    A UHSF system as per claim 1 wherein the HSN Controller acting as a central unique HSN controller services and Human operating System (HOS) products facilitating node and governing authority for administering, monitoring and controlling of registrations, certifications of the requesting distributed channel nodes and centralize and distributed searching and matching authority wherein maintaining profile details of each of channel nodes, transactional inventory maintenance, event log records, accounting and metering of use of the UHSF resources being carried out optionally in the peer to peer distributed mode or in the central mode of operations.

    In the UHSF system as per claim 1 HSN controller centrally managing the UHSF system inventory by distributedly locating and centrally indexing and monitoring identified Human experts, intermediately acting brokers, providers, supernodes and information resources source pointers within the functionally segregated organizational structure of a community of plurality of channel nodes of a computer network, comprising:a server that registers one or more users in the database, wherein one or more Human Operating System (HOS) software products thereof facilitating initiation and completion of transactions between preidentified channel nodes;one or more database servers repositing plurality of UHSF wide contents and utilities catering to plurality of channel nodes;wherein the said server creating a primary transaction record in response to a first registration request in the database thereof via information inputted by each of the unregistered user, the primary transaction record includes at least one field representing an identity of a said unregistered user and a field representing a role of the said unregistered user in the primary transaction;wherein after completion of said first registration HSN controller generating a channel identity for such registered channel node further authenticating access via award of product key, package key and login data attached therewith;wherein the server registers the unregistered user with the HSN controller and activating channel node thereof, and further recording the associative one or more secondary transaction status of each of channel nodes with said HSN controller and the other channel nodes within the UHSF system.

Subscribers (HSNS) optionally performing identity check and quality check of the received profile so as to validate the registration thereof resulting in the issuance of product and package keys as per use conditions specified therewith, registering the said entry into the channel node registration database thereof creating a primary transaction record in the database from information inputted by a given registered user, wherein the Primary transaction record includes at least one field representing an identity of a given registered user in the UHSF network, and a field representing a role thereof thereby transforming the given unregistered user into a registered identity(role) specific active channel node wherein HSN controller recording further transactions records thereof.

    In a registration system as per claim 10 each of prospective Developers of said UHSF requesting to HSN controller for Developer specific active channel node creation and authentication thereof wherein HSN controller after receiving such request, evaluating and validating the initial information inputted by each of the developer so as to create or reject a channel node generation therefor within the UHSF system wherein said channel node is activated by means of an award of initial registration product key by HSN controller to each of developer which transacting further within the UHSF system by means of activated preidentifϊed developer channel node.
