background
p0001The invention relates to a floorball club with a shovel, a substantially round shaft and a handle. The invention further relates to a set of floorball clubs of varying lengths. Further, the invention relates to a floorball stick.
State of the art
p0002Floorball, English name "floorball", is a team sport from the family of stickball games, including roller hockey and ice hockey are. This is an ice hockey like game can be played at the well behind the goals.
p0003A conventional Floorball racket is composed of a shaft and a blade. The upper end of the shaft, hereinafter referred to as handle-side end of the shaft is wrapped with a grip that ensures the necessary grip while playing. At the upper end of the shank a cap is attached. mentioned at the lower end of the shaft, hereinafter blade-side end of the shaft, the blade with the shaft via one or more fixing screws is associated, which extend transversely to the longitudinal axis of the stick. The shaft may have a straight course or a sectionally curved shape as from<patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="CH695480A"><text>CH-A-695 480</text></patcit> known.
p0004The cross-sectional shape of the shaft may be different, the shapes of various game features and handling have. Under the terms of the "International Floorball Federation" has the stem or at least in its lower half a round cross-sectional shape with a radius of curvature of at least 9 mm. There are known shafts with a circular or oval cross-section. A special form provides a shank is having a dual cross-sectional shape which has an oval shape for the upper hand, and a round shape for the lower hand. Designated by the so-called stem deposits, also known as "stripes" or "oval kits", while an original round shaft shape can be changed in the grip area to an oval. The short or long shaft liner is attached to the shaft, and then the grip tape is wrapped about.
p0005Grips are usually self-adhesive, about 200 cm long and 2.5 to 3 cm wide. They are spirally wound around the grip. Standard Grips consist of a layer of foam which is sealed with a safe grip and abrasion-resistant surface. In use of floorball club to wear, which cause abrasion of the grip tape or a displacement of the grip tape and affect the safe handle result. This creates the need to renew the grip tape at regular intervals, with an old grip tape removed and the underlying shaft must be cleaned to remove any residues which produce an irregular and poorly beklebbare stem surface, and then a new grip tape are glued to the shaft end have to be. This change process is time consuming and expensive. A further disadvantage is insufficient possibility of adapting the handle on a personal hand anatomy.
p0006In ice hockey sticks, the sectional shape of the shaft is rectangular. <patcit id="pcit0002" dnum="CA2179329A"><text>CA-A-2,179,329</text></patcit> kicks it before in a hockey stick, into the hollow rectangular shaft form-fitting insert a handle with a rectangular cross-sectional shape and fix by adhesive bonding. <patcit id="pcit0003" dnum="US5816961A"><text>US-A-5,816,961</text></patcit> also shows the positive insertion and gluing of a handle in a hockey stick. <patcit id="pcit0004" dnum="CA2270681A"><text>CA-A-2,270,681</text></patcit> shows an elastically expandable handle a hockey stick, which can be mounted by means of compressed air through the floor. <patcit id="pcit0005" dnum="WO2004067100A"><text>WO 2004/067100</text></patcit> refers to this as a disadvantage and proposes for hockey stick with a rectangular cross-sectional shape again an insertable into the shaft handle before. Mentioned in this document as well as sticks with round cross-sectional shape. The fastening of the handle takes place by an interference fit of the handle in the shank or by gluing and / or a screw. To replace the grip loosening of the press fit is proposed by tension or the loosening of the adhesive bond by heat.
Summary of the Invention
p0007The object of the invention to provide an improved Floorball Racket with a removable handle.
p0008This object is achieved in the Floorball Racket mentioned the fact that the shaft and the handle are provided with a form-fitting anti-rotation interacting surfaces, and that at least one releasable, the shaft by releasing fastening means is provided for the handle.
p0009The mechanical rotation with mechanically interacting surfaces on round shank per se or on the handle, a very good safety results against turning the handle on the shaft. Thus can be dispensed with an adhesive in the rule and it is sufficient for a releasable attachment means, which in particular passes through the shaft, to lock the handle shaft in the longitudinal direction. A releasable, for example releasable by heat bonding as the fixing means can also be used in addition to or instead of the penetrating fastener. In this case, the fixing means of the object of the twist is at least partly relieved and a widening of the holes in the shank of the fastener by relative movement of the handle and the shaft is avoided, since this is captured by the separate anti-rotation device. Due to the detachable fastening means, which for example is a threaded bolt, results in a very simple exchangeability of the handle.
