Front derailleur with mounting fixture

Abstract

A bicycle front derailleur (97f) is provided with a mounting fixture (20) that is configured to maintain an angular orientation of the front derailleur (97f) about a mounting axis (X1) parallel to a centre axis of a frame tube (102a) in a stable manner. The mounting fixture (20) has a bicycle frame fastening part (21), a front derailleur mounting part (22) and a front derailleur contact part (23). The bicycle frame fastening part (21) is configured to be fastened to the seat tube (102a). The front derailleur mounting part (22) is disposed on the bicycle frame fastening part (21) and configured to be fastened to the front derailleur (97f) so that fine adjustment is possible about the mounting axis (X2) disposed at a distance from the seat tube (102a). The front derailleur contact part (23) selectively contacts a side surface (40a) of the front derailleur (97f) on the side facing the seat tube (102a) in a position that is different from that of the front derailleur mounting part (22).
