Agricultural device
Abstract
An agricultural soil cultivation device comprising at least ground roller provided with tyre elements rolling on the ground. Some of the tyre elements can be used as a travelling device for transporting the soil cultivation device on roads and can be placed in a downward protruding position in relation to the other tyre elements. In order to use individual roller elements, which are arranged in the levelling system of soil cultivation devices which are provided with rollers and which have levelling systems, for additional transport purposes, the roller consists of several tyre elements which are arranged next to each other and which are respectively disposed on individual pivoting arms, whereby the height thereof can be adjusted in relation to each other, on a supporting beam which extends in crosswise manner. At least one pressure compensation system is associated with the individual pivoting arms. The pressure compensation system is embodied in such a way that the tyre elements forming the travelling device for transport are impinged upon with higher pressure than the other tyre elements in the levelling system.

p0001The invention relates to an agricultural processing machine according to the preamble of claim 1.
p0002Such a processing device is in the non-prepublished state <patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="DE10141991"><text>German patent application P 101 41 991.0</text></patcit> Described. In this ground working machine, the tire elements forming the chassis are arranged at the level of the remaining tire elements forming the roller, so that the device is as short and compact as possible. The tire elements forming the chassis have a larger diameter than the other tire elements of the roller. The individual sections of the roller are each arranged in a height-variable manner opposite the carrier frame of the roller. The tire elements of the roller forming the running gear are arranged on the frame of the device by means of oscillations and can be lowered by means of hydraulic cylinders opposite the remaining elements of the roller or brought to the level of the remaining tire elements of the roller. In order to transport the device, the tire elements forming the chassis are pressed downwards by means of the hydraulic cylinders opposite the remaining tire elements so that the device is lifted.
p0003Through the German utility model <patcit id="pcit0002" dnum="DE90010178"><text>90 010 178</text></patcit> According to the step bridging the sides 11 and 12, a roller consisting of individual and mutually movable tire elements is known to which a hydraulic or hydropneumatic compensation system is assigned. By means of this compensating arrangement of the hydraulic and / or hydropneumatic spring assemblies, a particularly smooth travel of the bottom roller and of the device parts supported therefrom can also be achieved on uneven ground.
p0004In the case of a floor roller of this type, individual tire elements can not be used as transport chassis simply because of the compensating system.
p0005SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The invention is based on the object of making individual roller elements arranged in the compensating system usable for transport in the case of ground working machines with rollers which have compensating systems.
p0006This object is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing features of claim 1. As a result of these measures, by means of an additional pressurization of individual tire elements of the roller, these tire elements can be lowered over the pressure compensation system opposite the remaining tire elements and thus the entire machine can be lifted for transport. The hydraulic compensation system is used to load the respective tire elements of the roller which are used for road travel more heavily in the middle region of the machine, so the machine only bears on these tire elements. As a result, the rest of the central region and the outer region of the roller is relieved during loading or unloading.
p0007In particular during longer transport journeys, it is advantageous that the tire elements provided for transport can be subjected to compressed air. For this purpose, it is possible to provide a tire pressure control system by means of which the tire elements for the transport journey can be subjected to an advantageous air pressure, while the air pressure is lowered for processing on the field.
p0008In order to be able to press the individual tire elements, which are provided for the transport journey, with a higher pressure in the compensation system opposite the remaining tire elements, shut-off valves are arranged in the hydraulic lines of the compensation system.
p0009For some applications, it may be useful to assign stripping elements, at least, to the chassis-forming tire elements. These scrapers strip off the floor parts adhering to the tread or between the tire elements.
p0010Further details of the invention can be gathered from the remaining claims, the exemplary description and the drawings.
