    Claims of equivalent WO 2004049221 A2 CLAIMS 1. A method for ordering a list of solutions, comprising:providing a plurality of solutions;presenting a set of frequently requested solutions from the plurality of solutions, to users for consideration;tracking access information as the users access the solutions;storing the tracked access information;and ordering the sequence of the solutions wherein the ordering is a function of at least one of frequency and recency, as indicated by the tracked access information.

    The method from claim 1 , wherein the step of ordering results in a new set of top solutions for presentation to the user.

    A method for communicating solution information to a user of a knowledge management system, comprising:retrieving from a database a first set of solution data, wherein the database has a plurality of sets of solution data stored thereon that are organized in at least three sections, namely a first section that provides general information about the solution, a second section that describes situations in which the general information is not applicable and a third section that sets forth contact information for further assistance with the solution;and delivering to a user the first set of solution data in response to a query by the user;wherein the first set of solution data is delivered to the user in at least three sections, namely a first section that provides general information about the solution, a second section that describes situations in which the general information is not applicable and a third section that sets forth contact information for further assistance with the solution.

    The method from claim 4, wherein the first section that provides general information about the solution is subdivided into at least two subsections, namely a first subsection that describes common solutions and a second subsection that provides a suggested script for the user.

    The method from claim 1 wherein the step of providing a plurality of solutions comprises the method from claim 4.

    A system for solution information, the system having logic for processing any of the methods from claims 1 to 6.

    A computer program embodied on a computer readable medium for solution information, the computer program causing a computer to run any of the methods from ' claims 1 to 6.
