p0001The invention relates to a clamping device for mounting of components of devices, comprising at least two elements which are mutually positively connected releasably to one another about at least one axis in angular steps. Such a device is known from document<patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="DE3705269A1"><text>DE 3705269 A1</text></patcit> known.
p0002Tensioning devices of this type for use in manufacturing, testing and measurement are known in various embodiments.
p0003From the <patcit id="pcit0002" dnum="DE29603081U1"><text>DE 296 03 081 U1</text></patcit> such an apparatus is known which is provided with at least a two-arm articulated arm, the hinges of the articulated arms are formed by positive connection by means of teeth with each other teeth fitted on the mutually opposite surfaces of the joints and detachable screw. Here, the teeth in a kind Hirth coupling are formed. Here is considered disadvantageous that the production of these teeth together with the articulated arms proves to be difficult, with the configuration of the joint arms remains limited. As a further disadvantage, the number of different components is seen.
p0004The object of the invention is thus, not having the abovementioned disadvantages, provide further advantages over the prior art, wherein a simple and versatile use is possible.
p0005This object is inventively achieved by a device according to claim. 1
p0006Advantageous developments of the invention are contained in the subclaims.
p0007The clamping device according to the invention has a plug element which is used to connect all elements of the device with one another. This plug-in element connects the individual elements to one another positively and releasably. It is preferably provided with an external toothing, which may be a multi-tooth profile or a notched profile or the like. The elements to be connected have in each case at the joints by continuous recesses, which are provided with an internal toothing which corresponds to the profile of the external teeth of the male element.
p0008The tooth profile of the male element and of the connecting elements of the device preferably has an angular pitch of 15 °. This is on manufacturing processes, a special manufacturing process, of course, smaller or larger angular pitches can be realized. The plug is preferably rod material which can be deflected in the simplest advantageously for the respective compounds. It is also conceivable to manufacture the plug element is designed as a sintered part. The plug-in element and the connecting members of the device consist of a metal, preferably an aluminum alloy.
p0009The introduction of an internal gear in the connecting elements of the device is beneficial simply because it is through openings. Thus, the design of the connecting elements is advantageous not restricted.
p0010The multi-tooth profile or notched profile of the compounds ensures a positive connection. The connecting elements are fixed with the plug-in elements on different locking members. The locking elements are preferably known designs, for example as set screws. It can be attached from the front side of the plug element also known clamping elements which fix the plug-in element and the connecting member respectively to each other. It is also conceivable that the plug-in element and a connection element can be fixed to each other via a pin connection.
p0011According to claim 1 it is possible with a Noniuselement, to obtain smaller angular steps. This Noniuselement has, for example, in one embodiment an inner through opening with a corresponding plug-in element to the internal toothing, whereby it simultaneously has an outer toothing, having a different angle to the inner toothing pitch. This outer toothing of the Noniuselementes is then mated with a corresponding internal toothing of a connecting element, being represented by the different angular pitches other setting.
p0012The assembly of the device according to the invention is advantageously simple. For this purpose, it is necessary that the connecting elements are provided each with a plug member and are mated to each other in the corresponding angle. Thereafter, they are fixed by means of suitable locking members. In a further embodiment, the plug elements have a guide pin, which has an outer diameter which is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the associated internal teeth. Thus, it is simplest possible that these can already be inserted into one another when releasing the connections of the connecting elements or before the form-fitting joining of the connection elements, they are advantageously easily aligned against each other and are plugged together form-fitting manner after the alignment.
p0013It is also possible to provide in addition to the guide pin or the guide pin instead of the internal toothing of the respective connecting element with a recess, which enables this guide properties. In this case, this recess is provided with a diameter which is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the outer teeth of the male element. The terms used in outside diameter and inside diameter for external teeth and internal teeth meet the terms tip diameter for indoor or outdoor gear.
p0014With the device according to the invention it is furthermore advantageously possible to sew together by a connecting more than two connection elements to one another. A plug member can be made in its length such that it protrudes on both sides of a through hole of a connecting element, said further connecting elements can be applied at desired angle intervals on the protruding ends.
p0015Thus, a jig for components to be mounted is provided to devices which adapted in advantageously prior to mating, can be positively fitted together and fixed. This is possible with an advantageously small number of fasteners. It is of course conceivable that the profiling of the plug elements and the associated through holes of the connecting members may also be made from other profiles than those described. The profiling of the plug elements and the through holes of the connection elements is effected in the longitudinal direction of the male element or of the passage opening in a connecting element.
p0016For the fixing of the fasteners with the plug-in elements can also apply other known fast exciting components.
p0017The invention is not limited to the examples shown.
p0018Further details of the invention are described in the drawings with reference to embodiments shown schematically. In the drawing:<dl id="dl0001"><dt>Fig. 1</dt><dd>a perspective view of an exemplary clamping device;</dd><dt>FIG. 2</dt><dd>a perspective view of another embodiment of a tensioning device;</dd><dt>Fig. 3</dt><dd>a perspective view of a basic element of a clamping device; and</dd><dt>Fig. 4</dt><dd>a schematic view of a Noniusscheibe.</dd></dl>
p0019<figref idrefs="f0001">figure 1</figref> shows a perspective view of an exemplary clamping device 1, which is attached by means of an adapter plate 3 and a bottom plate 4 on a device 15 by means of fastening screws. 5
p0020On the bottom plate 4 a hinge support 8 is arranged rotatable and fixable by means of a locking element 7 by means of a pivot plate 6 about a vertical axis. a so-called primitive 2 is formed from the adapter plate 3, the base plate 4, the pivot plate 6 and the hinge support 8, which is also in<figref idrefs="f0002">Figure 2 and Figure 3</figref> is shown.