p0011Here,<dl id="dl0001"><dt>FIG</dt><dd>The hydraulic circuit diagram for the floor roller in principle, </dd><dt>FIG</dt><dd>The bottom roller in the view from the front, in principle and in section,</dd><dt>FIG</dt><dd>The bottom roll in the view III / III on an enlarged scale,</dd><dt>FIG</dt><dd>The bottom roll in top view, in the cut-out and in the principle view,</dd><dt>FIG</dt><dd>The hydraulic circuit diagram for another floor roller according to FIGS <figref idrefs="f0006 f0007 f0008 f0009 f0010 f0011">FIGS. 6 to 11</figref> With coulter in principle,</dd><dt>FIG</dt><dd>The bottom roll with associated sowing coils in side view and principle illustration,</dd><dt>FIG</dt><dd>The bottom roller <figref idrefs="f0006">FIG</figref> In the view of from the working position,</dd><dt>FIG</dt><dd>The bottom roller with sowing coulters <figref idrefs="f0006">FIG</figref> In working position and in top view and in principle,</dd><dt>FIG</dt><dd>The bottom roller according to FIG <figref idrefs="f0006">FIG</figref> In transport position in page view,</dd><dt>FIG</dt><dd>The bottom roller according to FIG <figref idrefs="f0009">FIG</figref> In the transport position and in the view from the front and</dd><dt>FIG</dt><dd>The bottom roller according to FIG <figref idrefs="f0009">FIG</figref> In the top view and in the transport view.</dd></dl>
p0012The bottom roller 1 can be used as a separate ground working device. Furthermore, it is also provided that the floor roller 1 is a wake-up and depth-guiding element of a leading floor working machine, a component of a device or order combination or a leading compression element for seed coulters.
p0013The bottom roll 1 has the frame 2, which has the transverse bars 4 running transversely to the direction of travel 3. On the transverse beam 4, articulated elements 6, which are provided with rubber spring elements 5, are arranged to be resiliently pivotable about the trailing arms 7 which extend obliquely rearward at the rear, on which the rollers 8 or tire-like elements of the roller 1 are arranged. These elements 7 are offset with respect to one another in the direction of travel 3, as is the case in FIG<figref idrefs="f0004">FIG</figref> shows. A hydraulic cylinder 9 is arranged in each case between the frame 2 and the trailing arms 5. The hydraulic cylinders 9 are designed as a pressure compensation system between the individual tire- and roller-like elements 8. The pressure equalization system has two pressure equalization circuits 10 and 11, such as the<figref idrefs="f0001">FIG</figref> shows. The tire elements 8 of the bottom roller 1 roll on the ground during the soil processing. For transporting the ground working implement, some of the tire elements 8 'can be pressed downwards against the remaining tire elements 8 and thus serve as a running gear 11. Thus, some tire elements 8 'can be made usable as a running gear 11 for transporting the implement on the road, and can be brought downwards as the other tire elements 8, as shown in FIG<figref idrefs="f0001">FIG</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0002">2</figref> show.
p0014For this purpose, check valves 12, 12 ', 13, 13' and in each case a compensating cylinder 14, 14 'are arranged in each pressure compensation circuit 10 and 10' of the pressure compensation system <figref idrefs="f0001">FIG</figref> shows. The hydraulic cylinders 9, 9 'of each pressure compensation circuit are connected to one another via the lines 15. The shut-off valves 12, 12 ', 13, 13' and the compensating cylinders 14, 14 'are arranged in these lines 15<figref idrefs="f0001">FIG</figref> shows. The hydraulic cylinders 9 'associated with the tire elements 8' serving as the chassis 11 can be shut off against the remaining hydraulic cylinders 9 by means of the shut-off valves 12, 12 '. Furthermore, an equalizing cylinder 14, 14 'is assigned to each hydraulic pressure compensation system 10, 10' so as to press an additional quantity of oil into the hydraulic cylinders 9 'associated with the tire elements 8' serving as the landing gear 11, so that the hydraulic cylinders 9 ' The tire elements 8 'serving as the chassis 11 can be pressed downwards and the machine can thus be lifted off the ground. The compensating cylinders 14, 14 'are connected via lines 15' to a hydraulic system, for example the field tractor which pulls the ground working implement. Furthermore, a further blocking valve 13, 13 'is arranged in each case in the lines 15' leading from the equalizing cylinders 14, 14 'to the hydraulic system, which, for example, may be the tractor or a separate hydraulic system<figref idrefs="f0001">FIG</figref> In order to ensure that during transport no oil can escape from the hydraulic cylinders 9 'associated with the tire elements 8' serving as landing gear 11.
