p0001The invention relates to a supporting frame according to the preamble of Claim first
p0002Such a support frame can serve, inter alia, to provide electric energy for operation of an aerator for aerating a human body.
p0003From the <patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="US6982497B2"><text>US 6,982,497 B2</text></patcit> a device is known, wherein the pendulum movement of a backpack elastically suspended load is used to produce, inter alia, by means of piston motion an air flow, which is used in addition to the generation of electricity for cooling. The apparatus has the disadvantage that the oscillating movement must be achieved by a comparatively complex mechanism. The pendulum motion, in order not to disturb the movement at the onset of resonance, are consuming steamed. The swinging mounting of the load ensures at the turning points of the vibrational motion for a relatively high burden when worn, which could adversely affect the wearing comfort. The equipment takes relatively a lot of space, leaving only a limited possibility to carry additional loads on their backs.
p0004The known ventilation means for ventilating a human body, in particular an upper body, require relatively much energy in order to perform such a large-scale ventilation.
p0005The object of the invention to provide a support frame, which is provided with a simple, space-saving and effective means for generating electrical energy, particularly to drive means of an aerator to power.
p0006This object is achieved by claim. 1 Advantageous embodiments result from the dependent claims.
p0007The fact that the support frame according to claim 1 having at least one bar which extends movably into a pipe, the rod / pipe combination mounted laterally in the amount of the portion of a human waist and is such that a movement of the rod in the tube an electrical current generated, there is provided a simple, effective and space-saving device for generating electrical energy. The electrical energy generated can especially in the outdoor segment are used to supply a large number of consumers, for example, a mobile phone, a lamp, a computer, especially a mini computer or a laptop, a navigation device or a portable audio and / or video player (z. B. radio, cassette player, MP3 player, CD player or the like). , when the generated power is used to generate an airflow in a ventilation device for the aeration of a human body is particularly advantageous.
p0008The supporting frame can be in any configuration, for example as a backpack, protective and body armor, as support frame for carrying infants, etc. The supporting frame can also be part of the aforementioned goods or combined with these. The supporting frame can furthermore also only serve to carry the device for generating electrical energy without fulfilling any other additional function. The supporting frame is in a special way to be combined with an article of clothing, in particular an outer garment, which is provided with a ventilation device, since in this case the energy produced can be used to operate the drive means, such as fans, that a generate air flow in ventilation ducts of the garment. It is particularly advantageous if air is pumped through the channels.
p0009A man has typical weld zones, especially in the chest area adjacent adjacent to the neck, under the arms, on the back of the neck and the neck area. A garment comprising channels for the passage of air, allows to selectively ventilate typical weld zones and exclude other areas of the body of such a ventilation. So a vent in the kidney is undesirable because a vent may have a disorder result here. Thus, by providing channels therefore in overall very good way be ensured that moisture and heat, which was produced by a man who is discharged, without fear of diseases. The time spent on the passage of air power, for example, to drive a fan, can be minimized.
p0010Since especially the upper body of a human being includes typical weld zones, the garment is preferably an outer garment, such as a shirt or a jacket. In addition, the ventilation device in the form of a, preferably be introduced two separate inlets (Rückeninlet and Brustinlet) or as part of protectors in the clothing. It should be noted that the aeration device for the chest area and the back area due to the different surfaces, the ergonomics and the particular medical needs of different (arrangement of sweat glands). The course of channels is chosen in particular so that the above-mentioned typical welding zones to be ventilated. This is to be understood that both moisture and heat from these areas is transported away via the channels.
p0011Further, the course of the channels is in particular provided so as to tension-sensitive areas in humans, in particular the area of the kidney is excluded from such ventilation. The area of the lung is zugempfindlich, even if this is not covered so zugempfindlich as the kidney area. Therefore, the area of the lung of a vent be excluded. Preferably, the channels are designed so that the area of the lungs is also vented, but relatively weak.
