p0001The invention relates to a housing for containing a control panel and / or a computer with operator interface.
p0002For the installation of control surfaces, panels or panels are typically used housing, whose frame is made of plastic or metal or a combination of both. In this case, can be used for small displays panels, or housings which consist exclusively of plastic. For larger displays or panels but have to be used due to lack of stability of the plastic on either a metal reinforcement, when usually a metal frame is used, on which the plastic parts are applied. Alternatively, the entire frame of a metal, such as aluminum can be produced.
p0003However, the preparation of such frames that are partly or entirely of metal is relatively complicated and expensive. In addition, the frame must be painted even according to their preparation. With the pure use of plastic, this step of the subsequent coating is not necessary. A producing a housing made entirely of plastic is desirable for this reason.
p0004The object of the present invention is to provide a housing for a control panel or a display or a panel PC, which has the necessary stability of plastic consisting even with a large pane.
p0005The object is achieved by a housing for accommodating an operating panel and / or a computer with operator interface, the housing being essentially formed of plastic, the housing essentially forming a frame around the lateral surfaces of the panel and / or the user interface, and wherein the frame by at least two, essentially parallel, interconnected walls is formed, of which a first wall a second wall is arranged within.
p0006The invention is based on the recognition that in a double-walled form of a plastic housing, the two walls are each other and are interconnected, a sufficient stability can be achieved, so that even with large window size of a display or a panel on a metal frame can be dispensed with to ensure stability. Here, the one inside the other two walls of plastic stabilize each other. Such housing is despite the necessary stability and relatively easy by avoiding metal parts cheaper to manufacture.
p0007A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the substantially parallel walls are connected by struts and / or ribs integrally with each other. By connecting the two walls by means of struts or ribs of plastic material, a further increased stability is achieved. In this case, the walls are integrally connected with each other, so that the frame can be manufactured in a relatively simple manner by injection molding.
p0008A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the compounds and / or ribs are essentially perpendicular and / or substantially formed in an angle of 35 ° to 55 ° to the walls. The walls can thus be either interconnected by right-angled struts. In this case, vertical openings may be mounted between the struts and the ribs inside the walls, which in particular are provided for ventilation. Alternatively, the struts or ribs can be arranged obliquely between the walls, for example, at an angle of about 45 °. This greater stability is still achieved. In this case, the two walls are continuous, that is, they are not interrupted by apertures. A ventilation can not be performed in this case. If the components of the device not be altogether too warm, the frame may be formed continuously with oblique ribbing or compounds. A frame may include both oblique and perpendicular ribbings. This ventilation may be attached to certain points of the frame, while other parts of the frame provide by oblique ribbing for increased stability.
p0009A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the compounds and / or ribs are arranged transversely along and / or to the walls. Depending on the orientation of the frame can thus be effected rather an aligned longitudinally stability or an aligned transversely stability. Correspondingly, the vents may also be arranged in the longitudinal or transverse direction of the frame, as needed.
p0010A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the frame is formed substantially rectangular, square, round and / or elliptical. This allows different types of control panels and displays with the appropriate frames are integrated into a housing.
p0011A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the frame has attachment points for clamps. The frame has at defined points attachment points for clamps, which ensure attachment of the housing or the entire integrated into the housing panel and the panel PC. This approach points for the clamps are located directly in the frame, so that the entire housing can be advantageously attached.
p0012A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the frame has holes for screwing in the vicinity of the starting points for the tensioner. Hereby is achieved a further increased stability during the screwing of the cover plate in the immediate vicinity of the starting points for the tensioner.
p0013A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the frame has a front panel. This allows the display and the control panel are embedded directly into the frame and the front cover has thus also over the predetermined by the frame stability.
p0014A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the wall outer protrudes on the diaphragm opposite side of the frame over the inner wall. When attaching the cover plate can thus be exploited in such an inner recess that the shroud quasi closes on a level with the outer wall. The cover plate is, so to speak introduced through the recess in the frame.
