p0001The invention relates to a load carrier for a vehicle, especially a passenger car, with a for carrying a load provided skid, the backward projecting in a working position of the load carrier before a rear area of the motor vehicle and a loading area for charging a load providing a pivot member arrangement with at least a pivotal part to expand the cargo area, the at least one pivot member is pivotally mounted to a pivot portion mounting portion at a skid-bearing area of the loading frame about a pivot axis between a use position and a non-use position.
p0002Such a load carrier, for example, in non-prepublished patent application <patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="DE102007023495"><text>DE 10 2007 023 495</text></patcit> described. This carrier has several pivotal pieces in the shape of wearers for bicycles, which are pivotally mounted on a skid. In the range of swivel bearings of the loading frame for the pivot parts of an external toothing is provided, which corresponds with an inner toothing of the pivoting parts, such that the pivoting members are moved axially relative to the respective pivot setting. Then the serrations interlock and the pivotal parts are fixed firmly pivoting.
p0003However, the handling of this load carrier is not always easy, especially when the serrations engage with little play into one another. This is on the other hand makes sense, so that the pivot down also without play.
p0004It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an easier-to-handle load support which builds advantageously compact.
p0005To achieve the object is provided with a load carrier of the type mentioned that at the loading rack storage area, a pivot stop is arranged, against which the strikes at least one pivot member in the position of use, and that of the skid in the range of skid-storage area at least one load securing device is set for securing a disposed on the at least one pivoting part load, said at least one load securing device which determines by holding the fortified with their load at least one pivot member pivotally fixed.
p0006The load carrier according to the concept according to the invention is preferably a bicycle carrier. On one or several of the pivoting parts channels are preferably provided, which can accommodate a bicycle. The bicycles are placed in the gutters.
p0007That or the pivoting parts are preferably pivotable about horizontal, extending longitudinally of the vehicle pivot axes.
p0008The load carrier according to the invention has the advantage that the swivel down the pivoting parts, in particular of wearers Bicycles, no separate fasteners or pivoting fixing means must be present, but the pivotal determination is made by the inventive load attachment means in connection with the load placed on the pivoting part. With a single operator action not only the load but also the respective pivot member on the load carrier are thus stationarily fixed.
p0009Another basic idea of the invention is that the load attachment means fixed directly on the skid near the skid-bearing region. Thus, the pivot determination is made on the spot, so to speak. Although it would be conceivable to use, for example, a vertically standing support for pivotal fixing of the pivoting parts. Opposite this solution has the load securing device, which is arranged in the vicinity of the storage area for the swivel parts, however, the advantage that, for example, twisting and movements of the load have a minor influence on the pivot setting of the pivoting part.
p0010The load attachment means preferably includes a clamping device for clamping the load on the skid or forms such a clamping device. Thus a very strong attachment of the load to the load carrier and also a solid swing down is achievable.
p0011The load securing device is advantageously mounted on opposite sides of the at least one pivot member to the skid. The swing member is then located between the articulation points, such as skid-proof supports, at least one load securing device.
p0012An attachment of the load attachment means within the pivoting range of the respective swiveling part, but close to the pivot post for the position of use or outside a swiveling range of each swing member, for example, below the pivot stop at the skid is advantageous. The load attachment means may also be defined with respect to the pivot axis advantageously axially laterally adjacent to a pivot stop for the respective pivotal part of the skid.
p0013Advantageously has the pivoting part a support area for placing the load, such as a deployment area or support face for a bicycle, the ie, away from the pivot part-bearing region, for example, from the pivot end of the pivoting part. The load attachment device accesses to the load at a location remote from the support area holding area. For example, surrounds the load attachment means a wheel of the bicycle off the support face. The holding area for the load securing device is advantageously closer to the pivot portion mounting area than the nesting area for the bike. Overall, as a beneficial force triangle between the pivot part-storage area, the holding area for the Lastbefestigungseineinrichtung on the load and the support area is formed on the pivoting part. The load securing device exerts beneficial from a pulling force in the direction of the skid-bearing region, which the loaded load carrier structure stiffened. This tensile force extends preferably in the vehicle transverse direction.
