State of the art
The invention is based on a rotary piston machine according to claim 1. A generic rotary piston engine is off <patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="DE19962804A1"><text>DE 199 62 804 A1</text></patcit> known, which shows the features of the preamble of claim 1 and is considered to be the closest prior art. A considerable problem in the generic field of pumps and compressors always arises when the substances to be conveyed are toxic substances which are also tough or can only be conveyed at high temperatures, which makes the cleaning of the rotating parts very demanding. make it difficult or even impossible. In addition there are decision problems in comparing the values of the substances to be conveyed with the value of the machine and possibly the replacement thereof. This is especially true when used for pharmaceutical substances, but also for certain, usually under high temperature to be promoted plastics. A significant problem is the cleaning of the pump parts. This is also the case that when using cleaning acids or the like. the pump parts must be resistant accordingly. Again, the remainder of the pump's remaining space, ie the noxious spaces, should be as small as possible, and should approach zero if possible. In practice, attempts are made to counteract this by using stainless steel or expensive resistant materials for the rotary lobes.
The problem underlying the invention
The invention is based on the object in a rotary piston engine of the generic type, in particular by overcoming the bias of the art, a Einsatz-, or manufacturing process, or to develop a special construction, via which such a rotary engine can be supplied to a wide range of uses.
The invention and its advantages
This object is achieved by a rotary piston machine according to the invention according to the main claim. Although it is known per se, in an electrically driven pump which flows through the stream receiving the electrically controlled coil, usually fixedly arranged complex housing part by means of a cup-shaped can of the rotating, the permanent magnet receiving power rotor to separate (<patcit id="pcit0002" dnum="DE60300780T2"><text>DE 603 00 780 T2</text></patcit>, or. <patcit id="pcit0003" dnum="AT281184"><text>AT 28 11 84</text></patcit>), although there is a completely different problem, namely the cooling of electrical parts of such canned pumps and not, as in the invention, a cost-saving design by combining a disposable part provided as "cheap" pump head with a complex pump housing, which if necessary stationary. Important for the invention is that after loosening the pump head from the base housing which are closed by the medium to be pumped working spaces on the base housing side facing, so that for example acids udgl. remain in the disposable part and can be disposed of with this. In the known canned motor (<patcit id="pcit0004" dnum="DE60300780D2"><text>DE 603 00 780 D2</text></patcit> and <patcit id="pcit0005" dnum="AT281184"><text>AT 28 11 84</text></patcit>) immersed only the containment shell in the closed state of the pump in the electrically controlled winding, but the housing accommodating the current coil does not form a basic housing, so that when removing the electrically flow-through receiving part of the pump head with respect to the media to be conveyed no longer closed is.
It is also known in a medical dosing pump for liquid medication pump unit and motor or the operative connection between the motor and pump to make detachable, thereby, as far as the pump, to achieve a disposable disposable unit, the expensive drive unit (electric motor) separable so that the latter can be reused (<patcit id="pcit0006" dnum="DE19916876A1"><text>DE 199 16 876 A1</text></patcit>). However, this is a peristaltic pump, in which the feature that the pump head is designed as a disposable part, is already removable, but it is neither a quick-release connection, except that of course, such only by the delivery hose sealed to the outside pumps have a very narrow range of use and is attributable with respect to the invention of a different type of pump.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the rotors have an interlocking Trochoidenverzahnung (cycloid toothing). Although such a rotary engine is known (see genus<patcit id="pcit0007" dnum="WO05024236A1"><text>WO 05/024236 A1</text></patcit>) with the great advantage that the remaining residual spaces of the pump, ie the harmful spaces, are very small, but with respect to the invention there is a considerable bias of the art for such trochoidal rotary engines, especially with regard to methods of use, method of manufacture or construction.
The very difficult to be solved requirement of a zero-going harmful space are only little known rotary engines (<patcit id="pcit0008" dnum="DEAS1011896B"><text>DE AS 10 11 896</text></patcit>, NSU; <patcit id="pcit0009" dnum="WO2005024236A1"><text>WO 2005/024236 A1</text></patcit>, COR) by the teeth of the rotating parts are formed cycloid-shaped, or trochoidenförmig and engage by rounding the teeth sealingly without additional sealing means in the teeth of the other rotating part. In these known rotary engines of the harmful space can therefore be reduced to zero.