p0015On account of this configuration of the pressure compensation system 10, the hydraulic cylinders 9 'forming the chassis 11 forming the chassis 11 for the transport can be provided with a higher pressure in the compensating system 10, 10' than the other tire elements 8 in the compensation system Respectively.
p0016If the individual tire elements 8 'forming the landing gear 11 are designed as hollow tires, it is possible to apply compressed air to these tire elements 8' for transport. In this case, the tire elements 8 'provided for the transport can be subjected to a higher or the same air pressure than the other tire elements 8.
p0017In a simple manner, this pressurized air can be realized by at least one air pressure control system (not shown) being assigned to the tire elements 8 '.
p0018The tire elements 8 'forming the landing gear 11 are at least partially equipped with a brake system, not shown.
p0019The mode of operation of the pressure compensation system 10, 10 'with transport device or chassis 11 is as follows:
p0020The shut-off valves 12, 12 ', 13, 13' arranged in the pressure compensation systems 10, 10 'are in the open position so that the oil can flow from the individual cylinders 9 through the shut-off valves. Thus, the individual cylinders 9 of the left-hand pressure compensation system 10 can move relative to one another, just like the cylinders 9 'of the right-hand pressure compensation system 10'. During work on the field, the additional amount of oil required to provide the landing gear 11 is included in the respective chassis compensating cylinder 14, 14 '.
p0021If now the machine is to be brought into the transport position in order to be transported on the landing gear 11, the shut-off valves 12, 12 'are initially brought into the blocking position in the pressure compensation systems 10, 10', so that no tire elements 8 ' Can flow into the remaining hydraulic cylinders 9. The shut-off valves 13, 13 ', which are arranged between the chassis-compensating cylinder 14, 14' and the hydraulic system, are located in the opening or flow position so that oil is fed into the respective compensating cylinder 14 via the hydraulic system and the respective shut-off valve 13, 14 'can be pressed. Oil is pressed into the closed hydraulic system of the chassis cylinders 9 'via the respective compensating cylinder 14, 14', so that the hydraulic cylinders 9 'extend out and press the tire elements 8' forming the chassis 11 downwards.
p0022When the tire elements 8 'are pushed all the way down, the shut-off valves 13, 13' are closed so that no oil can escape. The machine can then be transported with the chassis 11 on roads and paths.
p0023When the machine is subsequently to be brought out of transport into the working position, the shut-off valves 13 and 13 'are opened again so that the oil volume can be compensated by the respective compensating cylinders 14, 14', so that the hydraulic cylinders 9 ' And the oil flows back from the compensating cylinder 14, 14 'into the hydraulic system. Furthermore, the shut-off valves 12, 12 'are then opened so that the pressure compensation system 10 and 10' is again in operation for the work.
p0024By means of this described configuration of the hydraulic pressure compensation system 10, 10 ', an integration of the landing gear 11 for road travels into the roller 1 can be achieved. The hydraulic compensating system 10, 10 'is used to more strongly load the central region of the machine and the respective area 8' of the roller 1 used for road travel, so the machine bears on these rollers 8 '. A simulated landing gear 11 is thus reached, the middle region between these rollers 8 'is relieved during road travel or raised against the tire elements 8' forming the landing gear 11. This means that machines for large working widths have a three-part design from the folding technique, namely for the middle area in which the chassis rollers 8 'are also accommodated, as well as a left and right folding part, which can be folded up during road driving Drawings. There is also the possibility that the rollers 8 'on which the machine is supported during road travel have a certain offset with respect to one another<figref idrefs="f0003">FIG</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0004">4</figref> show.
p0025These rollers 8 'can be air-filled, or can be filled with air only during road travel, for example, via a pressure control system, not shown. As already stated above, all or some of the rolling elements of the landing gear 11 can be equipped with a braking device, not shown. The roller elements are designed in such a way that the tire elements 8 'forming the remaining roller elements 8 and the running gear 11 produce an almost similar working result on the field during the work. The landing gear 11 is to be available not only for road transport, but also for maneuvering at the front end on the field.
