p0001The invention relates to a blank of the generic type specified in the preamble of claim 1.
p0002Blanks of this type for the production of single- or multi-row carriers for bottles, in particular beverage bottles, are in different variants known (<patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="DE1900965U1"><text>DE 1900965 U1</text></patcit>. <patcit id="pcit0002" dnum="FR2346237A1"><text>FR 2346237 A1</text></patcit>. <patcit id="pcit0003" dnum="DE4034069A1"><text>DE 40 34 069 A1</text></patcit>). In one od by folding and gluing. Like. Prepared state these blanks each form completely prefabricated bottle carriers, which are placed in the erected, ready for use, with formed in the floor and ceiling parts receiving openings on the necks of the transported bottles. The time required for the desired function firm connection of the carrier with the bottles is thereby substantially achieved by positive engagement by the surrounding edges of the receiving openings are formed such that they snap into place when placing the carrier on the bottles resiliently under the fastener elements.
p0003For ease of carrying and taking out filled bottle carrier from crates od. Like. The ceiling parts of the blanks are usually provided with support elements in the form of pre-cut, wegdrückbaren tongues for inserting the fingers particular in pressed away state as Babywearing effective holes and between these leave webs arranged. Since the gripping of the bottle carrier but only with two fingers of one hand is possible, such Carrying Aids are often perceived as uncomfortable, especially with four, six or more bottles filled carrier have a not inconsiderable weight.
p0004In addition, blanks for the production of single-row bottle carriers are known, which each have a supporting element in the form of an upper ceiling part above the handle (<patcit id="pcit0004" dnum="DE29707445U1"><text>DE 297 07 445 U1</text></patcit>. <patcit id="pcit0005" dnum="WO9524345A"><text>PCT WO 95/24 345</text></patcit>). The advantage that a comprehensible whole hand carrying handle is available here, are faced with the disadvantages that the carrier may take a number of bottles only and overall does not have sufficient stability. The reason for this is especially the fact that the top part consists of two adjacent ceiling part sections whose mutually facing side edges along a median plane adjacent to each other and are each semi-circular, to form the receiving openings for the bottle necks certain recesses have. Therefore, on the one hand the receiving openings are limited in the finished state of the carrier by the edges of two such recesses, which reduces the holding force of the bottle closures engaging below lower grip segments because of the open edge contours. On the other hand, each top part are made of only one layer of the blank, which further impairs the function of the lower grip segments. The latter would also be true if it were attempted to apply such blank forms in an analogous manner with two-row carriers.
p0005Not sufficiently stable are also other known, single-row bottle carrier (z. B. <patcit id="pcit0006" dnum="GB2321229A"><text>GB-A-2321229</text></patcit>. <patcit id="pcit0007" dnum="DE69806049T2"><text>DE-T2-698 06 049</text></patcit>) In which the carrying handle projecting from a side portion of the carrier. In addition, results from these carriers an unfavorable position of its priorities after the pressing on the bottle, which has a high tendency to tilt during use result.
p0006Finally, already provided with carrying handles carriers are known, which can accommodate two rows of bottles. These carriers but boundaries within the blank two the carrying handle forming handle sections so unfavorable to other portions of the blanks that either a machining of the carrier from the blanks is virtually impossible or not two superimposed to be arranged ceiling parts can be provided (<patcit id="pcit0008" dnum="WO9523345A"><text>PCT WO 95/23 345</text></patcit>. <figref idrefs="f0006">Fig. 9</figref>), As it would be desirable for a stable hold the bottles in the carrier (eg. B. <patcit id="pcit0009" dnum="DE4034069A"><text>DE-A-40 34 069</text></patcit>).
p0007The latter also applies known blanks (<patcit id="pcit0010" dnum="WO9522495A"><text>PCT WO 95/22495 A</text></patcit>) Which have a bottom portion disposed between two portions of the handle part, which comes to lie in the erected condition of the bottle carrier between two adjacent ceiling parts. For preparing a stable bottle carrier, it is necessary to connect the handle portion with two other, arranged on the outer sides of the ceiling parts grip sections. The result auf.diese, a bottle carrier, which can not be held in an even more collapsed and therefore lying flat, but already prefabricated state in stock. Rather, it is necessary to connect the still spread-out blank with an appropriate bottle formation to a packaged unit.
