p0001The invention relates to a method for mounting a signal-processing unit, in particular an antenna amplifier for a vehicle, according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
p0002From the <patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="DE19605999A1"><text>DE 196 05 999 A1</text></patcit> is a signal-processing unit, in particular an antenna amplifier, known for a vehicle. This unit is arranged in a particular area of the body or a part thereof in the vehicle. From being are contacting available to antenna conductor structures which are applied to a slice of the vehicle to contact. This contacting means, such as spring elements, the antenna conductor patterns are connected to the disk via electrical leads with the signal-processing unit. To this end between the housing of the signal processing unit and the contacting means present a cantilever arm, wherein the cantilever arm is fixedly connected to the housing of the signal-processing unit and spaced carries at its end the contacting device. The electrical lead or the corresponding required number of leads between the contacting means and the signal processing unit are arranged on or in the cantilever arm and are so assembled that the housing of the signal processing unit with its cantilever arm (or several cantilever arms) with arranged at the end contacting devices form a unit. Since such a unit must be installed in the production of the vehicle in this, it is necessary to have a fixed electrical connection between the contacting means and the signal processing unit perform. This requires a complex construction of this entire preassembled unit which brings the one hand, problems with the storage and transport with it and, secondly, having tolerance problems because the contact means have come on this preassembled unit always at predetermined points (contact points) of the antenna conductor structure to plant what due to tolerances in the manufacture of both the preassembled unit and the contact points on the vehicle window is not the case. Moreover, during transport, the problem that the extension arms can be damaged in any other way, so that the entire unit is unusable bend or break with the contacting devices arranged thereon or. The same applies to the case that the entire unit is damaged in an accident, so they must be replaced in their entirety.
p0003From the <patcit id="pcit0002" dnum="DE20210286U"><text>DE 202 10 286 U</text></patcit> is known an adapter for connecting flat connection contacts of conductor tracks arranged on a dielectric material, to a plug connection of further networks. In this prior art, the signal processing unit is an amplifier circuit to which a plug can be connected. Thus, the connection between the signal processing unit and the electrical lead is detachable In contrast, the connection of the electrical supply line to contact surfaces on a vehicle window can not be solved, because in the area of the contact area on the vehicle window, a contact adapter is adhered, after the gluing operation is no longer can be removed from the disc. This will repair the defect case more difficult since also the contact adapter must be completely replaced with the lead and the connector thereon with removal of the windshield. The same applies in the event that the unit is composed of defective plug, electric cable and contact adapter and it must be replaced. In this case, the replacement of the complete vehicle window is required, which is labor intensive and costly.
p0004The invention is therefore based on the object, a method for mounting a signal processing unit - as described above - to improve so that the disadvantages can be avoided.
p0005This object is achieved by the features of claim 1.
p0006According to the invention it is provided that the electrical supply line has the contact means at one end thereof, wherein the one spring element having contacting means are constructed for detachable contacting of contact points of the antenna structure on the vehicle Write and Kvntaktierungsmittel with the electrical feed line in the region of a body Telles which accommodates the vehicle pane be arranged and fixed in position, wherein the signal processing unit comprises a housing and the other end of the electrical lead is connected to an existing in the housing connector with the signal-processing unit after the signal processing unit has been placed at their designated installation location in the vehicle, the fixed position on the body part contacting associated with the contact points of the antenna structure. This has the advantage that the signal processing unit can be handled separately from the contacting means via which the contact to the antenna conductor structure. Thus, the signal processing unit forms with its contacting means no complex unit more, but it can in the production of the vehicle, the signal-processing unit (or more where appropriate) can be mounted in the provided space, as well as the contacting means, so that both the signal processing unit as can also be the contact means arranged and fixed in position at the exact spot that are provided for them. Subsequently affixing the electrical lead to the signal processing unit, whereby it is firstly possible that these electrical lead is arranged already firmly to the contacting means or the electric lead there is detachably connectable to the contacting devices. There is thus the possibility of the electrical lead between the signal-processing unit and the associated contact means removably attached to the signal-processing unit and / or to be arranged detachably on the contacting means. Moreover, there is the possibility of providing in the way between the contacting means and the signal processing unit further releasable connections.
