The invention relates to a carrying aid for the transport of persons, especially of infants or young children, to be arranged with a in the upper body contour of a support person, in particular a frame or one or more belts having carrying member carrying a in the hip area of the support person befindliches, belt-like holding part.
Such Babywearing are known by their diverse applications in the transportation of infants and young children, for example, from <patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="FR1215795"><text>FR 1,215.795</text></patcit> or used as substitute or supplement radgestützter transport used to use. In their known form, they are only partly practicable, since not only the arrangement of the retaining member and thus the transported person leads to the supporting part to an unfavorable load application and distribution for the then slightly tiring wearer and also the position of the holding part to be the carrying part change with difficulty and adapt other circumstances can. Moreover, the transported person is often inconvenient provided positioning.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a carrying aid available at the comfort of support person to be transported person is equally increased and in which can easily change the position of the transported person relative to the support person.
This object is achieved by a support means of the type mentioned above, wherein on the holding part is arranged at least one movable thereto, seminal from the contour of the carrying person support member, and that on the said holding part facing away from the end region of the supporting element at least one receiving means for accommodating a to transporting body is provided. By arranging a support member between the attachment part and retaining part to a defined load introduction of the transportable load on the body of the support person can reach namely at those locations at which the support member is connected to the holding part. By moving to the holding part design of the support member that can so easily be taken shifted to the holding part and another position while being transported person is accommodated comfortably in a defined distance to the support person in the receiving device. Also, the arrangement of several, provided with receiving devices support members on the holding part is of course possible.
A good load distribution and introduction to the connection between the holding part and supporting member is in a particularly convenient embodiment of the carrying aid achieved by the support member, at least one, preferably two or more strut-type, connected to the retaining member support members comprising, since this reduces the load application defined in several , can be effected spaced points from one another.
To support a simple, takes place without considerable force the wearer displacement of the supporting member at its or his support members along the holding part, it is useful if the one or more support members in their the holding part facing end portion each having a guide member or a common guide element so that the shifting process takes place out on these guide elements.
An easily feasible further development, in which or arranged on the support members guide elements in the contour of the wearer considered shaping exist, so that then the guide element as a runner, particularly as in the direction of the holding part convex curved blade expediently formed.
In a simple arrangement, and optionally removing as well as a necessary or desired change in position of the receiving means facilitating execution is achieved in the carrying aid according to the invention characterized in that the support member is connected to the receiving device via an adapter piece, which at the same time on the one hand the stable fixing of the receiving means on the support members the supporting member on the other guarantees, however, a certain flexibility in the positioning of the support person to be transported person ensures.
Well handled in implementing a change in position of the transported person is a development of the carrying aid according to the invention, in which the receiving device to the adapter piece about a substantially vertical axis in predetermined latching positions or beaufschlagungsfrei, ie adjustable, pivotable, what an example by affixing rotation device can be realized. The fact that the support member of the support means of the holding part facing away, allows a pivoting of the pickup device without the extremities of the transported person thereby constitute an obstacle. In addition, may be located on the adapter piece or the receiving device setting means which prevent unintentional pivotal. In further embodiments, it may further be provided in other axes, allow about a tilting of the receiving device a pivoting possibility.
Appropriately, can the holding part of the body contour of a support person adapt well especially in the hip, which is why an embodiment of the carrying aid is characterized in that the holding part of at least two, preferably three or more adjacent segments is formed, so that the carrying aid over its entire circumference in the worn state is always arranged as close to the body contour, said segments being configured to be movable about hinges against each other.
To be able to perform safely a defined change in position of the supporting member and thus to the receiving device on the holding part, it is advantageous if the supporting element can lead to the holding part, which is why an in another embodiment, the carrying aid to the holding part, in particular on its outer circumference, guide means, in particular a rail profile, is provided into which the guide elements of the support member are guided.
Since the mobility of the holding part and its segments by the arrangement of the guide means should not be adversely affected, it is provided in a preferred embodiment of the carrying aid, that guide means is segmented over the circumference of the holding part.
