The invention relates to the technical sector of the diamond-tipped drills, carbides or the like used for drilling in hard materials like concrete, ceramics, stone facade and the like, marbles and granites.
In the prior art discloses autonomous drilling units with diamond drills tipped carbides and involving similar from a portico supporting a portable electric drill machine type adding a device to a dispensing fluid cooling. This type of drilling unit requires a connection to a fluid supply device by means of pipelines and ducts which are external to the portable electric machine and demanding ways protection thereof. The diffusion of the cooling fluid is effected by introducing the cooling fluid in the hollow interior of the drill, and a fluid recovery unit is then arranged opposite the drill with a suction device. This is necessary as a result of fluid quantities projected. The coolant water supply e.g. requires the use of a separate pump with a certain reserve amount of water, or a connection to a water distribution circuit.
Such drilling unit is therefore complex and expensive and not always easy to carry. Moreover, it is difficult to regulate the volume of distributed fluid can cause inadequacy of the volume of fluid Cooling distributed to the needs and holes made.
From this observation and knowing perfectly Drilling Units recalled previously being brought to market, the approach Applicant was therefore to think about looking for a new concept distribution of cooling fluid over or through a tip drill diamond, carbides or the like, to simplify the implementation of drilling units of the aforementioned type, facilitating transport and reducing costs, and responding in a simple manner the requirements quantities and cooling fluid volumes to be dispensed, based on drilling parameters to run.
Thus, from this approach, the Applicant has devised a device diamond-tipped drill with integrated cooling, which has been Patent Application FR 0308749. According to the invention, the device drilling tip diamond, carbides or the like, can be integrated into a self drilling unit includes a drill (1) made and with a hollow body whose front part is extended by a tubular head (1a) lesser diameter and great length whose protruding end is arranged to receive the active portion (2) of diamond drilling. said drill receives a cartridge (3) filled with a cooling fluid having a pocket shape inserted into the body of said drill bit and bearing on the inner seat portion thereof. The bag has a projection (3a) longitudinal introduced into the tubular drill head and being substantially infinity or not the diamond active part. The forest receives, at the rear and inside its body, a pressing means (4) drill capable of applying a compression force on the bag and allowing, after tearing, complete emptying of the cooling fluid content.
The implementation of this drilling device fully meets the problem. However, its industrial implementation is expensive to achieve.
Thus, the applicant's approach has been to optimize the implementation described in the aforementioned patent application, reviewing design device.
Another applicant's approach was also to research and design means of the drilling device for a certain standardization for receiving the drill variable characteristics, and a change Quick drill.
The new solution provided by the applicant meets the problems posed for an industrial implementation of the invention in optimized conditions.
According to a first feature of the invention, the drilling device, including diamond tip with integrated cooling is remarkable in that it comprises a shouldered sleeve designed to be engaged and centered in a tubular tool holder, the rear end is inserted into the jaws of a machine chuck and receiving, mounting and dismantling Quick, a diamond drill tip and hollow inside, said tool receiving, in its bottom, a pocket filled with a cooling liquid, progressive pressure by the sleeve, and in that said sleeve is arranged to receive a limited and controlled longitudinal movement, a ring urged against an elastic return means, and in that the sleeve and the tool holder are arranged with indentations allowing the positioning retractable ball under the action of the thrust ring and allowing the locking / quick release of the drill, the liquid Through all well mounted.
These characteristics and others well apparent from the result of the Description.
The object of the invention illustrated in a non-limiting manner in figures of the drawings where:

Figure 1 is an overview of the boring device, object of the Patent application FR 0308749 of the applicant, before the subjugation drill on the drill,

Figure 2 is an overview of the boring device, according the invention, before mounting these elements, the drill receiver sleeve being shown in two half-views with, in particular, positioning of the ring relative to the positioning of the drill,

Figure 3 is a side view of the sleeve,

Figure 4 is a top view of the sleeve of Figure 3,

Figure 5 is a longitudinal sectional view of the sleeve,

Figure 6 is a longitudinal sectional view of the drill,

Figure 7 is a front view of the drill,

Figure 8 is a cross-sectional view of the ring.