p0014The load securing device advantageously has a Umgreifeinrichtung for gripping the load. The Umgreifeinrichtung engages expediently not only the load but also the at least one pivot member when it is in its use position. For example, can be used as a Umgreifeinrichtung Umgreifbügel, a Umgreifhaken or the like. These devices may for example be made of metal or plastic.
p0015Advantageously, however, a flexible strap, which may be multi-part and which wraps around the load. The belt has for example two or more strap parts which are latching together.
p0016A strap part has z. B. a catch recess for latching to provided at the other strap part latching projections. For example, the strap part can be pulled with the latching projections by resilient snap-in receiver that locks with the locking receptacles. Thus, the tether can be clamped.
p0017Preferably, a clamping lever is provided which biases the strap. The release can, for example, fixed or preferably set to pivot on his skid and acting on the retainer strap. In a two-part design of the grip belt, the tension lever is conveniently attached to a strap portion and biases the other strap part against the former. At one end of the bearing of the tension lever a tooth area is expediently provided with at least one tooth, which engages in a counter toothing on the holding strap. The counter toothing may be formed for example by the latching projections. However, it is sufficient if the tension strap in the effective area of the clamping lever sufficiently adherent or reibfähige, such as structured or roughened, having surface.
p0018The tensioning lever is expediently carried out in the sense of a ratchet drive, being in the clamping direction with the belt to exciting part engaged while he free or a ratchet swings in opposite direction to the clamping direction over the tether away. For this purpose, the counter toothing on the strap, for example a suitable oblique angle on, said the clamping movement of the clamping lever associated slope is steeper than the opposite inclined surface over which slides the clamping lever at its ratcheting movement.
p0019Preferably the clamping lever is combined with a disabling or latch, the clamping lever is provided for tensioning the tether while the latch sets the belt friction or latching in its respective cocked position.
p0020The posterior region of the clamping lever can be formed by a single tooth. Preferably the tooth area on a bearing end of the tensioning lever is arranged in front of the projecting an operating portion having a Direction lever.
p0021The strap or the strap is preferably attached to a fixed on skid provided angle or other holder. It is understood that this holder can also be hinged or pivoted so that it takes up as little space in the non-use position.
p0022At least one end of the grip belt, advantageously both ends of the tether is or are expediently fixed to a swivel holder member which is pivotally mounted on the skid-bearing region. The at least one pivot holder member may be axially movable axially with respect to its pivot axis. The tether is suitably detachable from the pivot bracket part. the strap is adjustable in length advantage on the swivel bracket part. It is understood that the tether can be, for example, also be configured in a two-part design so that each one strap part is fixed to a swivel holder part and the two free ends of the strap parts to hold the load can be connected together.
p0023An alternative approach may provide that the tether is penetrated directly from a pivot bearing shaft, for example, the swivel bearing of the swivel part. Suitably-βigerweise is reinforced at the penetration area or storage area for the pivot shaft of the strap or the strap part.
p0024The tether or a tether portion has portions with different stiffness, conveniently in its longitudinal direction. So he is more flexible than in the region of its articulation or down on skid-bearing portion thereof or near, for example, in a for wrapping the load to be secured provided the looping. The different rigidity can be caused for example by different material thicknesses. Conveniently, however, the tether is a multicomponent belt. For example, the straps of different plastic components.
p0025The pivot member arrangement advantageously has at least two pivot portions which are pivotally mounted on two opposing skid-location areas. In the inoperative position the pivoting parts lie on one another or side by side in a separate by the skid storage room while you preside in the use position aligned with each other in front of the skid. It is possible that the pivot parts have corresponding, matching outer contours, so that they are at least partially positively and thus save space to lie on one another in the non-use position.
p0026each of the pivoting parts is advantageously separately pivoted from the other pivoting parts. The opposing pivoting members are advantageous in the use position obliquely downward from the skid from. This large wheels are rechargeable. Advantageously, the pivot members have a pivot angle of more 180 °, so that they can be pivoted in a horizontal or example inwardly folded in the aforementioned receiving space of the charging cradle state pivoted inoperative position between the obliquely downwardly directed position of use. The carrier is compact in the non-use position. In the use position, a focus of a standing on the pivot parts bicycle positioned deep, next to the skid. Moreover, characterized a view from the motor vehicle is less affected backwards.
