p0001The invention refers to an at least partially percussive and rotary hand tool such as a combination hammer with a locking switch of the motor switch for chiseling.
p0002In such, along the impact axis beating and rotating, powered hand tools the guide handle with respect to the percussion mechanism is decoupled from vibrations. For the purely beating chiseling usually the motor switches the motor control in the ON state is locked with a locking switch, but not for the also rotating other modes.
p0003After <patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="DE10034768"><text>DE10034768</text></patcit> the guide handle with respect to the percussion mechanism vibrate is formed. The locking switch for the engine switch is designed as an in (for their intended purpose, and handling) lower handle on the guide handle multipart hinge mounted locking clamp which is connected to a drehversetzbaren Betriebsmodiwahlschalter the impact mechanism assembly. Such a solution is technologically complex and requires space in the lower handlebar.
p0004After <patcit id="pcit0002" dnum="DE19937767"><text>DE19937767</text></patcit> has a longitudinal axis of the shock vibrating hand tool a motor switch in a guide handle at whose (at their intended purpose, and handling) upper handle bar a locking switch is arranged, which locks the engine switch in the fully turned-on state. By the locking switch with respect to its locking controlling, transposable stiff shift linkage which is connected to a drehversetzbaren Betriebsmodiwahlschalter the percussion mechanism on an eccentric disk, it is ensured that the locking is only allows for chiseling mode, but not in the rotating other modes.
p0005The object is a realization of a technologically simple control of the locking switch for the motor switch in a vibration-decoupled guide handle.
p0006The object is achieved essentially by the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments emerge from the dependent claims.
p0007Thus, a along a percussion axis at least partially percussive and rotary hand tool a with respect to a vibrating percussion mechanism vibration decoupled guide handle with an engine switch for motor control in which a locking switch is assigned to lock, which is set into a shift range, and the percussion mechanism a Betriebsmodiwahlschalter arranged the shift rod offset, wherein the shift rod has a stop which projects into a rotating operating mode in the switching area.
p0008By controlling the locking function on a loose, unconnected with the locking switch stop, the locking is realized without fatigue and technologically simple even with a vibration-decoupled for percussion mechanism guiding handle.
p0009Advantageously deformed the locking switch for locking a flexible leaf spring elastic, which is fixed at one end and at the other free end forms a hook that engages positively into an assigned recess of the actuated in the ON state motor switch, whereby a robust and technological easy locking is achieved.
p0010the leaf spring is advantageously arranged (with their intended purpose, and handling) in the upper handlebar, whereby no clearance in the lower handlebar is used, which thus remains fully available for other modules.
p0011Advantageously, the locking switch a manually displaceable axially slide on, more advantageously on top of the housing of the upper handlebar, making this the thumb is ergonomically operable at umfasstem guide handle.
p0012Advantageously, forming the leaf spring in its axial one to slide orientated towards nose, on which the slide axially offset at least partially slides, whereby the hook is pressed positively into the recess of the operated in the on motor switch.
p0013The invention is relative to an advantageous embodiment explained in more detail with:<dl id="dl0001"><dt>Fig. 1</dt><dd>as portable power tool </dd><dt>FIG. 2</dt><dd>neckline</dd><dt>Fig. 3</dt><dd>Detail in Drehbohrmode</dd><dt>Fig. 4</dt><dd>Details for chiseling mode</dd><dt>Fig. 5</dt><dd>Detail in the locked chiseling mode</dd></dl>
p0014After <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> has a along a percussion axis A striking and rotating hand power tool 1 in the form of a combination hammer to a relative of a percussion mechanism 2 with a drehversetzbaren in the rotating and striking Drehbohrmode and the only striking Meisselmode Betriebsmodiwahlschalter 3 vibration decoupled guide handle. 4 In the guide handle 4, a motor switch 5 is arranged to control the motor, provided with a on the upper side of the upper Griffbüg is lockable in the form of an axially longitudinally displaceable slide in the ON arranged els locking switch 6 7th
p0015After <figref idrefs="f0001">FIG. 2</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0002">3</figref> is a shift linkage 9 is set to the switched in Drehbohrmode Betriebsmodiwahlschalter 3 via an eccentric 8 axially on the handle side, whereby a stop 10 projects into the switching area X of the locking switch 7, whereby it is not sufficiently broad impact factory displaceable for locking the motor switch 5 to the associated nose 11 a flexible leaf spring to press 12, which extends axially in the upper handle bar 6, the free end forms a hook 13 and at the other end with the handle assembly 14 is.
p0016After <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 4</figref> however is with the switched for chiseling mode Betriebsmodiwahlschalter 3 the shift linkage 9 axially offset impact factory, whereby the stop 10 not X of the locking switch 7 projects into the switching area, so that it is sufficiently far beating factory displaceable for locking the motor switch 5 to the associated lug 11 a flexible leaf spring 12 to actuate.
p0017After <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 5</figref> is the shift linkage 9 axially offset impact from the factory with the switched for chiseling mode Betriebsmodiwahlschalter 3, whereby the stop 10 does not project into the switching area X of the locking switch. 7 The locking switch 7 is impact factory offset for locking the motor switch 5, with the associated lug 11 of the flexible leaf spring 12 is depressed and this elastically deformed. Thereby, the hook 13 positively engages into an associated recess 15 in the ON state of the operated motor switch fifth