p0012The garment comprises for this purpose preferably channels, the air from the top downwards through the areas transport therethrough to be ventilated. The air is passed along via preferably serpentine channels down the body, that even at the lower outlet opening in the pants a significantly positive effect in the form of faster drying of clothes and cooling is achieved. The exact position of a usable for generating the air flow fan and the position of Druckeinblaskanals depends on the particular application. In one embodiment drive means are provided to transport the air through the channels, and in particular either aspirate or pump, preferably to pump from top to bottom, of course, it is also possible, as seen from below to be pumped upwards. Below this is the area of a garment, which is at the bottom when the garment is worn in this manner provided in an upright position. Above this is the area of a garment, which is at the top when the garment is worn in this manner provided in an upright position. A drive means is in particular a fan or a pump.
p0013In one embodiment of the invention, there are front and rear in each case in only one channel through which fresh air and is transported again. Preferably, the channel is divided by the entry into two or more channels, which are preferably brought together again before discharge. Is the garment part of an NBC protective suit for soldiers, so as the entrance and exit areas are advantageously minimized, which are to be provided with an NBC filter. The need for example protective grills that protect against the entry of insects, is kept to a minimum.
p0014Preferably, the channels are performed at an outer garment over the entire upper body in the form of nested serpentine lines, which can be adapted to the individual circumstances. may also be provided a configuration with two channels, wherein a front passage and a rear passage is guided in each case from below upwards, where appropriate, the channels may also extend centrally. Front this is the area of a garment, which is located on the side of the chest region of a person when the garment is worn in this manner provided in an upright, straight position. Back here is the area of a garment, which is located on the side of the back of a person when the garment is worn in this manner provided in an upright, straight position.
p0015The dimensions of the channels are to be selected so that a high air flow with the lowest possible internal resistance can be achieved. Typical weld zones in the chest and back are very well ventilated.
p0016In one embodiment, a channel is defined in that it has a direct entry of fresh air. This makes it possible to connect to easy to use, the channels in particular with a blowing or pumping device, but also with a suction device or to separate such a device from the channels. Is it possible to connect such a device to the channels or to separate from these, there is above all the advantage of being able to wash the garment, without thereby damaging other mechanical or electrical devices for driving or air transport through the channels ensure through.
p0017Since especially the kidney is zugempfindlich, in particular, the area of the garment, adjacent to the kidney when the garment is worn in this manner provided, free of channels to be transported through the air. The kidney is protected from drafts for health reasons. In particular, in this case, a channel between the two kidneys front and rear guided so to speak. Left and right there are no other channels are used to transport by air.
p0018While a lung is also zugempfindlich but health less impacted compared to the area of the kidney. The lung field overlaps with typical weld zones. It can therefore be provided in an embodiment of the garment in the region of the lung by-pass channels. Secondary channels are channels which open into a channel that has a direct entry and exit of fresh air. If air through a channel which has a direct entry and exit of fresh air, transported, so a suction effect, the air from the secondary channels is created sucks out. Since the secondary channels do not have immediate access to fresh air, can only be transported through the auxiliary channels limited air. A certain amount of air is transported, however, since the auxiliary channels not completely air sealed impermeable at least towards the body. In this way it is achieved that notably lung regions the corresponding chest areas are vented slightly, without compromising the lungs. Under the area of lung or under the chest area of the garment of the area of the garment is understood, the borders on the chest or on a lung area of the body when the garment is worn in for a predetermined manner.
p0019In one embodiment of the invention, the channels to the body may be open toward. The body or underwear then form it were a wall of the channel when the garment is worn in a predetermined manner. Preferably, the channels are, however, covered out by an air-permeable material to the body when the garment is worn as intended. This air-permeable, preferably hydrophilic substance causes underwear is not pressed into the channels, for example due to wrinkling, that would impede air circulation.
p0020The air-permeable material is preferably mounted so that the air-permeable material biased channels towards the body shields. The preload is further improved to ensure that the channels are kept free, which receives the air transport upright.
p0021The hydrophilic substance also causes at the locations of the ventilation unit at which no channels are attached, the sweat is still well received and transported to the air channels and the moisture is led from there to the outside.
p0022The channels themselves are preferably formed by an existing foam material. Foam is on the one hand sufficiently light and on the other hand sufficiently dimensionally stable in order to provide channel structures. The foam material may be porous in order to support the entry of fresh air through the foam material therethrough. In the military arena but closed pores are preferable to protect a soldier from harmful gases can.
