A system for content management information, comprising: a contact center interface for providing a user with access to a contact center application, wherein the contact center application manages and renders information pertaining to customer-centric problems;a presentation interface for providing the user with access to a content management system, for providing information regarding goods, services and associated support;and a display comprising two simultaneously visible content regions;wherein operations in one content region are independent of operations in the second content region;wherein the first content region reflects the contact center interface and the second content region reflects the information application interface;and wherein the first and second content regions are dynamic such that while the regions are independent, the content displayed within the second content region is context- appropriate to the first content region.

    The system from claim 1, wherein the content management system comprises:a categorizing unit for storing a plurality of content items stored in a taxonomy, the taxonomy comprising at least two primary categories;wherein a first primary category associates content items for a plurality of products;and wherein a second primary category associates content items for a plurality of services.

    The system from claim 1, wherein the content management system is a multiple-owner management system, wherein the multiple-owner content management system comprises:a database comprising a plurality of content items;an associator for providing an association for each of the plurality of content items to one of a plurality of content-owners;a feedback unit for accepting feedback for one of the plurality of content items;and a router for routing the feedback to the content-owner associated to the content item;wherein the content-owner is a content author or a content manager.

    The system from claim 1, wherein the content-management system is a knowledge management system.

    A system for content management, comprising:a categorizing unit for storing a plurality of content items stored in a taxonomy comprising at least two primary categories;wherein a first primary category associates content items for a plurality of products;and wherein a second primary category associates content items for a plurality of services.

    A system for supporting a multiple-owner content management system, comprising:a database comprising a plurality of content items;an associator for providing an association for each of the plurality of content items to one of a plurality of content-owners;a feedback unit for accepting feedback for one of the plurality of content items;and a router for routing the feedback to the content-owner associated to the content item;wherein the content-owner is a content author or a content manager.
