Zippered bag and a method for manufacturing the same

A zippered bag comprises a main bag body (1A) having first and second opposing face members (2, 2), a top (8), a bottom (3), and a first and second opposing sides (5, 6). A zipper (20) is disposed on the main bag body (1A), the zipper (20) comprising a male track (21) and a female track (24) engageable therewith. The zipper (20) extends from one of said top (8) and said bottom (3) to one of said first and second opposing sides (5,6) so as to be oblique relative to said one at said top (8) and said bottom (3). Each of the male track (21) and the female track (24) comprise a main portion and end portions (21a, 24a) provided on opposite ends of the main portion in a longitudinal direction thereof, each of the end portions (21a, 24a) having a smaller height than that of said main portion.