p0008Based on that, the invention, the technical problem to provide a two- or multi-row layout of the initially described type in such a way with centrally arranged carrying handles that gives a stable, simple construction, the weight of 2 x 2, 2 x 3 can withstand more or filled bottles.
p0009To achieve this objective, the characterizing features of claim 1.
p0010The invention achieves the advantage that the carrying handle forming handle portions of the blank are integrated into the top or bottom part, that both all certain to receive the bottle necks openings closed contours comprise as well as in the finished carrier two superimposed ceiling parts. It is thus possible, in particular those blanks or produced therefrom bottle carrier with projecting beyond the upper cover part, to provide them with the whole hand detectable carrying handles, which have so far proved with regard to the formation of the lower grip segments to be particularly stable (z. B.<patcit id="pcit0011" dnum="DE4034069A1"><text>DE 40 34 069 A1</text></patcit>).
p0011Further advantageous features of the invention result from the dependent claims.

Furthermore, the basic element contains a left of the first side part 6 lying, the first top part 8 and a right of the second side part 7 lying, second cover part 9. All these parts 5-9 have substantially rectangular peripheral contours on and are arranged side by side such that their long sides are arranged substantially vertically and its short sides substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis 2 in the direction of the longitudinal axis 2 of the blank first
p0015The parts 5 to 9 are carried preferably substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 2 extending, folding lines imaginary separately that to facilitate further explained folding of the various parts as well as appropriate from already mounted when stamping imprints, grooves, combined Rill / cutting -line od. like. may exist. In particular, between the base part 5 and the two side parts 6, 7 a first fold line 10 and a second fold line 11, between the first side part 6 and the first cover part 8, a third fold line 12 and between the second side part 7 and the second top member 9 is a fourth fold line 14 are provided. Finally, the two side parts can be 6 and 7 is divided into two parallel to the longitudinal axis 2 adjacent side panel sections 6a, 6b or 7a, 7b, which are preferably extending through perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 2 of the fifth and sixth, also mounted in the punching operation fold lines 15 and 16 separated from each other are. own case, viewed respectively in the direction of the longitudinal axis 2, bordering on the base part 5 side portions 6a, 7a a comparatively large height h1, while bordering on the cover parts 8, 9 side sections 6b, 7b, a comparatively small height have h2.
p0016The second top member 9 has in two preferably perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 2 extending rows more, in the embodiment, three corresponding to the associated bottle shape and size, spaced apart first openings 17, the peripheral lines or edges 18 of concentric, preferably designed as a seventh fold lines, closed circumferential lines 19 surrounded. Between the two circumferential lines 18 and 19, ie in the openings 17 surrounding the edge zones, the blank 1 each have a plurality of circumferentially next lying to each other sectors 20 which are separated by radially extending, preferably mounted in the punching operation separation lines 21 from each other and therefore only are along the circumferential lines 19 connected to the blank. 1 The sectors 20 form so-called underhand grip segments od to engage under the fastener elements. Like. Serve bottles, as further reference to the<figref idrefs="f0007 f0008 f0009 f0010">Fig. 11 to 14</figref> is explained.
p0017The first ceiling part 8 has two preferably perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 2 rows running a number of the first openings 17 corresponding number of second openings 22 on. These are arranged with the same intervals as the first openings 17 and 23 is provided with circumferential lines bzw.Rändern, which preferably have the same diameter as the circumferential lines 19, the first openings surrounding 17th In the embodiment, the peripheral lines 18, 19, 23 circular, the peripheral lines 18 of the first openings 17 can form according to the intended number of eight underhand grip segments 20 and an octagon.
p0018The bottom part 5 has third openings 24 which are provided in the same number as the first and second openings 17, 22 and in an appropriate arrangement such as this. The openings 24 have circular peripheral lines 25 and diameter which are useful slightly larger than the openings of the 22nd In addition, the base part 5 and the second cover part 9 have parallel to the longitudinal axis 2 in substantially the same width, so that they superposed on one another can be arranged in known manner for producing a bottle carrier that the openings 17, 22 and 24 are aligned to each other.
