p0004Large mirror lights of the aforementioned type have the disadvantage that the obstacles will be displayed in the light field and affect the light field shape. The light exit surface is interrupted.
p0005Individual smaller illuminating surfaces result in dissolved light systems (eg <patcit id="pcit0004" dnum="DE8405380U1"><text>DE 84 05 380 U1</text></patcit>) The concealment by the surgeon to increased losses in the illuminance.
p0006The application-related change of the field form (the illuminated on the operating table surface) is not provided in an operating room light according to the teachings of the prior art.
p0007the task Applicant has set itself is to provide a surgical lamp with a uniform, adaptable to different surgical procedures Light field.
p0008This object is achieved by a surgical lamp according to claim. 1 The matable modules allow adaptation to the requirements of the operator, which make the adjustment may itself. Depending on the combination of the light modules, the light field changed.
p0009Advantageous developments of the invention are contained in the other claims:<ul><li>The training of pivot axes using joints leads to further individually feasible adjustments to the arrangement of the modules in order to change the light field.</li><li>Dimming can be achieved by mechanical and / or optical means. Diaphragms, lenses or optical filter, which can be moved into the beam path into it, resulting in a change of the luminous flux. p0010Preferred embodiments of the invention are shown schematically in the drawing and is explained in more detail with reference to the figures of the drawing. It shows:<dl id="dl0001"><dt><b>Fig. 1</b></dt><dd>a surgical lamp;</dd><dt><b>FIG. 2</b></dt><dd>several light modules of the operating lamp in accordance <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref>;</dd><dt><b>FIGS. 3a to 3d</b></dt><dd>Possible combinations of the light modules in accordance <figref idrefs="f0001">FIG. 2</figref>;</dd><dt><b>FIG. 4a, 4b</b></dt><dd>Panning options two connected light modules in accordance <figref idrefs="f0001">FIG. 2</figref>;</dd><dt><b>Fig. 5</b></dt><dd>the detailed structure of an optical module according to <figref idrefs="f0001">FIG. 2</figref>;</dd><dt><b>Fig. 6</b></dt><dd>Another possible combination of the modules;</dd><dt><b>Fig. 7</b></dt><dd>Another possible combination of modules.</dd></dl>
p0011From the side view of a surgical lamp <b>1</b> (<figref idrefs="f0001"><b>Fig. 1</b></figref>) Is the principal visible a known structure. The surgical lamp 1 includes a lamp body<b>2,</b> which in its interior in the <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> having no visible lamps. The body 2 is an in<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> not completely shown pivot arm pivotally attached to a stationary bracket on a ceiling or a wall of a building or a mobile unit. The swivel arm is composed of several interconnected elements via joints. A integral with the surgical lamp 1 member<b>4</b> the pivot arm is in the <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> merely indicated. Therefore, can the surgical lamp 1 in X, Y, move and rotate the Z-direction in three dimensions. A sensor mounted on the lamp body 2 handle<b>3</b> allows the positioning of the Operatiönsleuchte at any position on an operating table. The handle 3 is detachably attached to the bottom<b>5</b> the operating lamp mounted.
p0012At the bottom 5 exits light to illuminate the surgical site.
p0013<figref idrefs="f0001"><b>FIG. 2</b></figref> shows that as the light source individual light modules <b>6a</b> to <b>6g</b> can be assembled, as indicated by the arrows. The individual light modules 6a to 6g comprise a housing which both mechanical and electronic and electrical connecting elements or connectors has at its side surfaces in order to control lighting means in the light modules and to connect to an electrical power supply. The coupling of the light modules 6a to 6g is possible on each side surface, so that any combination possibilities are conceivable. There may be a light generated whose light field is adapted to the operation to be performed.
p0014Alternatively, the modules can be mounted with rear connectors on a carrier plate.
p0015The <figref idrefs="f0002 f0003"><b>3a</b> to <b>3d</b></figref> show examples of this vote of light modules 6a to 6g to light rays through the <b>7</b> light boxes <b>8a</b> to <b>8d</b> vote. Depending on the combination of the light modules 6a to 6g, the light field 8a will have to 8d a greater extent in the longitudinal direction or the width. The light field 8a to 8d can be configured differently and at its ends or in the middle. This means that the light field 8a to 8d reflects the contour of the light module combination. Each light module 6a to 6g can even illuminate an entire surgical site. The light field 8a to 8d is the illuminated area on the operating table. The light modules 6a to 6g can be assembled by any combination with other light modules to different total modules as a light source. This changes the light field size, the illuminance and the light field shape of the light field 8a to 8d.