p0027Advantageously, the pivot member assembly has a first and at least a second pair of oppositely mounted on the skid pan parts, so that, for example, two bicycles can be arranged on the load carrier. It is understood that other couples can be provided with pivoting parts.
p0028The pivoting parts are expediently defined with respect to its pivot axis substantially axially immovable. but it is also conceivable for the pivoting parts are preferably at least outside its position of use axially displaceable. Thus, the pivoting parts may for example be moved axially for transferring from the use position into the use position so that they are accommodated for. B. in the inoperative position side by side in the receiving area of the loading frame while they are aligned with each other in the use position. Then, for example, be set in the grooves of aligned pivot members a bicycle. If the pivoting parts are not axially movable, but can only be swiveled, the risk of incorrect operation is lower.
p0029The pivotal parts of a respective pivot member pair are expediently coupled together by a coupling device, such as a coupling element or coupling piece. The coupling element can have, for example, a rod-like shape. Conveniently, the coupling device is substantially parallel to the pivot axis of the pivoting parts. It is advantageous when the coupling device has a relatively large distance from the pivot axis. Through the coupling device, the operator will for example simplified because a control action are all coupled pivoting parts are pivoted.
p0030The pivotal parts are advantageously designed as a swing-wing or rotary vane included, each pivot wing a single channel, for example for receiving a bicycle having. The swing-wing consist of a mixture of metal and / or plastic.
p0031A pivotal part can for example at least two, especially parallel, receiving channels for two or more driving have wheels. Further, two or more each have a receiving channel having pivot members can be coupled together. Even if a bicycle is fixed according to the invention, the pivoting part is provided with several receiving channels or the pivot member assembly stationarily fixed with coupled pivoting parts.
p0032The skid-bearing region is advantageously formed by a tube or a pipe section of the charging stand, which is encompassed by the at least one pivot member. The pipe section or the tube can be inserted through a pivot bearing receiving the respective pivot part. Preferably, this is a sufficient clearance exists, so that the pivotal parts are easily adjustable, even when the load carrier is, for example dirty. Even then the load carrier according to the invention is easy to handle.
p0033The pivot stop is expediently formed by a skid carrier part. The pivot stop can also be arranged on a skid carrying member that holds the the skid-storage area-providing pipe. The skid carrier part is, for example, U-shaped and has a seat for the skid pipe. A particularly simple construction is given. The skid carrier part preferably has at least one pivot recess that at least one pivot member is engaged with the in-use position or non-use position. Characterized an axial setting of the swiveling part is provided at least in the position of use.
p0034The load carrier according to the invention is based at least in its non-use position is very compact, so it can be easily transported and stored. Thus it can be the carrier for example, stored in a storage space for the motor vehicle. But it is also possible to accommodate the carrier, for example, in the luggage compartment of the motor vehicle.
p0035In addition to the previously discussed pivoting concept for pivoting components, it is advantageous if other components of the load carrier pivotally and / or can be plugged. For example, in the use position vertically standing support for bicycles or other loads that are transported to the load carrier, as a plug-in component or as a pivotable support be configured.
p0036The vertical support or other components may be preferably configured as male members, who are in their respective position in a plug-in receptacle on the load carrier, in particular the skid, plugged. Other male members can be, for example: lights, which are laterally plugged into the skid, fasteners and assembly parts, lighting parts, license plate carrier or the like. The plug-in components can be configured for example as components of a plug-in component group, which are arranged in the non-use position in a storage space of the loading rack, for example, in a space formed by a frame of the loading rack interior.
p0037As already explained, when the load carrier is preferably a carrier concept is realized, so that it can be stored and transported and off the motor vehicle. For example, the load carrier has a holder for detachable arrangement to a trailer coupling of the motor vehicle.
p0038It is understood that the load carrier but can be an integral part of the motor vehicle, it is then expediently mounted between a back before the vehicle protruding use position and a concealed behind or under a body contour of the motor vehicle non-use position pivoted or displaced.
p0039The loading and unloading of the vehicle is facilitated that the skid is expediently on a vehicle permanently mounted support structure between a provided for the operation of the motor vehicle driving position and a loading and unloading provided loading position pivoted and / or displaced. In the loading position the skid enables a swivel range, for example, for a tailgate of the motor vehicle.