p0021In <figref idrefs="f0001">figure 1</figref> it is shown that a supporting head 12 is mounted pivotable about a fixable to the longitudinal axis of the articulated support 8 standing transverse axis and by means of locking screws 11 to the hinge bracket 8 of the base member second The support head 12 has in its upper region a continuous recess into which a plug element 14 is introduced, which is extended on one side. The plug element 14 and the corresponding through hole of the supporting head 12 have a profiling which produces a positive connection between the support head 12 and the plug element fourteenth On the protruding end of the male element 14 a connecting element 13 is applied. This connecting element is in this embodiment of straight elongated shape and comprises at each end a profiled through-opening, whose profile is correspondingly also formed of the male element fourteenth
p0022At the upper end of the connecting element 13, another connection element 13 'by means of the already-described plug member 14 is mounted. At the upper end of this connecting element 13 is also located an introduced male element 14, on which a mounting element 16 is pushed with mounting holes 17th
p0023The connections between the support head and the connection element 13 and between the latter and the connecting element 13 'as well as between the latter and the mounting member 17 each form an axis 21 around which pivots the elements that make up these respective compound according solution of each profiled plug-in element 14 and can be put together again.
p0024The plug element 14 and the corresponding receiving openings in the individual connecting members 13, 13 'as well as in the mounting member 16 and the support head 12, as well as in other connecting elements not shown are each positively connected to the shaft 21 in angular steps detachably to one another. In a preferred embodiment, the plug member 14 comprises multi-tooth profile of an outer toothing which is formed parallel to the longitudinal axis of the male element 14 extend. This multi-tooth profile can also be a standard notched profile. The respective receiving openings of the connection elements 13, 13 ', of the support head 12 and the mounting member 16 have a corresponding inner toothing on for this profile.
p0025The division of this Vielzahn- or notched profile is preferably 15 ° and is dependent on the manufacturing process of this profile. It is conceivable that smaller angular pitches can be produced by other manufacturing processes such as, for. Example, sintering.
p0026In the <figref idrefs="f0001">figure 1</figref> the connecting elements 13 and 13 'with each other and to the supporting head 12 are shown towards a certain distance. This serves in this case only to illustrate the respective plug-in element. In practice, these parts are all assembled tightly. A locking of the connecting elements 13, 13 ', of the mounting member 16 and the support head 12 to the respective plug member 14 is performed in a preferred embodiment by means of a first locking element 18, for example the clamping screw or grub screw. There are additional facility for locking conceivable, such. As a second locking element 19, which may be arranged in the form of a clamping element on the end face of the plug member 14.
p0027Furthermore, it is possible to execute the second locking element in the form of a locking bore with pinning or bolting to the end face of the plug element between the latter and the corresponding element of the respective compound.
p0028Erziehlung to a finer angular pitch between the elements a Noniuselement 22 is arranged between the plug member 14 and a connecting element in a further embodiment. This arrangement shows<figref idrefs="f0003">figure 4</figref> in a schematic plan view. The Noniuselement 22 may be formed in various shapes. Its principle is that, for example, different angular pitches are provided between its internal gearing and its external toothing. For this purpose, it is necessary that the connecting element with the internal teeth is adapted to the pitch angle of the external teeth of the Noniuselementes 22nd
p0029Other variations of the different angular pitch are of course conceivable.
p0030In an embodiment not shown, the plug element 14 on a guide pin, the external diameter of the tip circle diameter of the internal toothing of the associated connecting element. The length of the guide pin extends in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal axis of the male element 14 and can, depending on the system have different lengths. The guide pin has pull apart the task connected via the plug 14 fasteners at or before together as to cause that an advantageous slight pivoting of the connecting elements against each other is possible, without having to be held for each other for the matching process without a guide. It is also conceivable that the connecting element with the internal toothing comprises a recess in direction of the axis of the internal toothing whose inner diameter corresponds to the tip diameter of the external toothing of the male element fourteenth It is advantageous if the outer diameter of the guide pin and the inside diameter of this Führungsausdrehung are selected in their dimensions so that the corresponding part can be easily inserted and rotated.
p0031In <figref idrefs="f0002">figure 2</figref> is another embodiment of a tensioning apparatus shown, the supporting head 12 is equipped with a plug element 14, which on both sides of the support head 12 protrudes and thus provides Aufsteckmöglichkeiten for a mounting member 16 and another mounting member 20th Also can be attached 13 with corresponding extensions and other fasteners instead of a mounting element 16, 20 a further connecting element. The mounting elements 16, 20 are used for supply of different components such. As measuring means, stop elements or clamping devices or the like.
p0032The base member 2 may also be used so that -As <figref idrefs="f0002">figure 3</figref> can be attached zeigt- a connecting element 13 by means of a simple locking screw 10 and other locking bolts 11th Instead of the locking screw 10, the use of a plug-in element 14 with the respective corresponding receptacles is also conceivable. The pivoting of the pivot support 8 of the base member 2 about its longitudinal axis can be performed with a simple known rotary connection, which is arranged in the pivot plate 6 and is fixed by means of the locking element. 7 Again, it is also possible to use a plug element 14 with a corresponding receptacle in the base plate 4th
p0033The plug elements 14 can be advantageous, for example produced in rods, which can be cut to length in the simplest advantageously to the appropriate dimensions.
p0034Thus an advantageous versatile jig for attaching different components is provided to devices which can be assembled and locked in the simplest manner. Furthermore, this inventive device offers a particularly economical to manufacture and processing of the individual parts, for example, the fasteners 13, 13 'can not be formed only in the illustrated straight design, but also in a bent or twisted or otherwise conceivable design.
