Multi-user demodulating apparatus, receiving apparatus and multi-channel demodulating method

A plurality of fingers (12) separately demodulates reception signals of a plurality of paths transmitted from a plurality of terminals. A first rake combining unit (13a) combines a plurality of demodulated signals corresponding to a first transmission terminal from among the signals demodulated by the fingers (12). A second rake combining unit (13b) combines a plurality of demodulated signals corresponding to a second transmission terminal from among the signals demodulated by the fingers (12). A change-over switch (16a) connects a finger (12-8) from among the fingers (12-1 to 12-32) to either of the first rake combining unit 13a and the second rake combining unit (13b) in a switchable manner. Therefore, a plurality of users can use a single finger in a switchable manner.