p0040An exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained using the drawing. p0041A loading rack 112a of a load carrier 110a for a motor vehicle 111 is mounted on a support structure schwenbkar 113th The support structure 113 is mounted on, for example, not shown, sliding elements, including telescopic rods, displaced to a body 115 of the motor vehicle 111th The support structure 113 is, for example on out in the drawing guides, not shown, for example, sliding guides, roller guides, or the like. 112a The skid as in the manner of a drawer to be inserted for a non-use into a receiving space 116 of a body 115 of the vehicle 111, for example, hidden behind a bumper, so that the load carrier 110a 111 not or protrudes only slightly in non-use position against an outer contour of the motor vehicle ,
p0042An alternative mounting concept provides that the support structure 113 has a receptacle 114 for a trailer coupling of the motor vehicle 180 111th The support structure 113, and thus the load carrier 110a can be placed on the trailer coupling 180 and removed when not in use from there and stored at a warehouse.
p0043For transport, for example by insertion into the receiving space 116 of the body 115, it is advantageous that the load carrier 110a in its non-use position N is very compact. For space-saving accommodation of the load beam 110a more of the measures described in detail below are provided.
p0044The load beam 110 includes a pivot member assembly 117a with pivot parts 118a-118d, which are pivotally mounted to extend a loading section 119 of the skid 112a. The pivot parts 118a-118d are mounted on a skid frame 120 of the loading frame 112a pivotable between a non-use position N and a position of use G. The pivot parts 118a-118d to pivot about horizontal, extending longitudinally of the vehicle pivot axes 162 163rd
p0045In the use position G the pivot parts 118a-118d project laterally before the skid 112, thus increasing the loading area 119. The pivot parts 118a-118d stand in the position of use G transversely of the motor vehicle 111 before the skid 112a before.
p0046In the non-use position N, however, are the pivot parts 118a-118d inwardly pivoted into an interior of the skid frame 120th There is a storage space 121 is provided for the pivot parts 118a-118d. If the pivoting parts are pivoted 118a-118d in the storage space 121 inside, they do not stand in front of in front of the skid frame 120 so that the skid can be 112 inserted into the receiving space 116 of the vehicle 111 or can be easily taken.
p0047On similar space-saving way plug components can be 122 a plug component group 123 housed in the defined by the skid 112 storage space 121 when not in use. Thus, the swing members 118a-118d and the male members 122 are each space saving storage, so that the skid can be 112 inserted in the manner of a drawer in the receiving space 116 of the motor vehicle 111th
p0048At the front free ends 124 of the support structure 113, the skid 112a is pivoted with swivel joints 125th
p0049The pivot joints 125 are provided at front ends of the skid beam parts 126a, 126b, keep the supporting tubes 127 of the loading rack 112a. For example, a bolt 129 through the loading rack carrier parts 126a, 126b and the front ends is inserted through the support structure 124 113th When the skid is pivoted 112a in a loading position L (<figref idrefs="f0002">figure 3</figref>), There are free a pivot portion 136, for example, for a tailgate of the motor vehicle 111th
p0050The skid beam portions 126a, 126b may be at least interconnected sections, so that a U-shape.
p0051This is, for example, in an alternative skid concept that in <figref idrefs="f0001">figure 2</figref> is indicated, the case. There keep charging rack support parts 126 ', which are U-shaped, the support tubes 127. The support tubes 127 are, for example between up before a bottom portion protruding legs 128 of the skid beam parts 126' was added. The legs 128 are preferably designed something close to your upper end, so that they rest on the carrying bars 127 laterally.
p0052The charging rack carrier parts 126a, 126b are connected by means of connecting elements 134 having a cross-member 130 with each other, so that the support structure 113 is substantially U-shaped. Even the pivotable skid 112a has a U-shaped form. The extending longitudinally of the vehicle 162 carrying bars 127 are interconnected by means of a running vehicle transverse crossmember 131st For example, the support tubes 127 as well as the cross member 131, which is preferably also designed as a tube, inserted in the connecting elements 135th The connecting elements 134, 135 are preferably plastic parts.
p0053The support structure 113 and the skid 112 are both U-shaped, with their respective legs rest on one another in the driving position F and both extending in the vehicle transverse direction cross sections which are formed by the cross member 130, 131, are arranged on opposite sides of the legs, so that at least in the riding position F has a substantially rectangular frame assembly is formed. This measure also contributes to the fact that the load carrier 110a compact construction and yet has a high stability.