p0023There are of polyolefin foams existing preferred. These are flexible, but have a three-dimensional structure, if they have been prepared accordingly. The material has good chemical resistance, can be molded thermoplastic and advantageously provides an electrical insulator. In addition, the foam may contain hydrophilic and / or antimicrobial and / or fire-resistant properties. In addition, the foam acts significantly reducing trauma related to ballistic application purposes. Providing channel structures can be easily done via a thermal molding process. A prescribed form is heated for this purpose, for example. In the form of a layer of foam material is placed. Achieved the foam material due to heating a softening point, air is sucked through the predetermined shape. The foam material is thereby sucked into the mold. If then cooled again, the foam material solidifies again and it is the desired channel structure before.
p0024The garment is compared to fabrics basically of a relatively stiff material, for example of a foam material. The comfort of such a garment is correspondingly lower. To improve comfort, has the garment in areas wavy structures that are free of channel structures. It is in particular the area of a garment, the kidney areas of man covers and is therefore free, in principle of channels. The wave troughs and wave crests then extend vertically when the garment is worn in an upright position in a predetermined manner. It has been found that thus, the wearing comfort is improved.
p0025The channels in one embodiment elevations which serve as spacers. The projections are arranged so that thereby a distance between the body of a human and a channel wall arranged parallel thereto is maintained. A proper, trouble-free air transport through the channels ensures further improved.
p0026The depth of the channels seen from the body is preferably at least 3 mm, preferably 12 mm. From this depth ensures that channels are not blocked by bending the garment. It is then ensured particularly well, the air can be pumped or sucked through channels. The channels are several centimeters wide and in particular at least 1 cm and a maximum of 10 cm. Utilized foam material is preferably 2 to 10 mm thick.
p0027The supporting frame is be such that the kinetic energy generated during walking or marching of a person wearing the garment and the frame, is converted into electrical energy. The energy is then used for the operation of the drive means, such as fans of the ventilation device.
p0028The fan is connected via one or more tubes with the opening of the channels, it being understood that the tube does not adversely affect the air flow, for example by bending. The one or more tubes are plugged, for example, to the pressure channel or suction channel or to a plurality of pressure channels or suction channels.
p0029In a further embodiment of the invention, the rotational speed of the fans used as a driving means is controllable. This ensures that individual, for example, front and rear, a separate ventilation level can be adjusted when the garment with the channels. Therefore, two fans are to be preferred, which can be controlled separately.
p0030The relative movement that produces a person while walking, takes place between the hip and torso. Here, a relative movement of up to 12 cm is produced. To this end rods are mounted in an embodiment of the support frame side, the one attachment point above the waist have the support frame when the support frame is supported in designated manner. By "side" is understood to mean that there are left and right of a man's body from when the frame is in this predetermined manner worn by a human. These bars are guided into pipes that are mounted below the waist in the hip when the support frame is supported in designated manner. The tubes are provided with coils. The rods are fitted with magnets. If a person who carries the frame, so the rods in the tubes are moved up and down. In this way, a current is induced in the coil which can be used for driving the fans. but it can also comprise a coil of the rod and the tube may be suitable provided with a permanent magnet. The pipe can also be mounted above the hip on the carrying rack and fastened below the waist on the carrying rack the bar.
p0031In order to enable Bückbewegung consisting of rods in an embodiment springs or else the bars are formed by springs. This is achieved in a simple manner that a Bückbewegung is not seriously impeded by the rods.
p0032The supporting frame is arranged in a configuration to the rear and / or front mounted that a load and can be worn. Thus body movements do not have the result that such a worn and moved load is transmitted directly to the body, consisting of bars in one embodiment constituted in this way springs that a moving load carried forwards forces on the springs to a hip belt of the support frame. The springs dampen doing so transmitted forces comparable like a shock absorber. This of comfort when carrying a load is increased. Furthermore is achieved by these damping springs that uniform current is generated.
p0033Preferably the support frame is designed such that front and rear, a load is carried. This ensures that the load can be uniformly supported on a waist belt. This further increases the wearing comfort.
