  1. 1
An integrated circuit comprising:a plurality of portions, each portion including test control circuitry;at least one test input arranged to receive test signals, said circuit having a test mode in which one or more of said plurality of portions are testable, wherein said circuit has a reset mode which has priority over said test mode.
  2. 4
A circuit as claimed in any preceding claim, wherein said test mode is a structural test mode
  3. 5
A circuit as claimed in any preceding claim, wherein said test mode is a scan test mode.
  4. 6
A circuit as claimed in any preceding claim, wherein one of said test control circuitry comprises master test circuitry.
  5. 9
A circuit as claimed in any preceding claim, wherein said master test circuitry comprises a TAP controller.
  6. 10
A circuit as claimed in any preceding claim, wherein said test circuitry comprises a TAP multiplexer for multiplexing input and/or output test data to/from a plurality of test circuitry.
  7. 14
A circuit as claimed in any preceding claim, wherein said test mode takes priority over a multiplexer mode.