p0010Preferably, the handle is designed as a shaft the cross-grip and it further preferably has a multi-part construction with a rigid inner part and an elastic sheath thereof on. Further, it is preferred that the shaft is of multipart design and in particular has a separate shaft handle part. The adjustment of pole length can then in an otherwise unchanged shaft by Substitution of a stem portion made against a shaft portion of a different length, in particular through the exchange of the shaft handle part against a stem handle portion of a different length.
p0011Another object is to provide a set of floorball clubs of different lengths, which can be easily manufactured.
p0012This object is achieved with a set of floorball clubs claim 11th
p0013It is another object of the invention to provide an improved attachment of the blade to the shaft with a floorball stick.
p0014This problem is solved with the features of claim 13.
p0015The fastening with a shaft extending in the longitudinal direction of fasteners avoids the screw previously used, extending transversely through the shaft and the blade. Characterized the shaft is not weakened at this point. This allows a longer life of the shaft. a possible risk of injury to the players Further deleted. Preferably, the shaft is held by clamping in the receiving part of the blade and it is an anti-twist device is provided.
p0016Further preferred embodiments result from the further dependent claims.

WAYS OF CARRYING OUT OF THE INVENTION
p0018<figref idrefs="f0001">figure 1</figref> shows a floorball racket 1 without the blade (which is also referred to as a blade). This racket has a shaft 4 and a releasably attached handle. 2 The blade-side end 9 of the shaft 4 of the racket is inserted at full bat in the receiving area 13 of the blade. 3 The blade 3 is in<figref idrefs="f0002">figure 2</figref> shown separately. A complete racket thus results with mounted blade 3 or in the synopsis<figref idrefs="f0001">figures 1</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0002">2</figref>,
p0019First, a first aspect of the invention, which concerns the releasable attachment of the handle 2 to the shaft 4 is, with reference to the <figref idrefs="f0008 f0009 f0010 f0011 f0012">Figures 8 to 12</figref> explained. <figref idrefs="f0008">figure 8</figref> shows an exploded view of the handle portion of the racket floorball. The shank 4 is shown with only part of its upper portion. 5 The handle 2 comprises a rigid inner part 10 and an elastic compared outer part eleventh Both parts are preferably made of plastic and in the preferred embodiment, the outer part 11 in the manufacture is formed directly around the inner part 10 around, for example, by introducing the plastics material for the outer part in a form in which the inner part is arranged. Also, a coating of the inner part with an elastic outer skin which forms the outer part 11 is possible. These and other methods of preparation of such handles are known in the art and are not discussed here. The core member 10 may be closed by a separate lid 10a. The handle 2 could also be a one-piece handle without the separation in the inner part and outer part. The handle 2 is pushed for attachment to the shaft 4 in the longitudinal direction of the shaft over the shaft, so that the shaft is received in the handle. The fixing against the pulling of the handle shaft in the longitudinal direction takes place with a fastener 19 that passes through the shaft. In<figref idrefs="f0008">figure 8</figref> and also in the <figref idrefs="f0009">figures 9</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0012">12</figref> is shown as a screw 19 of this fastener. This is inserted on one side into a recess of the handle, which is aligned with corresponding recesses in the fully inserted into the handle shaft in the shaft. On the other side of the handle a thread is provided in the latter, in which the screw 19 can be screwed. In the example shown, the thread is provided in a plate 12 which is fixed in the handle. The screw head of the screw 19 is covered with a cover plate 19a.
p0020In the example shown, the anti-rotation device is provided with cooperating interlocking surfaces on the handle and shank in the region of the fastening means, which is preferable. The fastener can then in attaching, or the screw is tightened, causing the surfaces are pressed in direction of action of the fastener to each other, causing the backlash against rotation by means of the surfaces. Preferably planar surfaces are provided, curved surfaces can also be provided. The anti-rotation device can also be designed such that the surfaces apply also no effect of the fastening means to one another under prestress by at least one area which is elastically deformed by the other when sliding of the grip on the shaft.
p0021In the example shown, two diametrically opposed surfaces are provided on the handle to form the cooperating surfaces. This is preferable and especially in<figref idrefs="f0010">figure 10</figref> seen from a cross section along the section line AA <figref idrefs="f0009">figure 9</figref> shows. The surfaces are provided in this example on the one hand on the handle or on the inner part 10 of the handle in the form of a ridge 20 and 21 opposite a flat face, the cooperating surfaces of the security against rotation on the shaft are shaped accordingly. So engages the web 20 in a groove 22 of the shaft 4 or section 5 of the shaft, which particularly in<figref idrefs="f0008">figure 8</figref> can be clearly seen. The flat surface 21 abuts a planar surface 23 of the shaft 4 and of the portion of the fifth The ridge 20 can be seen in cross section rectangular, but trapezoidal in the example shown, which is preferable. Since the fastening means and the screw 19 passes through the web 20, it can press it into the groove. On the opposite side the fastener presses the surfaces 21 and 23 together. The anti-rotation extending in the longitudinal direction beyond the direct area of the fastener also, so that a sufficiently large total area for the rotation lock is ready.