p0054In the driving position F 126b sit the skid support portions 126a, manner of a rider on in the vehicle longitudinal direction 162 extending beams 154 of the support structure 113. Further, the support pipes rest on the supports 154 so that the driving operation of the motor vehicle 11 is a stable construction is achieved.
p0055During the cross-member 130, for example, has a rectangular cross section, the outer contours 132 of the support tubes 127 are at least on the outside circular.
p0056The bearing portions 139 of the loading rack 112a are provided at the outer contours of the support tubes 127th The support tubes 127, so to speak form bearing axles, penetrate the pivoting part ends 140 of the swing members 118a-118d. The pivot member ends 140 are sleeved.
p0057Between pivot bearing receptacles 141 at the pivot member ends 140 and the supporting tubes 127 is a relatively large game yet, so that the pivot parts 118a-118d can be easily swung under dirt. The pivot parts 118a-118d can be pivoted between pivot stops 142a for use position G and 143 for the non-use position N. The pivot posts 142 are provided by the skid support portions 126a that pivot posts 143 by the skid carrier parts 126b. The pivot stops 142a, 143 are configured such that the pivot parts 118a-118d are pivotally with a pivot angle which is greater than 180 °. Thus, the wing-like pivot members 118a-118d are substantially horizontal when they are pivoted into the receiving space 116 in its non-use position N. In its position of use G, however, the swing members 118a-118d are diagonally down in front before the skid 112a. In any event, the pivot stops 142a are arranged such that these advantageous for accommodating, for example, large bicycles position of the pivot parts 118a-118d is possible.
p0058The pivot posts 142 are provided through the bottom portions of pivot recesses 144 at the loading rack carrier parts 126a. The pivot recesses 144 also have side stops 145, which limit an axial displacement of the swing members 118a-118d along their pivot axes 163rd The pivot axes 163 extend in the vehicle longitudinal direction and 162 are defined by the supporting tubes 127th The axial fixing with respect to the pivot axes 163 facilitates the folding of the load beam 110a to its non-use position N, because the pivot parts 118a-118d are then arranged in alignment with one another in the storage space 121st
p0059The pivot parts 118a-118d are each other in the non-use position N, the respective lower pivot member 118a-118d abutting the respective pivot stop 143, while the other pivot part 118a-118d rests on the present at the pivot stop 143 pivot portion 118a-118d. It is immaterial that the pivot parts 118a-118d, the respective lower pivot member because, for example, deviating from the configuration according to<figref idrefs="f0001">figure 2</figref> the pivot parts 118a and / or 118c may be the lower pivot members.
p0060The pivot post 143 is configured as a longitudinal recess 146, which extends from a front, the respective support tube 127 retaining and extending end to the free end of the support pipes 127 towards protruding upward.
p0061The pivot parts 118a-118d are grouped in pairs, the pivot parts 118a and 118c form a first pivot member pair 148a and form the pivot on the opposite support tube 127 mounted pivoting parts 118b, 118d, a second swing member pair 149a.
p0062The pivot parts 118a-118d are arranged in the manner of wings, the pivot portion 140 ends form the respective storage areas of the pivot parts 118a-118d. Preferably the pivot members 118a-118d made of plastic and / or metal, preferably light metal, such as aluminum or the like. The pivot parts 118a-118d each have a channel 152 for receiving bikes on.
p0063Bicycles are also attached to by clips, straps or the like, not shown, to a vertically disposed in use headband 153rd The clamps or straps are releasably attachable, for example, at an upper cross-section of the retaining bracket 153rd Free ends of the U-shaped retaining bracket 153 are inserted into plug-in receptacles 156 of the loading frame 112a. In the present case, the receptacles 156 are provided, for example on the connecting elements 134th Alternatively, it is conceivable that the headband 153 is designed as a pivot member, so that it can be folded down, for example, in the non-use position N, in which case 153 extend lateral legs of the retaining clip adjacent to the supporting tubes 127th
p0064The swivel down the swing members 118a-118d turns out very simply:<ul><li>To attach a load 150, such as a bicycle 151 are load attachment means 165a, the same time, fix the pivot parts 118a-118d pivotally fixed. The load 150 is situated to the swung-in position of use G pivot parts 118a-118d and attached to the load attachment means 165a, 150 at the same time set on the load attached to them, the pivot parts 118a-118d pivotally fixed.</li></ul>
p0065The load attachment means 165a included tether 166a attached to brackets 167 strap parts 168a, 169a for wrapping the load 150, for example, for wrapping a bicycle rim. Thus, the load attachment means form 165a Umgreifeinrichtungen 170 for gripping the load 150th
p0066The brackets 167 project toward the swiveled into the position of use G pivot parts 118a-118d before the skid 112a.