p0016According to <figref idrefs="f0004"><b>4a</b> to <b>4b</b></figref> the light modules <b>6h</b> to <b>6k</b> not rigidly connected together, but using articulated links are pivotally coupled to each other. These compounds allow pivoting about the pivot axes<b>16</b> and <b>18</b> in double arrow directions <b>17</b> and <b>19th</b><figref idrefs="f0004">FIG. 4a</figref> shows that the side surfaces at which the light exits, can be folded towards each other. <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 4b</figref> shows that the edge surfaces can be folded towards each other. In addition to the shown hinge-like joints to a respective connecting line of light modules 6H to 6K also ball joints are possible in one or more of the six corners of the light modules 6H to 6K. The joints cause already combined light modules 6h to 6k still in their position can be changed to each other. The operator can vary the light fields in addition.
p0017The light modules 6a to 6k are almost borderless together fügbar. Borderless means for the purposes of the invention, that the transitions between the individual light modules 6a to 6k have no significant impact on the optical properties, in particular the light output toward the surgical site. The generated light is perceived in spite of the composite of several light modules 6a to 6k light source uniform. Each light module 6a to 6k in turn comprises a plurality of individual LEDs, for example, 30 to 50. From this lighting advantages analogous to large mirror lighting as a theoretically optimal shadow freedom by large light output.
p0018The individual light modules, for example, in the <figref idrefs="f0004"><b>Fig. 5</b></figref> Light module shown 6a, all consist of a housing <b>9</b> with mechanical and / or electrical or electronic connection elements or connectors to the adjacent light modules 6b to 6g. The shape of the light modules 6a to 6g is designed so that they can be arranged on a spherical surface with a typical radius of 1000 mm without intermediate spaces. To achieve this, the light modules are formed 6a to 6g as hexagons. In assembled form, resulting in a kind of honeycomb structure or facet structure. The surgical site facing surface of the light modules 6a to 6g also need not necessarily be flat, but may be slightly concave to mimic the curvature of the spherical surface better. The optical axis of each light module 6a to 6g has in the focal point of the spherical surface.
p0019Different light field shapes can be produced by the juxtaposition of modules with a changed angle. For this purpose, intermediate elements may be used. In each light module 6a to 6g are several, about 30 to 50 LEDs, evenly distributed, of which the<figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 5</figref> only three shown with numeral <b>10a</b> to <b>10c</b> are designated. To create the surface light outlet of the beam path of the nearly point-radiant LEDs 10a to 10c (indicated by dashed lines are an example of the LED light beams<b>12a</b> to <b>12c</b>) By lens elements <b>11a</b> to <b>11c</b> widened to the light emission surface and directed from there to the light field. For this, each LED 10a to 10c, an optical lens element associated with 11a to 11c. The shape of the lens elements 11a to 11c is designed so that they fill the light module 6a to the brim. The lens elements 11a to 11c can also have a scattering structure for homogenizing the light field. The bottom 5 of the light modules may be covered by a transparent pane.
p0020The individual light modules 6a to 6g together form a light source with a color temperature of 4,500 K and a color rendering index Ra> 93, to achieve a natural color reproduction, for example, of being operated on fabric. Why not just use LEDs that produce white light, but other LEDs, which produce colored light. By admixing colored light components such as cyan and blue, a drop in the spectrum as in pure white LEDs is prevented. At a constant brightness of the white LEDs, the color temperature and color rendering of by the entire module consisting of all individual light modules 6a to 6g (total light source), mixing light generated can be varied by only continuous dimming the intensity of the colored LEDs. The luminous flux intensity of colored LEDs can be changed continuously. The LEDs 10a to 10c are power lines<b>13a</b> to <b>13c</b> and <b>14</b> with a control device <b>15</b> connected which enables electrical dimming of the light flux of the LEDs. The electrical dimming of the LEDs causes a color change in the color temperature and / or the color reproduction, which is advantageous for the illumination of the surgical site. It is conceivable that the surgeon uses the adjustability so that it mixes according to his needs colored and white light to highlight specific tissue types or tissue changes of lighting technology. The surgeon can recognize individual types of tissue or tissue changes better.
p0021It is a basic setting a color temperature of 4,500 K predefined generated automatically when the operating lamp. Other color temperature depending on the application of the surgical lamp desired can be adjusted by the surgeon using a control panel or a keyboard of a control device. The necessary adjustment parameters may be stored in a memory of the controller. Further conceivable is that the surgeon can save more self-selected settings and also change these settings later is.
p0022It is also conceivable, further recessed or combinations such as a camera module <b>20</b> according to <figref idrefs="f0005"><b>Fig. 6</b></figref> provide. <figref idrefs="f0005">Fig. 6</figref> shows that one of the modules 20, namely the central module, a video camera <b>21</b> wearing. By plugging the module 20 and the electrical suitable for image processing necessary connections are made automatically.
p0023According to <figref idrefs="f0006"><b>Fig. 7</b></figref> can also be a space <b>22</b> be provided at the center of the surgical lamp for example, to influence the laminar flow (laminar flow) whether they have a ventilation ceiling in the operating room less. The space 22 is produced by the non-installation of a central module.
