A digital audio/multimedia broadcasting (DAB/DMB) receiver comprising an Radio Frequency (RF) unit for receiving a first broadcast signal transmitted from a broadcasting station selected from plural broadcasting stations; a modem unit for selecting first content out of plural contents contained in the first broadcast signal; a decoding unit for receiving and decoding the data outputted from the modem unit; and a control unit including a user interface unit for selecting desired broadcasting station and contents; a memory unit for storing the DAB multiplex configuration information; a processor for generating a control signal according to an input signal based on the DAB multiplex configuration information stored in the memory unit, and sending the control signal to the RF unit and the modem unit; and a display unit for displaying the DAB multiplex configuration information stored. A Command Set according to the present invention can support frames of packet mode.