To make it more concrete object of the invention is now described a non-restrictive manner illustrated in the drawings.
The drilling device, particularly to diamond tip with cooling integrated, is characterized in that it comprises a shouldered sleeve (10) arranged on the one hand, to be engaged and centered in a tool holder (11) tubular, the rear end (11a) projecting cylindrical can be inserted into the jaws of a chuck of the drill machine type and, secondly, for receiving, fast assembly and disassembly, a drill (12) diamond tip, and allow for a quick change tool needed. The drill bit as a whole is a single piece or in two parts joined together, as will be explained later in the description. the term will be called "forest" and the other one realization also that implement the invention. Said tool holder (11) is capable of receiving, in its bottom, a pocket (14) filled with a coolant, according to a volume or a pre-established dose setting progressive pressure by the sleeve, said pocket having a cannula or appendix (14a) of great length through said sleeve and the drill to reach the end of the inner portion of the drill. Alternatively, said cannula is associated with a syringe which may overflow from the active part of forest. The shouldered sleeve (10) successively comprises a range cylindrical (10a) of large diameter (d1) to commit to fit in the tool holder and has at least two guide grooves (10m) longitudinal and diametrically opposite to fit in splines or bars (11a) interiorly disposed in the tool holder. These grooves (11a) are machined or reported within the tool holder and maintained by gluing, screwing or otherwise. Moving or guide the sleeve inside the tool holder is limited due to the position interior of the bag (14) filled with the cooling liquid that remains compressible to some extent after the liquid discharge. The sleeve has, beyond its bearing surface (10a), a second bearing surface (10b) small length and diameter (d2) smaller than the diameter (d1) of the first litter, then a third range (10c) of great length and diameter (d3) smaller than the diameter (d2). Said sleeve is thus capable of receiving a ring (15) sliding longitudinally against a return spring (16) mounted around the bearing (10c). This spring has one end (16a) in abutment position on the edge (10e) junction between the bearing surfaces (10b - 10c), and the other end (16b) comes into support against an intermediate edge (15a) adjacent to a ramp (15b) formed in the inner part of the ring (15). It is limited in position by a circlip (20) mounted on the bearing surface (10c) near the end of thereof, by stopper office before the ring. said ring can thus be retracted and the cover surface (10b) and abut against singing junction (10h) between the first and second range, and to against the compression of the spring, that in the implementation phase the drill. The sleeve (10) has, in addition, on its scope cylindrical (10c), and its thickness, four housing (10f) receiver balls (17) for locking, said balls being retractable in their housing depending on the position of the ring (15). It has, for this Indeed, internally, a profile (15b) forming oriented inclined ramp from the front of the ring and set on the inner peripheral edge of the ring. This ramp is in contact with the balls facing each other and according to position of the ring causing its exhaust. In situation where the ring (15) is unstressed, and corresponding to the spring detent position (16), said ramps based on the beads which protrude inwardly in the bore of the sleeve. In biasing position of the ring, according to the arrow (F1) and to allow loading or removal of the drill, the ramp portion is retracted and the balls are moved radially to come in part in the drill moving action, into the cavity formed (15c) at the front of the ring (15). The sleeve (10) has on its front, a tapered inlet (10g) forming seat of the drill. More Specifically, the drill (12) is arranged to permit mounting and quick release relative to the sleeve and the tool holder in order to ensure the necessary changes to drill. The drill (12) has a body cylindrical (12a), internally hollow, for passage of the end of the fluid-filled pocket or shaped syringe disposed in end Appendix pocket. The drill has a tubular portion (12b) and, its end, the active part of the bore (12e) which is of any suitable type, such as that described in FR 0308749. The drill has a head (12c) capable of coming into flared support and centering in the front portion said sleeve. In addition, the rear part of the drill body has on its periphery, four prints (12d) established in its thickness conical configurations and allowing the insertion of balls arranged from of the sleeve. The drill is thus integral in a unit. Alternatively, the portion receiving end the active end (12b) may be ultrasonically welded or otherwise to the body portion. It is thus understood that the drill bit, by its and mounting arrangement is self-locked in position in the sleeve, only the release of the ring (15) permits the release of the balls and removal and installation of the drill.
The implementation of the invention is advantageous in its realization with easy manufacture of components, simple mounting capability fast assembly and disassembly of the drill bit for the change.
We can also design, from a single subset tool, sleeve, a plurality of drill bits in the manner of a range.
