Apparatus for the vacuum packaging of food products

Abstract

An apparatus (1) for the vacuum packaging of food products, comprising a box-like frame (2) which defines at least one portion of a vacuum chamber (3), which can be connected to means for generating vacuum and is adapted to accommodate a pouch (4) containing the food products to be packaged, a heat-sealing bar (7) being provided inside the vacuum chamber (3) and being adapted to seal the mouth of the pouch, the heat-sealing bar (7) being connected so that it can oscillate to the box-like frame (3), about an oscillation axis (7a) which is substantially parallel and spaced with respect to the heat-sealing bar (7), in order to pass from a lowered position, in which the heat-sealing bar (7) is close to the box-like frame (3), to a raised position, in which the heat-sealing bar (7) is spaced from the box-like frame (3), and vice versa.

  2. 2
An apparatus for the vacuum packaging of food products, comprising a box-like frame which defines at least one portion of a vacuum chamber which can be connected to vacuum generation means and is adapted to accommodate a pouch which contains the food products to be packaged, said vacuum chamber containing sealing means which are adapted to close said pouch hermetically, characterized in that said vacuum chamber has at least one accommodation region for positioning substantially vertically at least one portion of said pouch which is arranged on the opposite side with respect to the mouth of said pouch.
  3. 3
An apparatus for the vacuum-packaging of food products, comprising a box-like frame which defines at least one portion of a vacuum chamber which can be connected to means for generating vacuum and is adapted to accommodate a pouch which contains the food products to be packaged, sealing means being provided in said vacuum chamber which are adapted to perform the sealed hermetic closure of said pouch, characterized in that it comprises at least one device for printing indications on said pouch.
  4. 5
The apparatus according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said heat-sealing bar is connected to said box-like frame by means of two supporting arms which are fixed, at one of their ends, to a respective terminal portion of said heat-sealing bar and are articulated, at the other end, about said oscillation axis, to a respective wall for delimiting laterally said vacuum chamber.
  5. 6
The apparatus according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that each of said supporting arms is connected to the respective lateral delimiting wall of said vacuum chamber by means of a corresponding articulation hinge, which comprises means for electrical connection to an electrical power supply unit of said heat-sealing bar.
  6. 7
The apparatus according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said electrical connection means comprise a male electrical connector and a female electrical connector, which are arranged coaxially to said oscillation axis and are mutually associable so that they can rotate about their own axis.
  7. 8
The apparatus according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said supporting arms are made of electrically conducting material in order to connect electrically the end portions of said heat-sealing bar to said electrical connection means.
  8. 9
The apparatus according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said arms can be flexed elastically away from the corresponding lateral delimiting wall in order to mutually uncouple the respective male electrical connector from the corresponding female electrical connector.
  9. 11
The apparatus according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said recess is arranged proximate to said sealing means.
  10. 12
The apparatus according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said sealing means comprise a heat-sealing bar, said recess being arranged longitudinally and substantially parallel to said heat-sealing bar.
  11. 13
The apparatus according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one portion of the bottom wall of said vacuum chamber defines a substantially horizontal supporting surface for said pouch.
  12. 14
The apparatus according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said supporting surface is arranged on the opposite side of said heat-sealing bar with respect to said recess.
  13. 16
The apparatus according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said printing device is arranged between said sealing means and a wall for delimiting laterally said vacuum chamber which is adjacent to, and faces, said sealing means.
  14. 17
The apparatus according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said printing device can be coupled detachably to said lateral delimiting wall.
  15. 18
The apparatus according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises, in said lateral delimiting wall, a coupling with a slider which can engage slidingly a corresponding containment seat which is defined in said printing device.