Although such a rotary engine with trochoidenförmig trained rotor has the advantage of low harmful space, but so does not solve the above-mentioned problem, especially in the promotion of substances under high temperatures (plastics) or aggressive materials.
However, in contrast to the known pumps, trochoid toothing is a complicated precision pump whose design as a disposable part is unusual for a person skilled in the art, so that a bias in the art was to be overcome here.
The resulting from the problem underlying the invention, namely to form the existing Trochoidenteilen pump head as a disposable part and to connect it with the main body therefore with a Schnelllösverbindung, is unusual for the expert, with quick connections between the engine and special pumps in various ways, such as mentioned above, are known.
An according to claim 1 to be designed rotary piston conveyor with cup-shaped canned to facilitate the replacement of the pump head is an additional thought step, which is unusual because the perfused by the substrate to be pumped pump head forms by its invention interchangeability no conceptual connection to the function of the known gap motor, since, for the expert in the known pumps, the can is intended to hermetically separate the fluid part from the pump part during operation.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, therefore, when replacing the pump head as a disposable part of the can with rotors and permanent magnet is pulled out of the base housing, after which then the replacement part is used.
In order to facilitate the exchange of the pump head according to the invention according to an embodiment of the invention, the connection between the base housing and the pump head is designed as a quick connection coupling, which acts on corresponding devices of the base housing and pump head.
A related advantageous embodiment of the invention is such,<ul><li>that the device for connecting the housings of the housing and the pump head are located at the contacting end faces between the base housing and the pump head,</li><li>in that the housings in the contacting area have an associated outer bead or flange and</li><li>in that the housings can be axially clamped together via a tangentially shortenable ring that overlaps these beads or flanges.</li></ul>
drawing
An embodiment of the object of the invention is shown in the drawing.
Show it:<dl id="dl0001"><dt>Fig. 1</dt><dd>a rotary piston pump according to the invention in an exploded view and in longitudinal section;</dd><dt>Fig. 2</dt><dd>the quick-release connection between the main body and pump head housing in plan view and</dd><dt>Fig. 3</dt><dd>the rotary piston pump according to the section A from <figref idref="f0001">Fig. 2</figref> in assembled condition.</dd></dl>
Description of the embodiment
As in <figref idref="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> shown in exploded view, the rotary piston pump according to the invention comprises a base housing 1, with which the pump is anchored correspondingly fixed and in which the electrically controllable coil 2 of an electric motor is arranged. In the right part of the exploded view, a pump head 3 is shown, which can be closed by a pot-shaped can 4. Between a flange-shaped portion 9 of the can 4 and a section 9 of the can 4 facing flat end face 8 of the pump head 3, a ring seal 5 is arranged in a Stirnringnut 6 of the pump head 3. The pump head 3 has for this purpose an annular bead 7, on which the end face 8 is present and which serves to engage a clamping ring 10, on the other hand engages an annular bead 11 of the base housing 1.
The clamping ring 10 is open at 12 on one side and can be shortened in its scope by a screw which is tangentially inserted into an opening 13. The clamping ring 10 also has conically extending webs 14, so that a shortening of the circumference of the clamping ring 10 and by its engagement with the annular beads 7 and 11 of the pump head 3 and the base housing 1 leads to their clamping together.
The pump head 3 receives a power rotor 15 with a permanent magnet 16 in a cup-shaped portion of the can 4, and a through the power rotor 15 with driven counter rotor 17 with the pivot bearing 18th
In <figref idref="f0001">Fig. 2</figref> In particular, the clamping ring 10 is shown with its open side 12th
At the in <figref idref="f0001">Fig. 3</figref> shown in the assembly and in longitudinal section version is particularly well recognizable that after loosening the clamping ring 10 of the pump head 3 including the flow-through from the medium to be conveyed area separating can 4 in a simple manner from the base housing 1 and the electric coil 2 can be pulled out.
It should be noted that the invention is not limited only to canned machines, but also detects rotary piston machines in which the seal between the exchanged pump head and the base housing is done by other known means. Decisive is the simple and practical interchangeability of the pump head with separation of the flow medium.
