Irradiation device for hardening artificial fingernail masses
Abstract
The device (1) has a housing (2) surrounding a radiation space (3). The housing is provided with two opposite wall openings (6, 7), such that a hand of a user is inserted from an outside via the openings into the space. Light sources (10, 11) are arranged in the space, where one source serves for radiation of the thumbs and is arranged before the thumb supports the hand supporting surfaces. The other source is arranged at a cover side for the radiation of the remaining fingers. The light sources are designed as ultraviolet gas-discharge lamps and ultraviolet LED radiation devices.

Technical field
The invention relates to an irradiation device for curing fingernail modeling masses.
Such irradiation devices are, for example, from the publications <patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="DE8609293U1"><text>DE 86 09 293 U1</text></patcit>. <patcit id="pcit0002" dnum="DE20004094U1"><text>DE 200 04 094 U1</text></patcit> or <patcit id="pcit0003" dnum="DE202006005790U1"><text>DE 20 2006 005 790 U1</text></patcit> known. They consist essentially of a housing (also referred to as Nagelmodellat) has a wall opening for inserting the hand with the cured fingernails modellage compositions comprising in a housing arranged in the interior of the irradiation chamber.
In the known irradiation devices only one hand in the irradiation chamber can be inserted and treated respectively. Since the end positions of the fingernails of the left and right hands are different from each other, it is the optimal irradiation of the modeling mass necessary to provide each a UV light source for the thumb and at least one UV light source for the rest of the fingers of each hand. Should be done with the known irradiation devices sequentially irradiation of both hands, so a total of at least three, but to arrange typically four light sources inside the irradiation room. This results in a substantially dome-shaped irradiation chamber.
The aforesaid known irradiation devices are relatively expensive both in terms of its configuration space consuming and over their facilities. Also requires the use of the known irradiation device for both hands, that when the change of hands, either the position of the respective irradiation apparatus or the posture of the corresponding user must be changed.
Although in some beauty salons each user is provided with a separate, appropriately positioned irradiator available for each hand, but this is associated with a high cost, and with a correspondingly large amount of space.
Summary of the Invention
The invention has for its object to provide a simple construction and easy to use irradiation apparatus whose irradiation space is easily accessible to both the left and right hand, without the need for a change in position of the irradiation device or a change in the user's posture is required.
This object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Further, particularly advantageous embodiments of the invention disclosed in the subclaims.
The invention is essentially based on the idea to provide the housing of the irradiation device with one of the first wall opening opposite second wall opening which is also connected to the radiation chamber, such that both hands of a user from the outside through the wall openings in the irradiation chamber can be introduced and appropriate hand support surfaces including thumbrests can be placed.
advantageously mutually perpendicular - - light sources required for simultaneous or consecutive irradiation of the fingernails of both hands are in the irradiation device as a whole, only two of the invention. Here, the first light source (side) in front of the thumb rests the hand support surfaces and the second light source for irradiating the finger rest is arranged on the ceiling side of the irradiation chamber.
The two light sources can, seen in plan view, T- or arranged crosswise to each other. Basically, the light sources are to be selected thereafter, resulting in the Nagelmodellat consists or which it is to cure.
In the case of curable by UV light modeling masses may be the light sources both to UV gas discharge lamps as well as to UV LED irradiation facilities.
As it has proven advantageous if the hand support surfaces of the irradiation device according to the invention each have a rib-shaped elevation, which can be felt by the thumb and adjacent forefinger and then clasped so that the fingernail modeling masses are irradiated at a precisely defined position of the hand.
Brief Description of Drawing
Further details and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following, explained with reference to figures embodiments. Show it:<dl id="dl0001"><dt>Fig. 1</dt><dd>the side view of an irradiation device according to the invention with closed housing, the arrangement of the light sources is indicated by dashed lines within the housing;</dd><dt>FIG. 2</dt><dd>a view of the irradiation device according to the invention of the in <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig.1</figref> marked II side, the arrangement of the light sources is indicated by dashed lines in turn within the housing;</dd><dt>Fig. 3</dt><dd>a perspective view of the <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig.1</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0002">2</figref> Irradiation apparatus shown, however, without showing the housing cover, and</dd><dt>Fig. 4</dt><dd>a bottom view of the complete housing cover.</dd></dl>
In the <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0002">2</figref> 1 is an irradiation device according to the invention referred to, which comprises a housing 2, which encloses an irradiation chamber 3rd
The housing 2 is essentially composed of a bottom part 4 and a housing cover. 5 It has two opposite wall openings 6, 7 which are connected to the treatment chamber 3, such that during the intended use of the irradiation device 1, both hands of a user from the outside through the wall openings 6, 7 can be inserted into the irradiation chamber 3 and on corresponding hand support surfaces 8, 9 can be placed.
For irradiation of the fingernails modellage masses two substantially T-shaped mutually arranged, double-rod-shaped UV gas discharge lamps 10, 11 are provided in the irradiation chamber. 3 Here 13 of the hand support surfaces 8, 9 and the second gas discharge lamp 11 for irradiating the remaining fingers the first gas discharge lamp 10 is laterally in front of the thumb rests 12, arranged on the ceiling side of the irradiation chamber. 3
The two hand support surfaces 8, 9 have rib-shaped elevations 14, 15, which are reliably identifiable by touch of the thumb and the adjacent index fingers when inserting the hands into the radiation chamber 3 of each user and can be clasped. This can take a well-defined position within the irradiation chamber 3 hands and thus also the fingernails of each user.
The reference numerals 16, 17 are in <figref idrefs="f0003">Fig.3</figref> the holders of the gas discharge lamps 10, 11 referred to, which are connected to an electrical circuit device 18, which in turn is actuated by a switch 19th
As <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 4</figref> can be seen, the light sources 10, 11, the brackets 16, 17, together with circuit means 18 and the switch 19 are associated with the housing lid 5, that is fixedly mounted thereto. However, any part of the floor 4 is nothing more than a closure part for the housing is. If it is unscrewed and removed, is for the expert the entire technical equipment free, so that he, for example, easily and quickly can make a lamp change.
The invention is of course not limited to the embodiment described above. So it needs to the light sources 10 to not necessarily have to UV gas discharge lamps 11th Rather, UV LED irradiation devices can be used for the same Nagelmodellat, in which case also several LEDs can be combined to form a line array.
In any case, the invention leads to a simpler structure of an irradiation apparatus. So already two directional light sources are sufficient instead of three. In addition, an irradiation device according to the invention is more versatile and convenient to use. What previously had to perform two conventional devices, now creates a single. As a result, so let Process and operating cost savings. Thus in conventional devices is always burning at least one light source for nothing. In an irradiation device according to the invention it is different. Yes, that can be irradiated at the same time even in the sense of even further energy savings both hands. Finally, there is in all the way to save time.