p0034In one embodiment of the invention, the supporting frame has a front and a rear rigid, preferably shield-shaped area adjacent to the upper body during wear. The two rigid portions that act as a shield are interconnected via one or more spring steels preferably on the shoulders around. The rear stiffness section comprises means, for example protruding ridges, with which the load or the force thus generated will be forwarded to a hip belt or hip belt. In this embodiment, the support frame is characterized by a designing as body armor or ballistic protective vest. The above webs are especially connected to said rods, which are used for power generation. The front stiff portion is at least initially only via the or the spring steel with the other supporting frame connected. By a spring steel is used, it is achieved that a load, which is carried forward, is transported or passed through the spring steels backwards. no load is front, and the front plate is not connected by belts to the rear plate, the front panel opens in an embodiment forwards and substantially forms a flat surface with the rear part. Thus it is achieved that a load, which is carried forward, is routed over the rear part to the hip belt. By folding the front stiff portion in the unloaded condition is achieved that the support frame can be mounted quickly and easily on the human body, or can be detached from the body.
p0035In one embodiment of the support frame of the rear rigid area has laterally protruding folding webs, which are connected via the said bars for power generation or said tubes to generate electricity with a waist belt of the support frame. Folding the rods are, for example due to hinges that connect the ribs to the rear rigid area. It is thus achieved that the above webs can be adapted to different body sizes. This increases the comfort of the support frame.
p0036In a preferred embodiment of the invention the spring steels are front or rear connected to a quick fastener with a rigid section of the support frame. Preferably, the quick release is provided forward. This is designed so that can be unlocked by a simple movement of the shutter. This has the consequence that the front and rear rigid area falls when unlocking is performed. A soldier can discard for example in the case of a risk of overload, so very quickly.
p0037For this reason is also preferable that the two rigid portions are joined together only via one or more spring steel or a similar-acting connecting means.
p0038A term used in the manner described above spring steel, in one embodiment of the invention from a plastic sheath. This plastic material is provided at one end thereof with locking grooves. These latching grooves can be pushed into a corresponding recess and thus fixes at different locations. In this way, an improved adaptation of the support frame to different heights is possible.
p0039In one embodiment of the invention the support frame includes one or more print channels or intake ports. In these tubes are hineingestöpselt derived from the garment with the channels.
p0040In one embodiment of the invention, the two aforementioned stiff, especially the shield-shaped portions of the support frame have the edges wing beadings. This wing beadings serve as fastening means for example of backpacks. In this wing beadings into, a corresponding counter element are moved and so a backpack or other loads can be reliably secured.
p0041can be hooked over the front wing beadings for example, a shield-shaped genital protection. Rear can be hung at the wing beadings example water bottles.
p0042Instead of a window dam for suspending a genital protection or other loads can also be provided a zipper or the like.
p0043In one embodiment of the invention, the two stiff, especially the shield-shaped areas are produced by injection molding of plastic. These plastics are preferably aramids buried in order to achieve a higher puncture resistance and shock resistance to protect so improved eg a soldier. It has been found that a molding process is particularly suited to produce shield-shaped areas that are highly stable and yet allow a slight movement of the body.
p0044In one embodiment of the invention, the stiff, especially the shield-shaped portions have means for retaining modules. These modules may, for example be a processing unit electronic components.
p0045The shield-shaped portions preferably provide front and back panels is as part of a bulletproof vest and a ballistic vest.
p0046It is advantageous if bags are mounted on the body-facing side of a shield-shaped portion, preferably both, shield-shaped areas. In the pockets of hard-ballistic plates can be inserted or are inserted. The pockets may preferably be prepared by that additional textile layers, for. Example, of polyamide 6.6 are preferably incorporated at a same molding process. The additional textile layers can preferably be printed military. The incorporation of the bags during the molding process means that no seams are formed and a compact structure is created. Furthermore, it is possible to cut the shield-shaped areas "trans-free", preferably by water jet cutting.
p0047The textiles can already have Bebänderungen to fasten bags, water bags or electrical components.
p0048Following features are shown, which can be provided in one embodiment to the configuration of the support frame. The features listed below can be used in any combination with each individually.
p0049The supporting frame may include means for operating driving means for transporting air through channels of a garment.
p0050The staff of the rod / tube combination of the support frame can be completely or partially formed by at least one spring.
p0051The support frame may comprise two controllable fans.
p0052The following describes recommended characteristics of a garment, particularly an outerwear piece with a ventilation device which channels for the passage of air has shown. The following features may also be used in any combination with each other, both individually, in particular in connection with the supporting frame according to the invention.