p0019Blanks of the type described are known in principle (for example <patcit id="pcit0012" dnum="DE4034069A1"><text>DE 40 34 069 A1</text></patcit>) And need the skilled person therefore no further explanation.
p0020A major difference between the blank 1 of the invention and the known blanks is that the first cover part 8 two along the longitudinal axis 2 spaced ceiling sections 8a and 8b, a first cover member section 8a 8b at the fold line 12 and a second cover part section on the side Katen 4b ends. a grip part between the two blanket sections 8a, 8b also according to the invention 27 is arranged, the two contiguous, juxtaposed in the direction of the longitudinal axis 2 of handle sections 27a and 27b, the mutually facing side edges along a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 2 running, the eighth fold line 28 with each other are connected. In addition, the one grip member portion 27a at its other side edge along a ninth fold line 29 with the inner cover part section 8a and the second handle part portion 27b at its other side edge along a tenth folding line 30 is connected to the outer cover part portion 8b, wherein the two fold lines 29 and 30 also are disposed substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 2, and preferably as the other folding lines are formed.
p0021A blank 32 according to the embodiment of <figref idrefs="f0002">FIG. 2</figref>, In which the same for the same parts as in reference numeral <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> are used differs according to the blank of 1 <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> only in that it comprises at least one lateral covering part 33, which is along an eleventh folding line 34 connected to the bottom part 5 and extending over its entire useful, measured in the direction of the longitudinal axis 2 width. The fold line 34 preferably falls together substantially with the side edge 3b of the base member of the blank 32 and thus is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis 2. possesses The cover member 33 expediently has a measured perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 2 of height h3 which preferably at most equal to the sum of the heights h1 and h2 and expedient substantially equal to the height h1 of the side panel sections 6a and 7a, but as it is smaller than the measured depth in the same direction of the bottom part 9 corresponds. In addition, the fold line 34 is preferably provided with a perforation so that the cover 33 can be torn away from the bottom part 5 easily.
p0022In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the blank 32, two identical lateral cover parts 33, which are connected at opposite sides of the longitudinal axis 2 to the base part 5 and preferably designed in mirror symmetry to the longitudinal axis 2, so that the description for the one cover member 33 in the same manner also applies to the other cover 33rd
p0023The production of a bottle carrier with the aid of the blank 1 and 32 can for example be carried out as below with reference to <figref idrefs="f0003 f0004 f0005 f0006 f0007 f0008 f0009 f0010">Figures 3 to 14</figref> is explained in more detail.
p0024In a first process step (<figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 3</figref>) Is at least one of the two handle sections 27a and 27b, for. Example, in a zone 35, which in <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0002">2</figref> is indicated by crosses, covered with a suitable adhesive. Thereafter, the two handle portions 27a, 27b by about 90 degrees about the ninth fold line 29 and the tenth fold line 30 in<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0002">2</figref> folded backwards. Here, the fold lines 29, 30 at the same time moved up to the mutual contact each other to the handle sections 27a, 27b by approximately 180 ° about the she 28 to fold connecting the eighth fold line to the until they lie with their inner sides against one another and by means of the adhesive are firmly joined together in the zone 35th For a better understanding of these folding operations is in<figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 3</figref> above the ceiling part 8 is a front view in the direction of an arrow <u>a</u> illustrated for the state obtained after folding.
p0025At the same time, or before or after the cover members 33 are, as far as they are available to the eleventh fold lines 34 folded by more than 90 °, preferably by approximately 180 °, inwards, so that it thereafter in <figref idrefs="f0002">FIG. 2</figref> visible inside the bottom part 5 are facing or rest on this as <figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 3</figref> shows.
p0026In a further process step (<figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 4</figref>) Are the in <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0002">2</figref> right side part 7 and the adjacent second top member 9 is preferably folded through about 180 ° together about the second fold line 11, whereby the inside of the side part 7 and an adjacent portion of the covers part 8 on the covering parts 33 and the remaining portion of the ceiling portion 9 on the inside the first side part 6 comes to lie. The dimensions of the various parts z. B. are chosen so that, after this stage, the side edge comes to lie approximately on the third folding line 12 4a of the ceiling member 9. In the absence of the cover members 33 are the parts 7, 9 in an analogous manner directly on the inside of the bottom part 5 Seites on.