p0026The running gear 11 can be designed differently, four rollers 8 ', as shown in the exemplary embodiment, or only two rollers 8'. It is also possible to use only two rollers 8 'by means of a corresponding arrangement of shut-off valves 12, 12' for road driving.
p0027The bottom roller 16 according to FIGS <figref idrefs="f0005 f0006 f0007 f0008 f0009 f0010 f0011">FIGS. 5 to 11</figref> Differs from the bottom roller 1 according to FIGS <figref idrefs="f0001 f0002 f0003 f0004">FIGS. 1 to 4</figref> Essentially by the fact that seed coils are arranged behind the bottom roll 16 and the frames 18 are fastened to a central carrier frame 19. The frames 18 ', which form the tire elements 8' which form the landing gear 11, are attached to the carrier frame 19 by means of a joint arrangement 20 and can be pivoted by means of hydraulic cylinders 21 around the articulation axis 22 of this articulation arrangement 20, while the remaining frames 18 on the supporting frame 20, 19 are rigidly arranged.
p0028The hydraulic cylinders 9 and 9 'are designed as pressure compensation system 10, 10' between the individual tire-like elements 8. The hydraulic cylinders 9 and 9 'are respectively arranged between the frame 18 and the supporting arms 7. The pressure equalization system, as shown in FIG<figref idrefs="f0005">FIG</figref> Shows the two pressure compensation circuits 10 and 10 '. The check valves 12 and 12 'are arranged in these pressure equalizing circuits 10 and 10' of the pressure compensation system. The hydraulic cylinders 9 'associated with the chassis 11 can be shut off by means of the check valves 12, 12' against the other hydraulic cylinders 9 of the pressure compensation systems 10 and 10 '.
p0029Between the frame 18 and the supporting frame 19, the tire elements constituting the landing gear 11 are each arranged at least one double-acting hydraulic cylinder 21 which is connected via lines to a hydraulic system 23, such as <figref idrefs="f0005">FIG</figref> Respectively.
p0030In the working position of the roller 16 and the seed coulters 17, the hydraulic cylinders 21 are retracted and the shut-off valves 12, 12 'are opened so that the tire elements 8, 8' and the seed coulters 17 are in the positions as shown in FIG <figref idrefs="f0006 f0007 f0008">FIGS. 6 to 8</figref> show.
p0031In order to bring the sowing coulters 17 and the tire elements 8 'into the transport position, the shut-off valves 12, 12' are first closed, so that the hydraulic cylinders 9 'assigned to the remaining tire elements 8 are assigned hydraulic cylinders 9' The hydraulic cylinders 21, which are arranged between the carrier frame 19 and the frame 18, are then pressurized via the hydraulic system 23 so that they are extended. As a result, the hydraulic cylinders 21 pivot the frame 18 into the position corresponding to the frame<figref idrefs="f0009 f0010 f0011">FIGS. 9 to 11</figref> So that the tire elements 8 'forming the chassis 11 are pressed downwards against the other tire elements 8. In this way, the tire elements 8, which not form the chassis 11, and the frame 18 and the carrier frame 19 are raised. At the same time, the sowing coulters 17, which are associated with the tire elements 9 'forming the landing gear 11, are also pivoted upwards by pivoting the frame 18, as is the case in particular<figref idrefs="f0009">FIG</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0010">10</figref> show.
p0032To remove the roller from the <figref idrefs="f0009 f0010 f0011">FIGS. 9 to 11</figref> Shown in FIG <figref idrefs="f0006 f0007 f0008">FIGS. 6 to 8</figref> The hydraulic cylinders 21 are pressurized in opposite directions by switching the change-over valve of the hydraulic system 23 so that the hydraulic cylinders 21 retract. In this way, the frame 18 'is moved into the position shown in FIG<figref idrefs="f0006 f0007 f0008">FIGS. 6 to 8</figref> Shown. Subsequently, the shut-off valves 12, 12 'are opened in the pressure compensation system 10, 10', so that, overall, all the hydraulic cylinders 8, 8 'are integrated again into the pressure compensation system 10, 10'.
p0033In not shown he means can be arranged on the back of the chassis 11 forming tire elements 8 'scrapers. These strippers strip the bottom parts which are attached to the running surface of the tire elements 8 'or between them.
