A refrigerated display case door and method of manufacture

A refrigerated display cabinet insulating glass door (25) includes inner and outer polygonal annular frames (40,90) each formed as a single substantially homogenous polymeric/copolymeric injection molded member. An insulated glass unit (70) is bonded to the inner and outer frame members which are forcefully held together by a periphery snap fastening mechanism (55) which avoids conventional use of clamps, vises or the like during adhesive cure/set-up. Conventional pivot pins (150) carried by the display doors are uniquely guided into pivot pin openings through guiding and locating members (160) which can be snap-secured in openings (161) of a frame in a display case in but a single position.