p0027In a further process stage, the ceiling portion 9 on his lying now top page from Leimzonen 36, in <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 4</figref> are indicated by crosses, covered with an adhesive. Subsequently, the first cover part 8 is attached together with the fact in<figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 3</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0004">4</figref> not visible handle portion 27 is folded by approximately 180 ° about the third fold line 12 around and laid onto the adhesive-covered surface of the second cover portion. 9 Thereafter, a solid connection between the two covers parts 8, 9 is made by exerting pressure on the ceiling part 8, and curing of the glue by gluing. In this case, as<figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 5</figref> shows the arrangement is such that the edge lines 23 of the openings come to lie 17 22 coaxially over the edge lines 19 of the openings. Measured in the direction in the longitudinal axis 2 width of the ceiling part 9 substantially corresponds to the sum of the widths of the blanket sections 8a and 8b.
p0028As <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 5</figref> shows the handle part 27 is now arranged above the first top part eighth In addition, the handle part 27 about fold lines 29 and 30, of which<figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 5</figref> only the fold line 29 is visible to the ceiling part 8 is pivotable relative, because the two fold lines 29, 30 in the OFF <figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 3</figref> apparent state are close together and form a common pivot axis. The arrangement is preferably such that the two handle portions 27a, 27b is biased in a preferred direction of pivoting and are not in the unused state perpendicular to the upper side of the ceiling part 8, but automatically form an angle with this, which is preferably substantially less than 90 ° , as<figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 5</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0005">6</figref> show. This is achieved by z. B. that the fold lines 29 and 30 with which they adjoin the ceiling sections 8a, 8b, suitably are designed as pure grooving or creasing / -Schneidlinien or combinations thereof. Measured in the direction of the longitudinal axis 2 of height of the two substantially equally large handle portions 27a, 27b is preferably smaller than the width of each of the two ceiling portions 8a and 8b, and smaller with particular advantage, as the distances between the fold lines 29, 30 of imaginary perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 2 extending centerlines corresponding through openings 17, 22nd This covers the handle 27 in its resting on the ceiling part 8 State (<figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 5</figref>) The apertures 17, 22 and only partly on what turns out to the event to be particularly favorable that the finished bottle carrier to be pressed with a created for these purposes Aufsetzgerät a corresponding, formed of six bottles bottles formation without the handle portion 27 disturbing acts.
p0029As <figref idrefs="f0005">Fig. 6</figref> in the front view from the direction of an arrow <u>v</u> in <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 5</figref> shows a still folded, obtained by the process steps described in the rest but ready-cut. 1 This can be at the manufacturer or at the customer thereby be brought into a required for the installation on bottles, final shape in that the two cover parts connected to each other 8, 9 and the base part 5 according to<figref idrefs="f0005">Fig. 7</figref> be away from each other in the direction of the arrows there, to in a conventional manner (<patcit id="pcit0013" dnum="DE4034069A1"><text>DE 40 34 069 A1</text></patcit>) A bottle carrier 37 is formed with a substantially rectangular cross-section (<figref idrefs="f0006">FIGS. 9 and 10</figref>). The arrangement is so made that now also the third, located in the bottom portion 5 openings 24, 22 are coaxially aligned with the apertures 17th
p0030The cover members 33 are, provided with a bottle carrier 37a they (<figref idrefs="f0005">Fig. 8</figref>) Are present, in this state, yet substantially on the bottom part 5 and are expediently dimensioned such that they each have at least such one of the openings 24 (for. Example 24a in <figref idrefs="f0002">FIG. 2</figref>) Overlap at least partially, which is close to an eleventh fold line 23rd Incidentally corresponds to the bottle carrier 37a (<figref idrefs="f0005">Fig. 8</figref>) The bottle carrier 37 (<figref idrefs="f0005">Fig. 7</figref>).
