. These perforations 40 are provided in both connecting beams 4d as well as mounting plates 41 to lie successive points coming. The water can then run into the post 30, from which it can be derived below.