p0007The manner of construction and the contacting of the contacting means is arbitrary and may be the respective application, in particular the available space adapted. Similarly, various species come from electrical supply lines into consideration, in particular round cables, flat cables or dergleiche. It is important that in each case a contact point, which is connected to a part of the antenna conductor structure, can be connected to the contact means and the electric supply lead to the signal processing unit.
p0008Further embodiments of the invention, which give rise to beneficial effects are indicated in the dependent claims.
p0009An exemplary embodiment, but to which the invention is not limited, is described hereinafter and are explained with reference to FIG.
p0010The figure shows a schematic diagram of a signal processing unit 1, which is, for example, is an antenna amplifier. This signal processing unit 1 includes, for example, a single- or multi-part housing 2, in particular a plastic housing. Within the housing 2 is a printed circuit board 3 with not shown here, electronic components and other accessories such as Steckverbindem and the like are disposed. Furthermore, an electrical feed line 4 is shown in the figure schematically, whereby at the one end of the electrical feed line 4 contacting means 5 are provided. On the structure of the contact means 5 occurs in this context not to which of completeness it should be mentioned sake that these contacting means 5, for example, can be constructed in such a way as shown in Figures 2 to 4 (together with associated description) the<patcit id="pcit0003" dnum="DE19605999A1"><text>DE 196 05 999 A1</text></patcit>disclosed. These contacting means include a support having an electric supply cable, wherein the electrical connection line is embodied as a flexible conductor strip, which connects the signal processing unit with the corresponding contact point of the antenna structure.
p0011The contact means 5, and the electrical supply line 4 are arranged in the region of a body part 6 of the vehicle, wherein, for example, is in the body part 6 to a metal frame, which receives a vehicle window. On this disk a vehicle antenna conductor structure is then applied or positioned therein, with the signal processing unit 1 to be contacted parts of the antenna conductor structure have contact points A, which are associated with the contacting devices fifth
p0012To avoid the problems described is already envisaged that the contacting devices 5 the opposite end of the electrical feed line 4 is releasably arranged on the signal processing unit 1. FIG. With such a detachable connection it is in particular a plug connector 7, which consist of a socket 8 and a plug 9, the bushing 8 is arranged and the signal processing unit 1 of the connector 9 (or vice versa) at the end of the electrical feed line 4 , The socket 8 and the connector 9 comprise interconnectable contact partners (the connector 9, for example, a contact partner 10, which is designed as plug pin) on. Here are so many contact partners in connector 7 provided as necessary, in the full occupancy contacting 5 is. It is conceivable that in each case a contact-5 Co a ntaktstelle A in each case via an electrical supply line 4 and an associated connector 7 is connected to the signal processing unit 1. FIG. Moreover, it is also conceivable that a certain number of contacting devices 5 supplied via a respective associated electrical leads 4 a sleeve 8 and thus be concentrated there, to supply several contacting means 5 via a multi-pole plug connector 7 of the signal processing unit 1. FIG.
p0013In the part of the connector 7 of is present in the direct section of the signal processing unit 1, here, the plug 9, it is an element that either only the circuit board 3 or of the housing 2 or a combination thereof is a component. This means that with insertion of the circuit board 9 extends into the housing 2 of the plug by a recess in the housing 2 addition so that this signal-processing unit 1 placed at its designated location and then the contacting of the electrical feed line 4 with the sleeve 8 by plugging can be done in the plug. 9 This simultaneously contacting 5 and the signal processing unit 1 can be placed accurately and precisely at its designated installation location. In addition, it is also conceivable that the housing of the plug 9 (or alternatively, the bushing 8) is not mounted on the circuit board 3, but is part of the housing 2, so that with the installation of the circuit board 3 with the arranged there contact partner 10 until the complete connector is implemented. 9 Moreover, it is conceivable that components of the connector 9, in particular its housing and the contact partners, both Tellbestandteile the circuit board 3 and the housing 2, and is realized only by the final assembly of the signal processing unit 1 of the plug or the socket.