Thus, this does not catch the guide elements with a shift to the holding part with the segments of the holding member or unthreaded from the guide means is provided in a particularly preferred embodiment, that the ends of the segments of the guide means majority not to the ends of the segments of the holder cover, so for example, have the segments of the guide means their seams each in the middle of a segment of the holding member. Also, since the segments of the guide means advantageously immediately start at the edges of the free ends of the retaining part, is a useful configuration of the segments of the guide means, for example, designed so that from the first segments engage over one and a half segments of the holder from the two ends of the holding part, and thereafter the size or length of the segments corresponding to those of the holding part and in this way a solid in retaining part closed guidance is ensured by means of the guide means. In this case, then each of the mutually facing halves of segments of the holding portion are overlapped by a segment of the guide means.
For a secure fit of the holding part of the body contour of the support person, the support member is preferably close, so the free ends of the holding part are connected to one another by a closing segment. Optional can also be provided with a segment of the guide means the closing segment in question.
An improved wearing comfort of the carrying person mediated by a further embodiment of the carrying aid according to the invention, in which at the body of the carrying person inner side facing the holding part a padding is provided, so that, for example, pressure points can be avoided.
The comfort and the stabilization also the carrying aid to the holding part further, the contour of the support person supporting support members or receptacles for releasably connectable supporting parts are conducive according to a refinement. a sufficient number are on the supporting part provided the load reasonable distributing support members, may possibly even be dispensed with the arrangement of the supporting part on the holding part.
A higher level of well-being, comfort, but also safety, the transported person are also mediated by the fact that in an embodiment of the carrying aid the receiving device is formed by one or more, in particular body shapes adapted or adaptable, seats, the latter variant then the transporting several persons allowed in infancy or early childhood.
The highly undesirable, unintended escape of the transported person from the receptacle is avoided in a further development of the baby carrier, wherein the receiving device with a safety device, in particular provided a belt system is.

The <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig.1</figref> is a designated as a whole with 1 carrying aid for the transport of persons to be arranged with in the unmapped Waist contour of a support person, several belts having supporting part 2 which carries a at the hip of the supporting person befindliches, belt-like holding part. 3 Good to see also that are arranged on the holding part 3 two at this movable, facing away from the contour of the support person supporting members 4, and that at which the holding part 3 each end region remote from the supporting members 4 at least one receiving means 5 for accommodating a transportable body is provided, wherein such a recording device 5 is only at the viewer from the left support member 4 in the form of a bucket seat. The seat is equipped with an additional safety device 20 in the form of a placeable in the receiving device 5 body retaining harness. The support members 4 are arranged on both sides of the upper body contour of the carrying person on the holding part 3 and have strut-type, first horizontally away from the holding part 3 and then in a curve obliquely upwardly extending support members 6. is located on the end connected to the holding part 3 the end of the support members 6 are each a skid-like, towards the holding part 3 convex curved guide element 7, which engages in a provided on the outer circumference of the holding part 3, rail profile-like guide means 8 and guided by this and kept. Also in the<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig.1</figref> It can be seen that the receiving device 5 is connected with the supporting member 4 via an adapter piece 9., which facing the holding part 3 in its region of the contour of the support members 6 follows, and at its end bends horizontally.
In the <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig.2</figref> is an embodiment of the carrying aid according to the invention 1 with the same arrangement of supporting member 4 with support members 6 and guide elements 7 shown on the guide means 8 of the holding part 3 in which omitted the support member 2 and introduced by in located on the holding part 3 shots 18, from these was replaced vertically upwardly facing, rod-like supporting parts 19th
In the <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig.3</figref> is shown an embodiment of to be arranged on the holding part 3 of Tragehilfe 1 supporting institution. 4 At this it can be seen that the support member 4 comprises two interconnected strut-type support members 6, the joint is covered by the facing the viewer adapter piece 9th Through the course and shape of the support members the adapter 9 is very well supported against the load acting in the direction of observation. To the holding part facing ends of the support members 6 of the supporting member 4, a convex is arranged in each case against the not shown holding part 3 bent guide elements 7, the arrows indicate the bent directions of movement of the support member 4 along the holding part 3 and can be seen clearly that the convex contour of the guide elements 7 of this arcuate movement directions follows. Finally, the<figref idrefs="f0002">Fig.3</figref> can also be seen that in the horizontal portion of the adapter piece a rotary device 9 not shown in detail 10 is arranged, with which the receiving apparatus 5, not shown, can be pivoted about a vertical axis.
