p0001The invention relates to a switching device for the control of a commercial cooking device according to the preamble of claim 1.
p0002Commercial cooking appliances, in particular hot air damper, have a device controller for all components to be controlled, such as in particular the blower and the heater on. Here it must be ensured that the control when opening the door in a raised position, in between the door and the appliance housing only a small gap for pressure compensation is left open, and in the fully open position of the door in particular the fan and the heater off immediately because it otherwise may cause burns and / or scalding of the operator.
p0003From the <patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="DE3838917A1"><text>DE 38 38 917 A1</text></patcit> is a locking device for the door of an oven is known in which a handle in an operating part is arranged in the form of a magnet which cooperates with a magnetic switch which is arranged in the frame of the furnace.
p0004General switching devices are known which are composed of a contact and a this actuating magnet in the cooking chamber door. The present inventors conducted studies have shown that take place under the current arrangement of the switch and the magnet of the switching device, especially when slamming the door short contacts of the switch, which is especially the fan or the fan and the heater is operated in the short term. The reason for this is mainly to be seen in that by slamming the door this short comes in make contact and be done by unwanted contacts, leading to the aforementioned unwanted actuation of the fan or the fan.
p0005It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a switching device specified in the preamble of claim 1 type, which ensures off especially the fan and the heater a cooking device in the raised position of the door of the cooking chamber and on the other hand allows avoiding unwanted contacts.
p0006This object is achieved by the features of claim 1.
p0007Characterized in that the magnet is arranged to actuate the switch fixed to the housing in the movable door latch of the door handle, there is the possibility to exploit the fact that the locked position of the door results in a well-defined positioning of the bolt. This circumstance is exploited by the invention, since the magnet is disposed in the movable door latch such that it is positioned in the locked state of the door in such a way adjacent to the housing fixedly disposed switch, that in this position reliably contacting of the switching means and hence an actuation of the control means is accomplished in any other position of the door and thus the door latch, however, such contact is certainly avoidable. The contacting is thus not on the distance of the door to the housing dependent, as is the case in the prior art, but by the position of a closure member, in particular in form of a bar.
p0008The dependent claims relate to advantageous developments of the invention to the content.
p0009Further details, features and advantages of this invention will become apparent from the following description of an embodiment with reference to the drawing. It shows:<dl id="dl0001"><dt>Fig. 1</dt><dd>a schematically slightly simplified view of a switching device according to the invention in a raised position of the door of a commercial cooking equipment, and</dd><dt>FIG. 2</dt><dd>one of the <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> corresponding position in the fully closed position of the door of the cooking device.</dd></dl>
p0010From the combined effect of <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1 and 2</figref> is a switching device 1 for the control of a commercial cooking device 2 is known which comprises a cooking chamber not shown in detail. The cooking chamber has a door 3, between an open position, not shown in the figures, in a<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> Raised position shown with a gap 8 between a gasket 9 and the door 3 and in <figref idrefs="f0001">FIG. 2</figref> shown closed position is movable. For this purpose, the door 3 is a door handle 4 which is provided with a corresponding its movement the movable door bolt fifth The door latch 5 cooperates with a mechanism to achieve the aforementioned different positions of the door third
p0011The <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1 and 2</figref> illustrate the arrangement of a housing-fixed switch 6, which can be embodied for example as a reed switch. This switch 6 is in the<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1 and 2</figref> represented and is in a suitable housing part of the cooker 2 fixed schematically simplified.
p0012<figref idrefs="f0001">FIG. 2</figref> illustrates that in the movable door bolt 5, a magnet 7, preferably, is integrated in the form of a permanent magnet. Since the door bolt 5 is movable between the different positions of the door 3 and thus occupies different positions relative to the switch 6, it is according to the invention possible to ensure both a contact and a prevention of a contact.
p0013<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> here shows that when moving the door handle 4 in the shown there raised position of the door latch 5 is swung with its integrated magnet 7 from the switch 6, so that in this position, even in a violent slamming of the door 3 due to the thereby resulting distance between switch 6 and magnet 7 to secure a contact and thus an actuation of the switching device 1 is avoided.
p0014In that in <figref idrefs="f0001">FIG. 2</figref> Closed position of the door 3 shown however, takes the bolt 5 a well-defined and fixed by the door handle 4 position, in which the magnet 7 is also a precisely defined position occupies relative to the switch. 6 The positioning of the magnet 7 within the door latch 5 is in accordance with the invention taken so that only in this position, the distance between the switch 6 and the magnet 7 is so small that the switching device 1 by the cooperation of the switch 6 and the magnet 7 can be actuated.
p0015Once the magnet 7 this by operating the door latch 4 in <figref idrefs="f0001">FIG. 2</figref> leaves the position shown, the switching device 1 can not be operated, so that certainly unwanted contacts can be avoided in any other position of the door. 3