p0053The channels of the garment can be designed at the bottom of the garment so that fresh air can enter directly into the channels and exit directly to the top or vice versa.
p0054The garment may comprise drive means for the transport of air through the channels.
p0055The garment can be provided that a channel that allows a direct entry and exit of fresh air, is provided only once on the front side and only once on the back of the garment.
p0056The garment can be provided that the above two channels, which have a direct entry and exit of fresh air, are front or back out centrally from the bottom up.
p0057The garment can be provided that the front located channel which has a direct entry and exit of fresh air, widens in the upper half upwards.
p0058The garment can be provided that a channel that has a direct entry of fresh air, the left and / or right of the neck portion is led out.
p0059In the garment drive means may be provided for the transport of air through the channels, in particular an electrically operated suction device or an electrically operated pump means, which is connectable to the channels and separable from the channels.
p0060The garment can be provided that the channels for the passage of air are arranged so that adjacent areas are free from channels for the operation of air from kidney.
p0061The garment can be provided that, open into the two channels, which have a direct entry and exit of fresh air by-pass channels, where there is no direct admission is provided for fresh air, especially in the chest area.
p0062The garment can be provided that the channels are provided by a foam material.
p0063In the garment wavy areas, particularly in the field of kidney can be provided.
p0064In the garment, the channels can be down covered by an air permeable material inwards to the body.
p0065In the garment, the channels can be down covered by a pre-stressed material inside the body.
p0066In the garment elevations may be present in the channels.
p0067The garment may comprise an underwear garment which is knitted weaker in the area of the channels compared to other regions.
p0068Embodiments are described below with reference to the drawing.
p0069<figref idrefs="f0001">figure 1</figref> schematically shows a front outerwear piece with a channel 1. The garment is a T-shirt 2. The channel 1 leads laterally and down out of the T-shirt. He therefore has an inlet 3 and an outlet 4 for fresh air. Admission 3 is arranged laterally in the shirt and the outlet 4 below. The channel 1 first extends horizontally to joining substantially and then branches into two channels 1a, 1b. The channels 1a, 1b extending serpentine. The channels 1a, 1b extend embodiment substantially over the entire upper body in the form of nested serpentine. The dimension of the channels 1a, 1b is selected so that a high air flow with the lowest possible internal resistance is achieved. The serpentine extending channels 1a, 1b extend so that the typical weld zones in the chest and back (not shown) well-ventilated. the channels 1a, 1b are recombined before reaching the outlet. 4 In the region of the outlet 4 of the duct 1 extending substantially vertically.
p0070The channel 1b passes below the neck.
p0071Admission 3 is provided with a filter and that at least one insect filter, or a filter that protects against toxic gases. In the channel 1 or channel 1b an auxiliary channel 5 opens a. Optionally, several side channels may be provided 5. The secondary channels do not lead out of the T-shirt and therefore do not have special entrance for fresh air. Since the secondary channels have no special entrance for fresh air, this widening is preferably towards the ends and / or are interconnected. So is promoted, that even in the region of these ends of the secondary channels takes place a vent to the desired extent.
p0072In the embodiment, the auxiliary channel 5 serves the field of active ventilation to increase, in order to achieve that, especially when the ventilation device is used under a ballistic vest, occurring sweat-wicking.
p0073On the back of the T-shirts, the channels similarly. It should be noted that the chest area and the back area due to the different surfaces, the ergonomics and the particular medical needs differ. The outlet on the back ends preferably also below. This outlet regions are then easily accessible. based in the area of the kidneys to the worn state of the garment in the lower half run no channels.
p0074In the exemplary embodiment it is provided that air is pumped through the channels 1a, 1b. For this purpose, in greater detail below illustrated drive means (z. B. fans) are provided, which pumps air through the inlet 3 into the duct 1 and thus also in the channels 1a, 1b. In the embodiment, the air is laterally blown into the garment or its channels and exits the same again down through the outlet 4. The air flow thus passes from top to bottom.
p0075<figref idrefs="f0001">figure 2</figref> shows a section through a channel 1. Channel 1 is provided on the facing away from the body side by a relatively dimensionally stable foam. 7 On the side facing the body, when the T-shirt is worn, the channel 1 is separated by an elastic, air-permeable material 8 from the body or from a worn underwear. The cloth 8 is attached prestressed to the foam. 7 In the embodiment, the foam may also have hydrophilic and / or antimicrobial and / or fire-resistant properties. In addition to channels 5 have basically the same structure.