p0022Towards the back blade, or down, the "all-over" anti-rotation (ie in which the respective areas of handle and shaft essentially each with their entire surface abut each other) in the preferred example, replaced by guides which greater flexibility allow the shaft in the handle, as in <figref idrefs="f0011">figure 11</figref> shown, of a section along the section line BB <figref idrefs="f0008">figure 8</figref> shows. These can include the shaft side the groove 22 and the surface 23 serve as guide surfaces and the handle side webs 24 and 25 are provided. This continues to allow, though less strong, to prevent distortion, take the shank but less of its flexibility, which is desirable for the handling of the racket. The webs 24 and 25 are preferably at different heights (<figref idrefs="f0011">figure 11</figref>) And rich also differ widely in the direction of the blade back (<figref idrefs="f0009">figure 9</figref>) Bringing a single defined way for pushing the handle gives a further function to the shaft.
p0023Above the fastener ends of the range in which the handle and shaft are connected together, in which <figref idrefs="f0009">figure 9</figref> It can be seen wherein the upper end of the shaft portion 5 is visible. Preferably, the shaft 4 or 5 is also acted upon by the inside handle, in particular in the fastening region of the fastening means. The handle thus forms an internal support for the shaft, so that this is not deformed even with a small wall thickness under the influence of the fastener. In<figref idrefs="f0010">figure 10</figref> is the corresponding support as a round sleeve 30 can be seen having a plurality of lands 31st This sleeve 30 extends as a part of the rigid inner member from above in the handle down and forming in the inner part an annular space in which the inlet end of the shaft, when the grip is slid over the shaft.
p0024Preferably, the stem itself is formed in the longitudinal direction of several sections. This can make manufacturing advantages, but gives especially the possibility of the diameter and the properties of the shaft along its length to influence in a simple manner. The<figref idrefs="f0001 f0002 f0003 f0004 f0005 f0006">Figures 1-6</figref> show an exemplary embodiment. The shaft is in<figref idrefs="f0001">figure 1</figref> represented as a four-piece shaft. In addition, the handle 2 is shown. The shaft 4 has the handle side of the aforementioned section 5, which for example is circular below the handle, but preferably the explained within the handle above and as in<figref idrefs="f0008">figure 8</figref> having visible form. The section 5 may consist of two nested parts case itself, which is not shown here. In the direction of the blade followed by the portion 6 in<figref idrefs="f0003">figure 3</figref> is shown in cross section along the section line VV. The portion 6 is preferably tapered to a smaller diameter adapted to the section 5 to the section 7, which connects the blade side, to the portion 6th Section 7 of the shaft is in<figref idrefs="f0004">figure 4</figref> shown in cross section. It is formed of two concentrically arranged parts. To the portion 7 of the section is followed by 8, which initially have an oval cross-sectional shape (cut along the line SS in<figref idrefs="f0005">figure 5</figref>) And subsequently in the field 8 'a special form to the non-rotatable mounting of the blade (section having along the line RR in <figref idrefs="f0006">figure 6</figref>). The individual sections of the shaft 4 can be plugged into each other and be secured together by adhesive. The material of the sections is as a traditional plastic, as is known for the manufacture of floorball clubs or a conventional composite material or a carbon fiber composite. The various portions can, depending on the function and load, are made of different material. The selection of the materials known to the skilled person can easily meet with his expertise.
p0025Based on <figref idrefs="f0007">figure 7</figref> is a further aspect of the invention is explained. <figref idrefs="f0007">figure 7</figref> shows three floorball club 1, which are composed of several sections. As an example, the previously discussed sections 5, 6, 7 and 8 are provided, but can of course also have a different number and distribution be provided. According to this aspect of the invention the length of the bat a set of different length racquets is now determined that the different length is achieved by only a portion, preferably the handle side portion of the shaft, which is used comes in different lengths in different lengths rackets , In the example shown this is the "designated in the various rackets with 5 or 5 ', or 5 section which is provided in different lengths. All other portions 6, 7 and 8 and the handle 2 are in each case in all racquets of the same length . in this way can be manufactured in an inexpensive manner bats of different lengths, in which the club properties with the length differ only slightly. the illustrated aspect of the length choice by choosing different length sections at bats a racket set can with the aforementioned aspect of the be combined replaceable handle or not.