p0031<figref idrefs="f0007">Fig. 11</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0008">12</figref> show the use of the invention from <figref idrefs="f0006">FIGS. 9 and 10</figref> apparent carrier 37 after putting on six bottles 38. The bottles 38, which may be primarily to beverage bottles made of glass or plastic, are those which have a substantially cylindrical body 38a, a mind upward adjacent tapered shoulder 38b and having a subsequent neck 38c with a shutter element 39, for. example, a usual crown cork, can be closed.
p0032The carrier 37 is placed from above so on six, standing in two rows of bottles 38 that the six in the bottom part 5 and in the ceiling parts 8, 9 formed openings 24, 17 and 22 (<figref idrefs="f0002">FIG. 2</figref>) Are coaxially aligned with the fastener elements 39, such as in particular <figref idrefs="f0007">Fig. 11</figref> shows. By pressing the cover parts 8, 9 which are then pushed over the closure elements 39 downward so that the closure elements 39, the grip segments 20 of the ceiling part 8 spread apart conically until they snap after the overflowing of the fastener elements 39 at their lower edges.
p0033For stable fixing of the carrier 37 on the bottles 38 thereby serve in particular two measures. For a diameter of the circumferential lines 18, 19 and 23 of the openings 17 and 22 and the radial lengths of the lower grip segments 20 are chosen so that the lower handle segments 20 in the mounted state (<figref idrefs="f0007 f0008">Fig. 11, 12</figref>) Rest against the lower edges of the shutter elements 39, thereby spread apart by less than 90 ° and are resiliently biased radially inwardly, which is 22 still supported by the peripheral edges 23 of the openings. Secondly, the diameter of the third holes 24 of the base part 5 are so selected that these hang up at locations on shoulder portions 38b of the bottle 38, the distances 39 are smaller from the lower edges of the fastener elements when the sum of the heights h1 and h2 of the side panel sections 6a , 6b or 7a, 7b (<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref>) Corresponds. Therefore, it is during the mounting of the carrier 37 is required, the side portions 6, 7, depending on the case, more or less about the fold lines 15, 16 (<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref>) Resiliently buckle. This is in<figref idrefs="f0007">Fig. 11</figref> indicated by the thereby achievable extreme position in which the fold lines 15, 16 come practically to lie at the bottom of the lower ceiling part 9th Since the carrier 37, although made of kraft cardboard, yet is flexible in itself, arises in this way irrespective of any manufacturing and / or bottles tolerances a tight fit.
p0034<figref idrefs="f0009">Fig. 13</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0010">14</figref> show the use of the blank 32 in accordance <figref idrefs="f0002">FIG. 2</figref> and the carrier thus prepared in accordance 37a <figref idrefs="f0005">Fig. 8</figref>Which up to the present in addition cover members 33 to the carrier 37 after <figref idrefs="f0007">Fig. 11</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0008">12</figref> equivalent.
p0035Since the cover members 33 in the from <figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 3</figref> apparent state of the prefabricated blank 32 at least one opening 24a (<figref idrefs="f0002">FIG. 2</figref>) Of the bottom part 5 cover, they are automatically raised when inserting a bottle neck 38c in the opening 24a and turned outwards. In this case, the dimensioning should preferably be chosen such that the cover members 33 are raised up in a virtually vertical position relative to the bottom part 5 (<figref idrefs="f0010">Fig. 14</figref>).
p0036Thus, the cover members 33 also when handling the filled bottles 38 carrier 37a in the <figref idrefs="f0009">Fig. 13</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0010">14</figref> remain apparent location, they and the side parts 6, 7 according to the invention provided with cooperating connection means, preferably with certain mutual snap locking elements. These include, in particular<figref idrefs="f0002">FIG. 2</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0010">14</figref> show at least one each attached to a cover member 33, outwardly projecting locking tongue 40 and an associated therewith, formed in a side part 6, 7, for receiving the latching tongue 40 certain recess 41. Preferably, on each side of each cover member 33 and each side part 6 , 7 each such latching tongue 40 and recess 41 present. Moreover, the arrangement is preferably such that the erection of the cover members 33 when placed on the bottle 38 automatically 40 carried up to automatic engagement of the locking tabs in the recesses 41 and therefore this is no additional step is required.
