p0001The invention relates to a Verrastungskonstruktion according to the preamble of claim 1.
p0002For the mutual locking of first and second part at the end of Verrastungsbewegung, which is a pushing together of the first and second part, for example, is known to provide on the first part a trailing gripping edge and on the second part a a retaining edge exhibiting a spring element, which retaining edge mutual Verrastungszustand of the first and of the second part engages behind said rear gripping edge of the first part and thereby the first and the second part keeps locked to each other.
p0003It is also known to use such Verrastungskonstruktionen in enclosures, which consists of two plastic parts.
p0004Plastic parts have the advantage that they are elastic so that the spring travel required by latching elements on the locking elements both at the one housing part than can be divided on the other housing part. The burden on the individual latching a respective Verrastungskonstruktion is cut in half.
p0005On the other hand there is the problem that used in a relevant housing electronic components, particularly sensitive electronic components that are placed far enough away from the individual latching elements, so they are not damaged due to the space occupied by a respective latching spring travel or even destroyed can. Here such a large spring travel is particularly taken into account that it is on the ground or unplanned major forces acting from the outside, for example, by the case of an underlying electrical device no damage to the said electronic components.
p0006The disadvantage here is that underlying electronic devices increases must be built in order to have space for the said suspension travel. Another disadvantage is that it is then possible to overstretch the latching elements and to destroy it.
p0007The overextension problem is particularly even to light when one of two shell halves for example, instead of elastic plastic is made of a rigid metal material, because then the entire suspension travel, practically twice the travel, must be covered by the one catch element, which in the elastic plastic housing part connection is. The elasticity of the metal part is negligible and to be regarded as rigid.
p0008Object of the present invention is therefore, starting from a Verrastungskonstruktion of the aforementioned type to improve such Verrastungskonstruktion in the way technically that a minimized construction for respective electronic units that are arranged near respective latching elements sensitive electrical, electronic or other components are not damaged or destroyed due to a too small spring travel of the latching elements concerned that respective latching elements are protected from over-stretching, and that does not necessarily have to pass all the housing parts used for a casing for an underlying electronic device made of elastic plastic. Nevertheless Verrastungskonstruktion to enable easy operation during locking two of respective parts and be easy to provide.
p0009This object is achieved by a Verrastungskonstruktion which has the features in the characterizing part of claim 1.
p0010Such Verrastungskonstruktion prevent damage to or destruction of placed near the respective latching member electrical, electronic or other components due to the existing stop for a respective latching.
p0011At the same time these components can be placed much closer to the respective latching elements zoom, whereby an underlying electronic device with a greater degree of minimization can be built in subsequently.
p0012In addition, the locking elements in question are protected by the stop in front of a hyperextension.
p0013Because of overstretching protection and security against destruction or damage of its components, it is not necessarily necessary to produce all housing parts used for a housing of an underlying electronic device made of elastic plastic. It may for example consist of the respective housing parts of an inelastic metallic material.
p0014The Verrastungskonstruktion finally enables a simple operation that is that concerned housing parts are easy to push together.
p0015Further, the Verrastungskonstruktion is to provide in a simple manner, because a relevant niche in one of the two components used an appropriate mold for making this a part in question can be introduced in a simple manner by designing, and also because the spring element in the other of the both parts used without problems equal to the remaining part can be integrally molded with.
p0016Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of dependent claims.
p0017Thereafter, a first and a second wall portion of the first part in question are formed extending obliquely outwardly. This facilitates the insertion of the second part in question in the first part for the purpose of locking the two parts together.
p0018An embodiment of the outer contour of the spring element as a conical component in such a way that the spring element is formed in continuously in the first and second wall portion of the first member facilitates the insertion of above-mentioned of the second part in question in the respective first part for the purpose of locking of the two parts additionally each other ,
p0019By introducing a recess in the respective second part, it is made possible with the same part in a simple manner to provide the required stop for a respective spring element without the provision of additional funds available.
p0020The configuration of the torbogenartigen member used as a frame-like member having a center, at which the spring element in question is fastened, results in a particularly stable and effective construction of the spring element.
p0021An advantage of the design of the first part as a metallic housing frame, that a thus resultant housing for an electrical or electronic device beyond something special is particularly stable and.
p0022Another advantage of the Verrastungskonstruktion is that the respective second part can be produced readily as a plastic housing.
p0023explains General can again be said the following.
p0024The Verrastungskonstruktion protect adjacent components or components during compression of Verrastungskonstruktion from damage. Such devices or components are often, for example, a display glass or on a carrier soldered components.
p0025Furthermore, this design prevents the over-extension of the spring element or of the latching hook, which is ultimately the spring element. The overextension might otherwise have a so-called whitening or demolition, in particular the charge of the suspension portion of the spring element to result.
p0026Due to the special design of the Verrastungskonstruktion also a very good insertion angle between the first and the second part during the locking of the first and the second part is provided by the unit assembly.
p0027In recent catches both passed together to verrastende plastic parts. The spring travel could therefore be divided between the two parts to be locked. A protection of adjacent components did not exist here.
p0028When locking the second part to verrastende fully immersed in a, for example metallic, carrier as a first part of a. The elasticity of the metal support is, as has been said above to neglect, and to be regarded as rigid. Thus, the resilient portion of the latching in the second part, a plastic part has to intercept the entire spring travel. For this reason, as also already mentioned, the risk that components that must be placed on the basis of a small construction volume and a guide close to the housing wall take, during compression of the spring element or the latching hook damage.
p0029The Verrastungskonstruktion is also generally applicable to pure plastic compounds.
p0030The locking is arranged so that the maximum travel below the vulnerable components likely. Simultaneously, a stop ensures that the latch hook during assembly or force external events can not shirk the component.
p0031An exemplary embodiment of the invention is illustrated by a drawing.