p0076If a channel 1 is broad, then, such a channel point bumps 9 on how the <figref idrefs="f0001">figure 3</figref> illustrated in section. The projections provide a clearance between the body of a human and the channel wall sure that faces away from the body. In addition to channels can have such surveys at particularly wide bodies also.
p0077<figref idrefs="f0002">figure 4</figref> schematically shows a plan view of a supporting frame. The supporting frame has a front plate 10 and a rear shield 11th When the signs is rigid made of plastic surfaces, which are scarcely flexible and are preferably adapted to the shape of a human body. In the exemplary embodiment can be provided that the shields 10, 11 are made in a molding process. This achieves a stable form which is not completely or completely rigid, but to a certain degree of rotation of the body follows. By means of a water jet cutting technology can be precisely manufactured mounting points without "fraying".
p0078In principle, other method for manufacturing the signs z. B. may be employed an injection molding method.
p0079The shield 10 is connected to the plate 11 via two spring steels 12 together. In the spring steels are bent around shoulders around, the front shield 10 is supported front and the rear plate 11 back adjacent to the back.
p0080The rear plate 11 has in the in <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 4 and Fig. 5</figref> Embodiment shown the side webs 13 which can be folded so that the worn state of the support frame, the two webs are left and right of the body above the waist of a man.
p0081At the outer ends of the webs 13 are attached to bars 14, which open in movable pipes 15th Use a hip belt 16, the tubes 15 are laterally attached to the body below the waist.
p0082If the frame is worn, produces a relative movement between the torso and the hip during walking. This relative movement has the consequence that each rod 14 is moved in the associated pipe 15 up and down. For example, if the tube is provided with a coil and the rod at a respective end with a permanent magnet, as in the coil an electric current is induced. With the power thus generated two controllable fans 17 are driven, which can be at the entry 3 or by the shoulders relative attached particular the front plate close to the wearing condition or pushed into the designated bags. The fans are connected via hoses to the then lying adjacent entrance areas of channels. 1 Use of the fans 17 is blown in particular air into the channels (1) and hence also in the side channels. 5
p0083<figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 5</figref> provides the basic structure of the support frame is seen from the side, when the spring steels are 12 bent around shoulders around and the ridges were 13 folded towards body.
p0084In one embodiment of the invention, releasable straps 18 can be provided which can interconnect the front and rear shield 10, 11 in the lower region. It is advantageous to employ 18 elastic connections instead of belts. Thus, the device can be better adjusted to different body dimensions, z. B. when using extra clothing.
p0085The structure described with belts 18 or elastic compounds with the result that even carried forward to the front plate 10 loads be worn on the waist belt 16, which relieves the back advantageous.
p0086<figref idrefs="f0003">figure 6</figref> shows a view of a particularly suitable spring element for providing a quick-release latch in order to connect the spring steels preferably front and within reach with a rigid section of the support frame. The spring element shown example, consists of a single correspondingly bent wire 20, which overlaps without being connected to each other here at the position 21st If the spring element shown compressed according to the arrows 22, so the distance between the legs increases 23. This increase in distance is used to to fix the spring element to a button 24 or to release the spring element of this button.
p0087If the spring element connected to one side, for example by means of knobs 24 and 25 with a spring steel and, for example, by means of a button 26 with a front rigid portion of the support frame, so can this stiff area by compressing the spring element - as in <figref idrefs="f0003">figure 6</figref> by arrows 22 - indicated are solved very quickly and dropped by the spring steels. Suitably, the rear rigid area is then also dropped.
