p0001The invention relates to a closure device, the lock side having a read head for reading the blocking information of a key, wherein said reading head comprises a first and a second contact surface which are engageable with the associated contact surfaces of the key into contact, whereby in the lock electronics a circuit current for the start of a Aufweckelektronik is turned on to start the transmission and reception electronics.
p0002Such closure devices are, for example as I-Button reader known and an application example in the <patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="AT15182004A"><text>Austrian patent application A 1518/2004</text></patcit> described.
p0003In practice occurs in such closure devices on the problem that in humid areas such as swimming pools, swimming pools, sauna etc. moisture leads to a malfunction. When introducing moisture to the contact surfaces of the read head leakage cause the lock electronics not working properly. This occurs in particular, when the read head is connected to a so-called Aufweckelektronik that causes at rest, the lock can be operated power efficient, while the power-consuming transmission and reception electronics are only switched on when a key comes with the read head in contact , For starting the Aufweckelektronik eg low currents of a capacitor can be used. This capacitor discharges early if moisture leads to leakage. The problem to be solved here therefore results from the fact that two contact surfaces of the read head on the surface are close together and the moisture are added. In addition to creeping discharge it also results in an increased corrosion on the contact surfaces.
p0004According to the invention the problem is solved in that the first and / or the second contact surface of the reading head is a spring-loaded switching element which is switched off in the rest position and turned on under the pressure of the key to the circuit of the switching current and transmitting the key information.
p0005In this construction according to the invention the disadvantages mentioned are avoided in principle in that the two contact surfaces - without key - have no charge. Only by pressing of the key, the conductive connection is manufactured and constructed, the potential difference between the two contact surfaces, so that it can be prepared via the key of the current flow and subsequently the flow of data. The wake-up of the electronics is always in operation.
p0006Further features of the invention are the claims, refer to the drawings and the description below.
p0007Fig. 1 shows an exploded view of a read head of a closure device according to the invention. FIG. 2 shows a cross section through a read head with associated key.
p0008The exploded view shown in FIG. 1 shows only the reading head. The first contact surface is formed by the sense ring 5, which can be screwed securely in the door leaf. Inside the reading ring 5 is located the insulating plate 3, in whose central hole the second contact surface as a center pin 6 sits displaceably. This center pin 6 is sealed against the insulating plate 3 by means of an O-ring 1 and is under the pressure of the spring 7 over the outer surface of the insulating plate 3 projecting. In the resting position, the inner contact pin 9 of the center contact pin 6 in insulating distance to the pin 8, which is connected to a leading to the switching electronics PCB 10th Another pin extends through the circuit board 10 and a further insulating member 4 and protrudes to the sense ring 5 in conductive connection. In addition, located between the contact pins 8 and the circuit board 10 respectively washers 2. In this rest position, there is no potential difference between the center pin 6 and the read ring, so that the aforementioned disadvantages can not occur.
p0009Only when the key is pressed in the form of an I-button against the center contact element and against the pressure of the spring 7 in the read head, there is a contact between the center pin 6 and the contact pin 8 and thus to the possibility of a current flow, which finally the two connections of electronics are electrically conductively connects to the PCB 10th
p0010Fig. 2 shows a cross section through an assembled closure device according to the invention the read head in the rest position, wherein there is an insulating spacer between the contact pin 9 of the center contact pin 6 and the contact pin 8. to Bring now a key in the form of an I-button in the read head a, a pressure in the direction 11 to the reader head is applied, which brings the center pin 6 against the pressure of the spring 7 to the contact pin 8 in conductive connection. The two with the electronics via the circuit board 10 associated contact pins 8, the read ring, the conductive member 12 of the 1-button, and the center pin 6, the circuit is closed, which eg can discharge a capacitor a Aufweckelektronik and the lock electronics enabled. By otherwise mechanical separation between center pin 6 and pin 8 can any moisture that may be present between Lesering 5 and center pin 6, will not lead to malfunction of the electronics more.