p0026Another aspect of the invention relates to the attachment of the blade 3 on the shaft 4 of a floorball racket. This may be combined with the aforementioned aspects of the replaceable handle and / or the club set with different lengths bats or not.
p0027To illustrate this aspect shows <figref idrefs="f0012">figure 12</figref> a longitudinal section at the location of attachment of the blade 3 on the shaft 4 and at the lowermost portion 8 'of the shaft 4 at a shaft formed of several sections. <figref idrefs="f0012">figure 12</figref> shows only the stem side receiving part 13 of the blade or trowel. 3
p0028The shaft is preferably formed at its lower end deviating from a circular cross-sectional shape to form with appropriate shaping of the receiving part of the blade 3, a rotation lock for the blade 3rd The fastening means can thus be relieved of the task for the rotation of the fixing blade shaft to ensure. It is preferably a shape of the end of the shaft, as described in<figref idrefs="f0006">figure 6</figref> is shown in cross-section. Two round portions 40 and 41 of the cross-sectional shape are connected by two groove-shaped portions 43rd Optional 43 two deposits, or at most only a liner 55 can be positively inserted in the sections. Outwardly follows the form of deposits, as shown by the dashed arc, the radius of curvature of the circular portions 40 and 41. When in<figref idrefs="f0012">figure 12</figref> compound represented between the shaft and blade, such a shape of the stem can be provided and the corresponding, adjacent to the shank surfaces of the receptacle 13 are substantially formed to the same, so that the blade is secured against rotation about the shaft longitudinal axis and secured against rotation. Although the below-described mounting of blade and shaft may also be carried out without such or other shaped twist, but this is not preferred.
p0029As in <figref idrefs="f0012">figure 12</figref> can be seen, the fixing means comprising in particular a screw 15 and a nut 17 extends substantially in the longitudinal direction of the shaft. The screw could thereby be screwed into a fixed in the shaft plug disposed (of eg a mother carries or itself has an internal thread), so that the blade is fixed directly by the screw on the shaft in the shaft longitudinal direction when the screw, as shown, with her head on the blade supports (with the interposition of a washer 50). When in<figref idrefs="f0012">figure 12</figref> embodiment shown is done while the attachment of the blade to the shaft characterized in that the shaft is clamped at the blade.
p0030In the example shown, the shank 4 at its blade-side end of the tapered part 9, which is inserted into the shank-side portion or the receptacle 13 of the blade or vane. The dimensioning of the shaft and receiving are preferably chosen so that the illustrated aligned receiving the shaft in the recording results, so that no external sales between blade and shaft is present. The tapered portion 9 of the shaft 4 and the portion 8 of the shaft, has a so-dimensioned thickness, that it comes to lie between the wall 18 and an inner wall 19 in the receptacle 13 which is located concentrically to the outer wall 18 in the interior of the receiving , Thus, there is a positive connection for said rotation. A hollow cylindrical inner part 19a forms an inclined bearing surface for a cylindrical body 16 which is provided with a counter slope. The inner wall 19 is also adjusted in height to the inclined surface of the inner part 19a. The inner wall 19 and the inner part 19a can be formed integrally with an intermediate base 20 of the blade 3rd The arranged along the longitudinal axis of the shaft 4 screw 15 is of one of the blade side facing the partition 20 is inserted through this and pushed through a hole in the cylinder body 16th Shaft side of the cylinder body is provided with a thread, for example, such that the nut 17 stationary and concentric sunk to the outer wall of the shaft. 4 The nut 17 receives the end of the screw 15th
p0031When tightening the bolt 15, the cylindrical body is pulled by the screw in the figure down and pushed it in consequence of the increasingly inclined plane in the figure to the left. The shaft is thus clamped between the wall 18 and the cylinder 16 and thus held by friction. The previously described positive connection between shaft and receiving the shaft in the blade provides the safeguard against rotation of the blade to the shaft axis.
p0032The embodiment of the attachment of the shaft to the blade described is an example. Other embodiments for fixing with a arranged in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the shaft screw can be used equally. The body for attachment can be for example a truncated cone with a pointing in the direction of the blade top surface, whose outer surface when tightening the screw presses against its inside wall on the shaft projections arranged or shaft surfaces, thereby causing an outwardly directed spreading movement of the shaft wall.
p0033The advantage of this arrangement is the possibility of a secure attachment of the blade to the shaft 4 without the necessary fasteners are visible or exposed or that a stepped transition between the blade and the shaft is formed, thus, would be risk of injury due to the presence of sharp edges.
