The invention relates to the technical sector backpacks, towels school children and luggage back-pack in all sports uses, hiking, mountain, school bags, baby carriers.
Porterage of luggage, backpacks, baby carriers and the like, requires comfort requirements of the wearer and, in particular, between the ventilation back of the bag or luggage, and the back of the wearer. It is the same for their components such straps, belts.
In this case, the applicant has developed carrier systems to back that include ventilation options, aeration back, causing comfort.
A first embodiment has been described in FR 96/05194. The rigid frame is arranged with branches coupled forming an inverted V, a first branch being intended to cooperate with the lower back, and the second part with the rear face of the belt abdominal clamping, to provide a space of air flow.
Such a provision remains impractical and the aeration zone is limited in the low back area.
The plaintiff then developed in FR 98/06704 a back thermoformed arranged with protruding shapes and hollow defining a median longitudinal hollow from top to bottom forming a chimney, and having, of both sides in its upper and its lower part high part low, areas projections ensuring a function of offset relative to the back of the wearer to facilitate ventilation and attachment zones partly high for the straps and bottom for belting. This solution technique appears attractive, however, has some limitations of use and comfort, despite its lightness, besides the cost. The forms obtained by the back of the thermoforming are fixed and permanent, and stiffeners form, and they are optimized for some people and not for other size and different anatomical morphology. For some, the raised areas can be rather embarrassing and hurtful. This is why the plaintiff did not pursue the industrial development of this structure.
The applicant has proposed in FR 2,700,252 a bag back whose back bag has a plurality of parallel channels arranged from top to bottom and open at their ends, the outer side of these channels being covered by a perforated sheet or mesh intended to come into contact with the back of the wearer. This solution, satisfactory in terms of ventilation, remained however costly to implement.
Thus, the applicant, through his various works, which have not possible to achieve a satisfactory manner in terms of industrialization for reasons of cost, comfort and / or adequacy of ventilation, has continued research to find an optimized solution for the set of constraints.
This research led to a new solution that responds very satisfactory manner to the constraints of use and comfort, for value and comfort entirely appropriate independent of whether the individual and morphology, and with a optimized ventilation, and in conditions of broader applications.
According to a first characteristic, the structure providing a function ventilation and adaptable on all items to be worn by people, said structure comprising areas in projections forming stiffeners defining air flow channels and ventilation, is characterized in it is constituted by at least one grid of flexible material and deformable in an established mesh over its entire surface and having a plurality of projections forms obtained by a shaping treatment ensuring a form of memory, said mesh being obtained forms disposed and arranged to define ventilation channels, and in that the peripheral walls of said forms and their upper faces are flexible and deformable, and the ventilation is effected throughout the mesh of the grid.
The object of the invention illustrated in a way not limiting to the drawing figures where:<ul><li>Figure 1 is a plan view of a back bag fitted with breathable back frame,</li><li>Figure 2 is a three-quarter view illustrating said structure back, </li><li>Figure 3 is a view similar to Figure 2 that a net protection is mounted on said back frame.</li></ul>
To make it more concrete object of the invention, described now a non-limiting manner in the figures of the drawings. The invention applies to a back structure of the bag, but also to bags carrying straps and / or abdominal belts arranged eg on backpacks. The invention is illustrated more specifically for the back of bags. The breathable back frame according to the invention, is referenced in overall by (1) and applies on items to be worn in back by carriers. Mention is not limited backpacks, sports, hiking, school bags, baby carriers, and like articles completing this porting function by an individual. Accordingly, in the remainder of the description, we will use the general term "structure back. "
Furthermore, the shape of the back and its dimensional structure will be based on the application. Thus, while employing the same inventive concept, they have shapes and variable dimensions.
breathable back structure, according to the invention is constituted by at least one gate (2) thermoformed or thermocompressed made from a flexible and deformable material the extruded polyester material or similar. This grid (2) established according to a fixed grid over its entire surface allows air ventilation in all directions. This grid is further established with a plurality of shapes (2a) obtained when projections surgery and treatment thermocompressage or thermoforming forms ensuring complete continuity of the mesh on the entire surface of the wire rack. These forms (2a) projections define identical volumes or and various forms themselves are identical or different. They can be arranged in rows and aligned to define channels vertical (2d) and / or horizontal (second), or by other routes, to ensure ventilation and prevent crushing. These forms (2a) being established from of the grid (2) allow, through them, the passage and circulating air, so as to allow a swirling motion in all directions with a Total ventilation on said breathable back structure. According to an advantage particular of the invention, the peripheral walls (2b) established on the forms (2a) and their upper surface (2c) are flexible in themselves with capable of elastic deformation in case of point support on the back of the carrier. Forms (2a) thus established act like pads deformable according to the pressure applied, and return to their position when said pressure ceases. These forms (2a) being meshed, ventilation occurs consistently in all places in total optimization and comfort to port. Forms (2a), by their system deformation, are not crushed, and the shape memory return in position when the pressure ceases, the assembly having a certain elasticity. This may include multiple racks of the aforementioned type arranged with projecting shapes identical or different. Grates however define similar volumes to be disposed on a same shell and constitute a homogeneous group. This achievement in several grids can be chosen for reasons of molding and prices of returns
It is thus understood that a back frame according to the invention, applies to different anatomical morphology of persons without there is discomfort, discomfort or injury. Or the pattern (s) thus produced shapes and dimensions desired depending on the application, is / are made (s) fixed to a support shell (3) forming part of the back structure and are secured thereto by any connection means, gluing, self-gripping means, or by overlapping and attaching a textile edge (3a) on the peripheral edge of the support shell (3) supra. The back frame so described may be arranged so known with the carrying harness with straps part (4) and belt abdominal (5) carries, and with an overlap of safety net (6) and hygiene of separation with the body of the individual. In this case, the net is either tensioned between the peripheral edge of the shell support (3a) or may also be thermoformed or thermocompressed in matching the profile forms (2a). The material used for the realization of or the grid (s) is preferably polyester, but any other material and component providing the aforementioned function is usable. The back structure breathable, according to the invention, by its constitution, may, even if useful for different applications, present in the lateral extremities, wings established in the continuity of the central portion may slightly wrap the sides of the wearer. The invention also applies to carrying straps, bags and like. These may thus receive one or more grids cut and contoured to fit the profile of the shoulder straps and maintained by a support shell with a cover fabric. The invention also applies to lap belts related or not the backpacks, porting in general. Such belts also include an hull or support receiving the racks of the invention with a textile including recovery of the known closure means. The advantages are apparent from the invention. It highlights the new concept of the invention the grid providing ventilation function Through all its specific forms but with the effect given to stud runflat forms (2a) which, by their shape memory, return to initial position upon removal of the pressing force. The manufacturing cost is very small compared to the prior art. The invention applies to all carriage of goods.
