The invention relates to a boarding ramp for motor vehicles, especially for motor vehicles of public transport, with the features of the preamble of claim 1. Such a boarding ramp is known per se and described in GB 2,301,082 A.
Such boarding ramps are folded back in general by hand from the rest position to the initial position and again and therefore also referred to as "hand folding ramps".
The floor pan is used for receiving the tread plate in the rest position and connects the pedal to the undercarriage of the vehicle. In the initial position, the footboard ago the transition for driving or entering the vehicle floor.
The production and assembly takes place in the known boarding ramps in such a way that the bottom tray made by the vehicle manufacturer itself and is welded into the shell of the motor vehicle, such as a bus. The tread plate is manufactured by Zulieferem and retrofitted. To get enough tolerance compensation to have when assembling the tread plate, is dispensed with narrow gap dimensions and a covering over the edge of the bottom tray also created by means of additional cover strips at the top of the footboard, but forms a high edge and create a tripping hazard.
The invention has the object of providing a boarding ramp with the features stated in the preamble of claim 1 in such a way that rapid production and assembly of the entire boarding ramp is possible. The bottom pan should have a high stability, and it should be an installation option can be enabled in motor vehicles with different dimension, required no additional cover strips.
This object is inventively with the features of the characterizing portion of claim 1. Advantageous developments of the invention are described in the dependent claims.
A basic idea of the invention is to produce the base tray as a single piece by means of a deep-drawing tool, whereby a very rapid production may be achieved. Here an open nap and / or Sick patterns for reinforcement of the tank bottom, and for preparing the slip resistance and the channeling and drainage of water in the bottom pan integrated in the attachment of the hinge joint area at least one corrugation in the transverse direction is arranged to extend that for transverse reinforcement and for discharge of liquid to the side regions serves. In the arrangement of a plurality of transverse corrugations the bottom tray can be shortened to a defined length amount retrospectively and are therefore incorporated in motor vehicles with a smaller dimension.
As explained below using an exemplary embodiment, holes may be arranged for receiving stop buffers, which ensure a scrub, damped support of the footboard and prevent damage to the floor pan or the footboard during operation in the base pan in the side and rear. It can also be arranged for the cultivation of an electrical proximity switch for indicating the respective position of the pedal plate in the floor pan nor a through hole with mounting holes.
Furthermore, a tread strip may be arranged on the at rest upwardly facing side of the tread plate in the side and rear edge regions of the tread plate edge profile strips and the front edge, which may consist of extruded aluminum profiles and are connected to the tread plate by bonding.
It has been found that the boarding ramp of the invention is very inexpensive to produce and assemble. You can be ready for installation that is supplied as a modular system or produced and stored in modular construction and as a complete solution. It has a low weight and is easy to assemble. By exchanging modules, different variants can be made without any special effort. The maintenance cost is low, and the visible parts can be added easily to a modern, attractive visual appearance.
It is a complete assembly of the rear ramp of the invention possible in the undercarriage of the vehicle, which requires no special skills or tools. As connecting element between the base pan and the undercarriage of the vehicle, a one-component adhesive industry are based on PUR.
The footboard can be constructed as a separate module which can be assembled with a few fasteners. It may be constructed as a sandwich board.
The stability of the bottom pan is made after the installation by the support on the floor and the supporting work of the underframe of the motor vehicle. For the unsupported areas form diagonal creases the stiffening element. Melting water remaining when entering or driving in the floor pan or water from the cleaning of the floor or the tub running at a sufficient quantity left and right of the hinge joint of water flow columns even with footboard closed off.
In the following, an exemplary embodiment of an access ramp of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the drawings:

Fig. 1

a boarding ramp with closed tread plate in a perspective view;

FIG. 2

the built-in floor pan of the boarding ramp of Figure 1 in a perspective view.

Fig. 3

the base tray of Figure 2 in a slightly enlarged perspective view before installation.

Fig. 4

a plan view of the base tray of Fig. 3;

Fig. 5

a plan view of the built-in entry ramp of Figure 1 to 4 in the unfolded, open state of the footboard.

Fig. 6

the boarding ramp of FIG. 5 in the folded, closed state of the footboard.

In FIGS. 1 to 6 a boarding ramp is shown for a motor vehicle, although the boarding ramp is partially shown in the installed state of the motor vehicle at best, as can be seen from FIGS. 5 and 6, a part of the floor 9 in the vehicle interior are shown in this entry area in the entrance area of a door, as well as parts of a tread bar 3.1 and 3.2.
The boarding ramp has a footboard 1 which, as can be seen also from FIG. 5 and 6, is then placed in the entrance area of the door of the motor vehicle, not shown, and directly to the outer edge of the entrance area and closed from a 6 shown in Fig. Rest position to an arranged on the outer edge of the entry range hinge 6.1 from inside the vehicle in an initial position shown in Figure 5. is folded out to the outside, in which the footboard is a connection between the floor inside the vehicle and a curb or the like outside the vehicle. The deployment and retraction of the footboard 1 is done manually by means of handles 1.1 and 1.2, which are arranged on the two surfaces of the tread plate. 1