p0037Alternatively or additionally, it is possible, the cover members 33 and at least one of the cover parts 8, 9 to be provided with further cooperating connecting means. For this purpose, for example, according<figref idrefs="f0002">FIG. 2</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0003">3</figref> of the longitudinal axis 2 furthest ends of the cover members 33 at least one respective clamping tongue 42 which is foldable and designed around a longitudinal axis 2 parallel twelfth fold line 43 that it is during the erection of the respective cover 33 automatically against an associated clamping surface sets, the expedient is the bottom part 5 facing underside of the lower ceiling portion 9 here. Also this way, an extended substantially perpendicular to the bottom part 5 position of the cover members 33 during use of the carrier 37a will be secured.
p0038The cover members 33 can be used as tokens on the one hand as an additional advertising, on the other hand z. B. by marked and along the perforated fold lines 34 are arranged to tear off. In addition, the cover members 33 can also as an outer cap for brought between it and its bottles 38 Gifts such. As toy cars od. Like. Serve. To easily remove the Gifts from the carrier 37a, the cover members 33 finger openings preferably not shown, which can normally be closed by crushable tongues. Furthermore, the cover members 33 allow an effective sunscreen, if the bottle 38 od with a photosensitive liquid. Like. Should be filled. Finally, the cover members 33 may be provided with a standard, valid for the entire portable bottle set barcode to prevent 37a are mistakenly scanned on the bottles 38 self contained markings when scanning the bottle carrier.
p0039As especially <figref idrefs="f0001 f0002 f0003 f0004">FIGS. 1-4</figref> show, the blank 1 can be provided with Aufreißflaschen 44, along produced during the punching process perforations 45 are torn open and thus a removal of the bottles 38 from the completed carriers 37 (<figref idrefs="f0007">Fig. 11</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0008">12</figref>) facilitate. The perforations 45 lead expedient of for gripping the tear tabs certain parts to selected holes 17 and 22 respectively.
p0040In the described fold lines 10 to 12, 14 to 16, 19, 28 to 30, 34 and 43 it may be imaginary lines, although they are advantageously produced in any per se by embossing, creasing, creasing and cutting or otherwise. Theoretically, they can even be absent, but they facilitate considerably the folding of the various parts and the spreading of the lower grip segments 20th In addition, it may be expedient, the folding lines in such a way that it contains 1 or 32 to promote folding of selected portions of the blanks in predetermined preferred directions. This applies, as above with reference to<figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 5</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0005">6</figref> has been explained, in particular those formed from the handle sections 27a, 27b grip parts 27, which does not preferably in the erected state of the carrier 37 as shown in <figref idrefs="f0009">Fig. 13</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0010">14</figref> is shown, perpendicular to the carrier top, but should form a relatively small angle with this. This is in<figref idrefs="f0007">Fig. 11</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0008">12</figref> presented for the carrier 37, of the carrier 37a <figref idrefs="f0009">Fig. 13</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0010">14</figref> also corresponds with the difference that it has no cover parts 33rd This has the advantage that the height of the fully upright handle portion 27 can be made larger than the distance between ceiling parts 8, 9 corresponds to the stacking of crates. In addition, these parts will only be described to avoid repetition, the following again if this is necessary for the purposes of the invention.
p0042The embodiment of <figref idrefs="f0011">Fig. 15</figref> is characterized in that a bottom portion 105, two in the direction of a longitudinal axis 102 spaced bottom portions 105a and 105b, wherein the ends, a base portion section 105a at a fold line 110 and the other base portion section 105b at a fold line 111th Between the two bottom sections 105a, 105b for a specific order to form a carrying handle grip part 127 is according to the invention is arranged, which comprises two contiguous, 102 juxtaposed in the direction of the longitudinal axis of handle sections 127a 127b, the mutually facing side edges along a longitudinal axis 102 extending substantially perpendicular eighth, fold line 128 are connected miteinder. In addition, a handle Part 127a at its other side edge along a ninth fold line 129 with the in<figref idrefs="f0011">Fig. 15</figref> left bottom portion of section 105a and section 127b of the other handle part at its other side edge along a tenth fold line 130 with the in <figref idrefs="f0011">Fig. 15</figref> right base portion section 105b, wherein the two fold lines 129 and 130 are also arranged substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 102nd
p0043The production of a bottle carrier with the aid of the blank 101 may be made, for example, as below based on the <figref idrefs="f0012 f0013 f0014 f0015 f0016 f0017 f0018 f0019">Fig. 16 to 26</figref> is explained in more detail.