The <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig.4</figref> shows the support member 4 with arranged thereon adapter piece 9 in a rear view so that the horizontal portion of the adapter piece 9 assigns to the viewer. The located at the free ends of the support members 6 guide elements 7 can be seen engaging the arranged on the outer circumference of the holding part 3 rail profile-like guide means 8, as indicated by the direction arrow. Both the holding member 3 as well as the guide means 8 are embodied segmented in such a manner that the segments of the holding part 3 and the guiding means 8 are arranged relative to each other except for the region of the free ends of the holding part 3 that a segment of the guide means 8, the halves two mutually facing segments of the holding part 3 overlaps.
In the <figref idrefs="f0003">Fign.5-7</figref> are once again in relation to the previous figures enlarged view individual items on the carrying aid 1 shown. Thus is in the<figref idrefs="f0003">Fig.5</figref> In addition to the recognizable at the free ends of the support members 6 guide members 7 again in more detail the arrangement of the adapter piece 9 on the support element 4 as well as the support of the direction parallel to the support members 6 of the supporting element 4 portion of the adapter piece 9 in these and in particular the support of the transition region of the adapter piece 9 seen in a horizontal direction at the connection point of the two support members. 6
In the <figref idrefs="f0003">Fig.6</figref> again shows the arrangement of the supporting member 4 to the holding member of the carrying aid 1, this diagram illustrates that by the arranged on the holding part 3 supporting member 4 with its objects already described above, a very easy to handle positioning of the holding device for reasons of clarity is not shown 5 of Tragehilfe 1 succeeds, which can be fixed to the rotating device 10 of the adapter piece 9 pivoted advantageously about a vertical axis.
In the <figref idrefs="f0003">Figure 7</figref> is again the segmented holding part 3 in which the located at the free ends of the support members of the support member, not shown, guide elements 7 can engage in arrow direction arranged on the outer periphery also segmented guide means eighth This intervention is also possible against the arrow at the opposite free end of the holding part. 3 It is also conceivable that the rail profile-like guide means 8 on the circumference of the holding part is formed integrally so as to form a continuous guide for the rail arranged on the supporting organ guide elements 7th
The <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 8</figref> shows a further embodiment of the holding part 3 with its segments, wherein on the outer periphery of this holder part 3 is arranged a different type of guide means 8, engage over the rail profile segments here in the majority half segments of the holder, while arranged at the free ends of the holding part 3 rail profile segments two overlap segments of the holder third a closure segment 11 is located between the free ends of the holding part 3 without rail profile. At the inner edge of its segments, the holding part 3 is provided with a continuous pad 12th
Finally shows the <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig.9</figref> again holding part 3 with already from the <figref idrefs="f0003">Figure 7</figref> known segmentation and rail profile arrangement, the free ends are in turn closed by a closing segment 11th The closure segment 11 can be provided on one side with a not shown rail profile piece of the guide means 8, so that the guide means is shown around completely to the holding part. On the other hand, the closing segment may, however, also here given as, but not further shown, be provided with a locking member 13 which prevents a sliding out of guide elements 7 from the guide means.
The above-described invention accordingly relates to a baby carrier 1 for the transport of persons, especially of infants or young children, to be arranged with a in the upper body contour of a support person, in particular a frame or one or more belts having support member 2, which has a building under the hip area of the support person, belt-like holding part 3 carries. Especially convenient and easy to handle, the carrying aid for the support person if one is disposed on this mobile, ground-breaking of the contour of the support person support member 4 on the holding part 3 at least, and that at which the holding part 3 end region remote from the support member 4 at least one receiving device 5 accommodating a transportable body is provided.