p0015A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the frame has depressions between the walls for accommodating a seamed cover plate, the depressions being arranged asymmetrically. Assigns a cover plate for example, only on one side depressions, or at certain locations, which are not arranged symmetrically, so it can be ensured by the respective wells in the context that the cover plate is introduced in a one-one position in the frame or on the frame is screwed. Improper installation of the cover plate in or on the frame is thereby prevented.
p0016A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the frame thus arranged bores that a fixing of the shroud is made by placing the circuit board containing rückwandigen lid. In this way, the cover plate can be easily fixed to the frame without a preliminary fixing of the cover plate or a double fixing of the shroud and the rückwandigen lid is necessary. Using an equilateral the rückwandigen cover and the cover plate fixing screw can thus be saved a mounting operation.
p0017Overall, production costs can be significantly reduced by the use of a plastic housing frame, as less expensive material can be used, which can be processed more easily. A production step of painting the finished housing is omitted, since the plastic can be made equal in the corresponding color. The finished device is much lighter and therefore easier to install. Unlike housings with metal components will not occur climate problems between plastic, glass and foil.
p0018In the following the invention is described and explained in more detail by the embodiments shown in FIGS.

p00201 shows a housing 1 with a double-wall frame 2 which consists of an inner wall 3 and an outer wall 4th The walls 3, 4 are arranged substantially parallel to each other. The housing has front on a screen. 9 The frame 2 has at some points on vents. 13 Also, the frame has 2 attachment points for the 6 clamps 7 for mounting in a wall.
p00212 shows a detailed view of the frame 2, in which the walls 3 and 4 by struts or ribs 5a, 5b are connected together. The frame 2 is in this case substantially made of plastic. The frame has front on a screen. 9 The braces or connections between the walls 3, 4 can in this case are perpendicular to the walls 5a and substantially at an angle of 45 ° to the walls 5b. By ribbing or connections between the two walls 3, 4 of double-frame 2 achieves increased stability.
p00223 shows a more detailed representation of the double frame 2. The frame is shown in external view. The frame has openings 6 or attachment points for clamps 7, said clamps are used to fix the frame in the wall.
p00234 shows the attachment point for the tensioner 7 under 2 in plan view. Near the starting points for the clamps 7 a bore 8 is arranged. This hole is used to screw the cover plate 10 and for setting up the rückwandigen lid 12. The proximity of the starting points for the clamps 7 and the hole 8 for rückwandigen cover 12 or the cover plate 10 is increased stability of the frame for insertion into the wall achieved.
p0024FIG 5 shows a cross section through the frame 2 of the housing 1. The frame 2 consists of the inner wall 3 and outer wall which are connected to each other via the front panel. 9 The outer wall 4 projects beyond the inner wall 3 on the front panel 9 opposite end by a length x. Thereby, the recess is formed by the inside wall 3, be optimally utilized, so that the covering lid 10 is inserted virtually into the frame in mounting the cover plate 10 and back lid 12th
p00256 shows an assembled display or a panel or a panel PC. On the frame 2 with the front panel 9, a cover plate is Towards the rear wall mounted or recessed into the frame. The cover is screwed on to the screw holes 8, which are located in close proximity to the attachment points 6 for the tensioner. 7 Likewise, the Rear side cover 12 is screwed to the appropriately arranged near the attachment points 6 for the tensioner 7 holes. 8
p0026FIG 7 illustrates an exploded view of a panel PC's or a panel or a user interface according to the inventive system. In the frame 2 with the front panel 9, the cover plate 10 is introduced such that it is screwed through the bores 8. Characterized that the inner wall 3 is formed deeper than the outer wall 4, the cover plate 10 are sunk into the frame. The frame has openings 13 for ventilation. The inner and outer walls 3, 4 of the frame 2 are connected by struts 5 firmly together. The struts 5 provide reinforcement of the frame. The struts may be at right angles to the walls 5a formed or substantially inclined at an angle between 35 ° and 55 ° 5b. In the formation of the oblique struts any ventilation openings are introduced into the frame. Means tensioner 7 is mounted, the entire housing or the front panel or the display on the wall. Another element is the Rear side cover 12 which covers a circuit board screwed to the Rear side plate or directly into the frame. 2
