p0001The invention relates to a laminated body according to the preamble of claim 1.
p0002From the <patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="DE20021904U1"><text>DE 200 21 904 U1</text></patcit> is a layered body is known which comprises a photocatalytically activatable surface layer on a base body.
p0003The object of the invention is in particular to provide a generic device with improved properties in terms of detergency.
p0004The object is achieved by the features of claim 1, while advantageous embodiments and developments of the invention can be gathered from the subclaims.
p0005The invention relates to a composite, in particular a household appliance layered body with a base body and a cleaning layer.
p0006It is proposed that the layer body comprises at least one adhesion-promoting layer which is at least partially arranged between the base body and the cleaning layer and is intended to provide adhesion between the cleaning layer and the base body. A "composite" in particular a body is to be understood, which comprises at least one base or a base layer and at least a coating applied to the base body further layer on which particular turn one or more layers can be applied. A "layer" should be understood in particular an in sheet-like form above, below or between another body uniform mass. By an "adhesive layer" should in particular a layer to be understood, which has at least two sides and at least parts of at least two of the sides at least two other bodies and / or layers adhered and / or fixed and / or secured, wherein the adhesion-promoting layer, in particular intended is to 'provide a more direct coupling between the base body and the cleaning layer increased adhesion of the cleaning layer. By "cleaning layer" is in particular a layer to be understood, which may engage in at least one mode of operation a purifying effect and / or a cleaning function and / or support, in particular in an improved manner over the base body itself. The cleaning layer, the adhesion promoting layer and the body should in particular pairs have various materials. In particular, the body may have borofloat. By "Borofloat" should in particular a method of manufacturing flat glass to be understood, whose main chemical components of SiO2 and B2O3 are. By "flat glass" is to be understood in particular a disk-shaped glass. With an embodiment according to the invention particularly advantageous cleaning layers can be securely fixed to the base body and a cleaning effect of the laminated body can be improved.
p0007It is further proposed that the cleaning layer is attached by means of a melting process on the bonding layer. By a "melting process" should in particular be understood to mean a process in which melting takes place of at least one body and / or at least one layer. This good adhesion between two layers can be achieved.
p0008In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the adhesion promoting layer to a softening temperature and / or a transform domain, which / who are below a softening temperature and / or a transformation range of the base body / is. By "softening point" of a substance and / or a body is to be understood in particular to a temperature at which the substance and / or the body having the largest change of its deformability. A "transformation region" is intended in particular a temperature range to be understood, in which the mechanical behavior of a substance and / or a body varies considerably, and below a transition temperature range between melt and solid is to be understood particularly advantageous. With an embodiment of the invention, a simple production of the layered body can be achieved.
p0009Offering advantage / are the softening and / or melting temperature of the adhesive layer at about 500 ° C. A "melting temperature" is in particular a temperature at which a body and / or material from a solid to a liquid aggregate state. By "500 ° C" is intended to mean in particular a temperature range from 470 ° C to 530 ° C, a temperature range from 485 ° C to 515 ° C, and most desirably a temperature range from 495 ° C to 505 ° C. This may be a heat-sensitive body are used to make the laminate.
p0010Furthermore, it is suggested that the adhesion promoting layer has a thermal expansion coefficient which is substantially equal to a thermal expansion coefficient of the base body. By a "substantially identical" in particular a coefficient of thermal expansion up to 10 percent, or up to 5 percent, and particularly advantageously an up to 3 percent deviating coefficient of thermal expansion is to be understood. Thus a greater heat resistance of the laminate is achieved.
p0011In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the thermal expansion coefficient of the bonding layer is approximately 3,25x10-6/ K. In order for a base body can be used especially with a particularly high visual quality.
p0012It is also proposed that the adhesion promoting layer is formed as a glass frit and / or as a silicate binder. A "glass frit" is to be understood in particular as an intermediate in the production of glass melts. The term "silicate" will be understood in particular in the manner of a silicate. The term "binder" is intended to mean in particular a binder. The term "binder" is to be understood in particular a fabric, are attached through which solids together or on a pad and / or glued. A "silicate binder" can in particular have at least one silicate and / or be provided to at least retain a silicate. In particular, the binder may be prepared by a sol-gel. A "sol-gel" should be understood on the basis of a sol, in particular a process for the synthesis of gels. With an embodiment of the invention can be achieved particularly cost-effective production of a bonding layer.