p0067The brackets 167 are, for example angle pieces, which are arranged on the skid beam parts 126a in the area of pivot stops 142a, mainly expediently below the pivot stops 142a. Thus, the tether entwine 166a not only the load 150, but also pivoted to the use position G pivot parts 118a-118d.
p0068The load 150 is clamped to the load attachment means 165a to the load beam 110a, so that the load attachment means form 165a chucks 171a. Serrations or locking projections 172 are on the strap portion 168a to present a preferably by means of a spring-biased in their holding position latch 173 engages the other strap on part 169a. The locking projections 172 are inserted into a close-like snap-in receiver 174, where the spring-loaded conveniently into its locking position latch 173 engages detent into the latching projections 172nd For example, by pulling on the free end of the latch 173 penetrating strap portion 168a, the straps can be tensioned 166a, so that both the pivot parts 118a-118d are stretched in their respective position of use G.
p0069The headband 153 and eg lights not shown form the male members 122. The lights are for example in receptacles 160 inserted. The receptacles 160 are, for example, laterally open, in the drawing as closed by plug ends of the cross member 131. The lights are then back side before the support pipes 127 before.
p0070A second embodiment of a load carrier according to the invention with load fastening devices according to the invention is in <figref idrefs="f0003">figure 5</figref> shown. When the load carrier 110b shown there tether 166b are fixed to swivel holder parts 176th The pivot holder parts 176 are pivotally mounted to the support structure 113th The swivel holder parts 176 have pivot recesses 177, which are penetrated by the supporting tubes 127th
p0071Strap portions 168b, 169b are adjustable on the pivot holder parts 176th The swivel holder parts 176 have Durchschlingungsausnehmungen 178, through which the straps are 166b durchgeschlungen. Furthermore, the strap portions 168b, 169b advantageously tensioned against each other.
p0072The swing bracket parts 176 are expediently made of metal. Thus, the load fastening means are in the region of their storage 165b to the support structure 113 amplified.
p0073In an in <figref idrefs="f0003">figure 6</figref> Porters shown 110c whose basic structure corresponds to the load carrier 110a, are pivotal parts 118a'-118d 'connected together by coupling devices 181st The coupling means 181 comprise coupling elements 182, each of the pivotal parts 118a'-118d 'of opposing pivot member pairs 148b, 149b couple. When a load on only two opposing pivot parts 118a ', 118b' or 118c ', 118d' rests and by a load securing device, for example the load attachment means 165a or 165b, attached, are already both pivotal part pairs 148b, 149b, and thus the entire pivot subassembly 117b pivoting firmly established.
p0074A load carrier according 110d <figref idrefs="f0003">figure 7</figref> has a skid 112d with U-shaped carrier profiles 190. The support profiles 190 sitting in the driving position F (shown in the drawing) on the support structure 113. For example, enclose lateral leg 190 'of the U-profile support 190, the support structure 113th
p0075To the support profiles 190 that extend corresponding to the supporting tubes 127, 191 are bearing retainers, for example at aufgekanteten tabs 191 ', through slotted tabs or the like, arranged on which pivot members 192d are pivotably mounted. Bolts 193 are inserted through the bearing parts 194 and store them swivel. The bearing parts 194 each hold a channel profile 195. Instead of the two-part construction with bearing part 194 and groove profile 195 would also be a one-piece design of the pivotal parts 192d possible. The pin 193 defines a pivot shaft 196. In the swung-out state<figref idrefs="f0003">figure 7</figref> is shown, are the pivot parts 192d to 142d on a swivel stop of the support structure 113d.