p0088<figref idrefs="f0004">figure 8</figref> shows a section of a particularly suitable embodiment of the support frame in a lateral view, when worn correctly installed by one person. To a view of the front shield 10 has been omitted. The front plate 10 may be carried out analogously or in the manner already described above and associated with the illustrated rear shield 11th
p0089This in <figref idrefs="f0004">figure 8</figref> Carrying frame shown differs from the carrying frame in accordance with the <figref idrefs="f0002">Figures 4 and 5</figref> inter alia, in that instead of the lateral webs 13 provide lateral support 27 is provided, which connects the plate 11 to the hip belt sixteenth The connection to the waist belt 16 may directly or - as described below - on (at least) take place another fastener. The rod / tube combination 14, 15, which is configured in the manner described above to generate electricity, is at one end by a ball or a ball joint 28 to the plate 11 and on the other end also a ball or a ball joint 28 with the lateral support 27 connected. Alternatively, the rod / pipe combination (eg a hinge) to be connected to the lateral support 27 and / or on the rear plate 11 also has a conventional hinge.
p0090In the exemplary embodiment it is provided that the lateral support 27 has a slidable connecting member 29, to which the tube 15 engages on the ball joint described 28th The displaceability of the connecting link 29 refers to the fact that it is axially slidable relative to the lateral support 27, so that the support frame can be adjusted to different size persons.
p0091In the embodiment, the lateral support 27 is formed in substantially tubular or rod-shaped. The link 29 includes the lateral support 27 while outside.
p0092The lateral support 27 is, as also from <figref idrefs="f0004">figure 8</figref> results at one end via a ball joint or a ball joint 28 connected to the rear shield 11th At the other end of the lateral support via a further ball head or a further ball joint 28 to the waist belt 16 or a part connected to the hip belt fastener 16 is attached.
p0093In the embodiment of <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 8</figref> may also be provided that the plate 11 vertically offset several connection points for the ball joint 28 of the rod 14 has, so, is an anatomically correct adjustment or an adjustment of the carrying rack the size of the person who is to receive the support frame also possible (not shown). The advantage of in<figref idrefs="f0004">figure 8</figref> Embodiment shown is that this embodiment the user due to the fact that ball head bearing elements are used in its movement limits less than one (equally possible) embodiment with fixed hinges. Nevertheless, the relative movement between the hip and spine can be used for the necessary power generation.
p0094As is apparent from further <figref idrefs="f0004">figure 8</figref> shows, the rod / tube combination 14, 15, a spring element 30 for damping on.
p0095In the <figref idrefs="f0004">figure 8</figref> Embodiment illustrated thus has a damper and a fixed lifting rod, whose ends are respectively mounted in ball heads 28th The adaptation to different body sizes with simultaneous damping is guaranteed.
p0096In that in <figref idrefs="f0004">figure 8</figref> Embodiment shown, a hip belt 16 is used which is constructed such that the rigid part of the damper unit, ie, the lateral support 27 is movably fastened via a ball head 28th Thus the forces are better distributed and the elements involved by the pressure does not "fold away", is to hold the ball heads (ie left and right on both sides of the user) each provided a fastening member 31st The attachment member 31 is preferably connected to the hip belt 16 and has a spherical head 28 for receiving the lateral support 27. The fastening means 31 can preferably plate-shaped, in particular ballistic packages can be manufactured. For this purpose, the base material can be used that is also used for ballistic training of shields 10, 11th
p0097If only one rod / tube combination 14, 15 is provided for power generation, a fastening member is sufficient 31st
p0098To form the ballistic material for the fastener 31 more layers of aramid can be used, which are connected to each other with adhesives under high pressure and temperature in an advantageous manner. Such a configuration can also be applied to the embodiment of<figref idrefs="f0002">Figures 4 and 5</figref> be provided.
p0099In <figref idrefs="f0004">figure 8</figref> is a possible elastic connection 32 is shown, which is suitable to omit the belts 18th The elastic connection 32 has in the in<figref idrefs="f0004">figure 8</figref> Embodiment shown in a simple manner to a velcro.
p0100Furthermore, it is provided that the support frame comprises two devices for production of electricity, which are preferably arranged in mirror image so that they are located on the left and the right side of the support frame carrying person, when the supporting frame is worn correctly. In<figref idrefs="f0004">figure 8</figref> is shown only one side. Also in the embodiments in accordance with the<figref idrefs="f0002">Figures 4 and 5</figref> is provided, and also shown in this case, a two-sided mirror-image configuration. Preferably, each device to generate electricity operates a fan 17 (or any other electronic device).
p0101The features described above, the <figref idrefs="f0001 f0002 f0003 f0004">Figures 1-8</figref> can be combined as required.