p0013In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cleaning layer is formed as a catalytic cleaning supportive layer. By a "catalytic" cleaning in particular a cleaning is to be understood that due to an acceleration and / or enabling a chemical reaction, particularly in comparison to a corresponding response to the basic body takes place. Hereby, a particularly thorough cleaning, in particular the cleaning layer can be achieved.
p0014It is further proposed that the base body, the adhesion promoting layer and the cleaning layer are each individually and all together transparently. Among them, that a body and in particular a layer is "transparent" is to be understood in particular that there is a human visible wavelength region of at least a wavelength range for which the transmittance of the body or the layer is greater than 0.1, in particular greater than 0.3 and most desirably greater than 0.5 and, more particularly to including that a body and in particular a layer "transparent" is to be understood that situated behind the body or the layer structures which with daylight are illuminated and in this situation without the intervening body and the intermediate layer of people can be recognized by people in the same situation, but in which is located the body or the layer between the structures and the people can be identified. With an embodiment of the invention a convenient visual monitoring of a baking process can be made possible.
p0015Further advantages arise from the following drawing description. The drawing shows an embodiment of the invention is shown. The drawings, the description and the claims contain numerous features in combination. The expert will consider the features expediently also individually and combine them to form further reasonable combinations.

p0017<figref idrefs="f0001">figure 1</figref> shows designed as a household appliance oven with a window 20. The window 20 has a layered body 10, which is transparent and an insight into an interior of the domestic appliance allowed. The interior is disposed in a direction perpendicular 22 to the viewing window 20 behind the viewing window 20th
p0018<figref idrefs="f0002">figure 2</figref> shows a section through the laminated body 10. The laminated body 10 has a cleaning layer 14, an adhesive layer 16 and a base body 12th The adhesive layer 16 is disposed between the base body 12 and the cleaning layer 14th The cleaning layer 14 covers the adhesive layer 16 in a direction 22 opposite direction such that the cleaning layer 14 but not the adhesive layer 16 is adjacent to an operating mode of the oven directly to the interior of the oven. The cleaning layer 14 is adhered to the adhesive layer 16. The adhesive layer 16 is liable to turn on the base 12th The bonding layer 16 covers the base body 12 in a direction 22 opposite direction. The bonding layer 16 and the cleaning layer 14 penetrate into a Durchdringungsteil 24 of the two layers, which comprises one-fifth the thickness of the cleaning layer 14th
p0019The adhesion of the cleaning layer 14 on the adhesive layer 16 is achieved by a melt process, in which the bonding layer 16 is melted and the voided cleaning layer 14 is subsequently lowered into the bonding layer 16th The base body 12 remains intact, as the softening temperature and the transformation range of the bonding layer 16 below the softening temperature and the transformation portion of the body are. The softening temperature and the melting temperature of the adhesive layer are at about 500 ° C. The bonding layer 16 is sufficiently bulky and sufficiently thick to allow for adhesive reaction to the cleaning layer 14 safely. The base body 12 is formed of borofloat. The adhesive layer 16 consists of a glass frit. The cleaning layer 14 is formed as a catalytic cleaning supporting Ecolyse layer. The substrate 12, the bonding layer 16 and the cleaning layer 14 are transparent.
p0020In a self-cleaning oven of the interior of the oven is heated for at least one hour at 480 ° C. Here, a large part of the organic constituents of food contamination is incinerated, so that the residue can be wiped off easily. In the cleaning layer 14 while the prevailing temperature is not sufficient, so that a pyrolysis from adhering to the cleaning layer 14 food contamination takes place. These food contaminants are decomposed at the self-cleaning effect of the cleaning layer 14 due to catalysis, and can therefore be easily removed. At a heating of the interior of the oven, the laminated body 10 takes no damage, since the thermal expansion coefficient of the adhesive layer 16 is substantially the thermal expansion coefficient of the base body is equal to 12 and thus detachment of the adhesive layer is prevented from 16 of the basic body 12th The thermal expansion coefficient of the adhesive layer 16 is approximately 3,25x10-6/ K.
p002116 In alternative embodiments of the laminated body 10, there is a bonding layer of a silicate binder. In such embodiments, the adhesion of the cleaning layer 14 is achieved in the adhesion-promoting layer 16 by means of bonds of silanol groups or bonds of siloxane groups or bonds of silanol groups and siloxane groups.