p0076Straps 166d of load attachment devices 165d with belt parts 168d, 169d are directly penetrated by the pivot bearing shaft 196th
p0077The load carriers 110a - 110d is provided in each case that the pivot portions 118a provide a support region 197 for fitting the load 150, for example, the bicycle 151 which is at a distance 198 from the swing member supporting section 38, for example in <figref idrefs="f0003">figure 5</figref> shown. Consequently therefore, the load 150 is not placed directly on the storage area 38, but spaced apart from the respective pivoting parts. On the storage area 38, the load attachment means 165a, 165b and 165d are each articulated to mesh with the respective load 150, 151 at one of the support area 197 remote holding area 199 to. This between the holding portion 199, the contact area 197 and the storage area 38 each there is a gap. Exemplary a force vector 200 is shown according to the force of the grip belt 166a, 166b, 166d.
p0078The belt force 200 has a vehicle transverse direction, ie, extending the vehicle center force component and a vertical extending in the Z-direction force component.
p0079In principle it would be possible to load 150/151 the bicycle or its rim in the area of the bearing region 197 and the contact point on the pivot part 118a - 118d to install. Then, the horizontal force component would however 0th
p0080A load carrier 110e corresponds essentially 110d load carrier. Pivoting parts 192e are opposed to the swivel parts 192d integrally, that is, they have integrated bearing ends pivoted on the bolt 193rd Also swivel 193 tether 166e are mounted on load securing means 165e on the bolts. On both sides of the swing members 192 is a respective strap part 168e, 169E pivotally mounted on the pin 193rd
p0081On strap part 169E a chip receiver for locking and clamping the other strap portion 168e is provided. The free end of the strap portion 168e is about the held-wheel (not shown) wound and inserted into the chip receiving two hundred and first At the chip receiver 201 a disable or latch 202 is pivotally mounted on a bearing part 203rd The bearing part 203 is U-shaped and has approximately the width 168e of the retaining strap piece so that it can be inserted between two side legs on which the latch is mounted pivotally in the 202 chip receiving two hundred and first There locked the latch 202 with a counter toothing formed by locking teeth 168e 204 of the grip belt part.
p0082Conveniently, the latch 202 is spring-loaded towards its locking position, so that it locks automatically with the counter toothing 204th
p0083Now it would be possible in principle, the strap portion 168 to tension by pulling on its free, by constraints imposed by the chip receiving 201 end. When forming load securing device, a tensioning device 171e contrast 165e is chosen a different approach:
p0084The clamping device 171e has namely a clamping lever 205, which is also pivotally mounted on the bearing part 203rd The latch 202 and the lever 205 are arranged in push-through direction of the strap portion 168e succession. While the latch 202 for a fixed, locked hold the strap portion 168e of the grip belt part 169E ensures that strap part 168e against the strap portion 169E by means of the clamping lever 205 can be additionally tensioned.
p0085To a bearing end 206 of the clamping lever 205 is a clamping projection 207 is arranged, which engages in the counter toothing 204th If now the tension lever 205 is pivoted by a clamping pivotal movement in the direction of arrow 208, engages the clamping projection 207 in the counter toothing 204 and conveys the strap part 168e in the tensioning direction, ie toward the latch 202nd These slips away during the clamping movement or conveying movement of the clamping lever 204 on the counter toothing 204 and locked at the end of the tensioning movement into a matching recess of the counter toothing 204, so that the strap part to be fastened load zoom is 168e close curious. In the reverse movement of the clamping lever 205 opposite the tensioning direction, approximately in the direction of an arrow 209 of the clamping projection 207 on the counter toothing 204 slips away, so that overall a ratchet movement is formed.
p0086The operator can easily take the tension lever 205 at the lever arm 210, so that is a relatively large clamping force.
p0087If the clamping lever 205 about the in <figref idrefs="f0004">figure 8</figref> Position shown is further pivoted in the direction 209, it releases the counter toothing 204, so that the strap part 168e from the chip receiver 201 is for opening the load fixing device 165e extendable.
p0088At the last swing clamping stroke of the clamping lever 205, the lever arm 210 is pivoted onto the counter toothing 204, so that the lever arm 210 is no longer as in <figref idrefs="f0004">figure 8</figref> presented projects laterally.
