Method and system for persons/speaker verification via communication systems

The invention relates to a method and a system for person / speaker verification via different communication systems. Essential components of the system are a control logic (SL) with access to a voice-controlled dialog system (DS) with verification dialogs stored for the query, a biometric customer profile (BK), in which the personal biometric data of customers are stored, and a provider database (PD) containing information on protected database areas and services in connection with the biometric procedures allowed for verification. The person / speaker verification process is designed to identify, via telecommunications systems, different personal biometric data that is capable of uniquely identifying a customer's access authorization.