p0044In a first process step (<figref idrefs="f0012">Fig. 16</figref>) Is at least one of the two handle portions 127a and 127b, for. Example, in a zone 135, which in <figref idrefs="f0011">Fig. 15</figref> is located on the not visible rear side of the blank 101 and is, therefore, indicated by crosses shown in dashed lines, coated with a suitable adhesive. Thereafter, the two handle portions 127a, 127b is folded through about 90 ° about the ninth and tenth fold line 129 or 130 forwardly. Here, the fold lines 129, 130 to move simultaneously in the direction of the longitudinal axis 102 until they contact each other to the handle portions 127a, 127b also by approximately 180 ° about the she 128 to fold connecting the eighth fold line to the rear until they together with their backs are secured together by the adhesive in the zone 135 are and. For a better understanding of these folding operations is in<figref idrefs="f0012">Fig. 16</figref> above the ceiling portion 108 is a front view in the direction of an arrow <u>b</u> in <figref idrefs="f0012">Fig. 16</figref> illustrated for the state obtained after folding. Thereby, the two fold lines 129, 130 now immediately adjacent to each other so that they form a pivot axis about which the handle portion 127 relative to the rest can be pivoted part of the blank one hundred and first At the same time or by the process described step, the handle part 127, as is also<figref idrefs="f0012">Fig. 16</figref> reveals about this pivot axis pivots so z. B. to the left, it rests completely substantially to the corresponding areas of the bottom portion 105 and the side part 106.
p0045In a further process step (<figref idrefs="f0013">Fig. 17</figref>) Are the in <figref idrefs="f0012">Fig. 16</figref> right side portion 107 and the adjacent second top portion 109 preferably about 180 ° together about the second fold line 111 and in <figref idrefs="f0012">Fig. 16</figref> after from or folded up, whereby the inside of the side part 107 on the base portion section 105b and a part of the grip piece portion 127b and the inside of the second cover part 109 to the remainder of the handle piece portion 127b and the second side member 106 comes to rest. The dimensions of the various parts z. B. are chosen so that the side edge is located by this process stage 104a of the ceiling part 109 on the third folding line 112th
p0046In a further process step, the cover part 109 on its lying now top side in the region of Leimzonen 136, in <figref idrefs="f0013">Fig. 17</figref> are indicated by crosses, provided with an adhesive. Thereafter, the ceiling part 108 is approximately 180 ° about the third fold line 112 around and in<figref idrefs="f0013">Fig. 17</figref> folded over from or above and placed on the adhesive-covered surface of the second cover part 109th Thereafter, a solid connection between the two ceiling parts 108, 109 made by application of pressure to the ceiling portion 108 and curing of the glue by gluing. In this case, as<figref idrefs="f0013">Fig. 18</figref> shows the arrangement is such that the edge lines 123 of the openings come to rest 117 122 coaxially over the edge lines 119 of the openings. Measured in the direction of the longitudinal axis 102 width of the ceiling part 108 preferably corresponds substantially to the width of the ceiling part 109th
p0047As <figref idrefs="f0013">Fig. 18</figref> further shows, the grip part 127 is now disposed between the second cover part 109 and the first side part 106 and the bottom portion of section 105a. The arrangement is preferably such that the two handle portions 127a, 127b in a preferred, from<figref idrefs="f0012">Fig. 16</figref> apparent pivotal direction are biased and in the state after <figref idrefs="f0012">Fig. 16</figref> are not perpendicular to the upper side of the bottom part 105, but automatically form an angle with this, which is preferably substantially smaller than 90 °. This is z. B. achieved in that the fold lines 129 and 130, which are formed in a suitable manner as a pure creasing or scoring / cutting lines, or combinations thereof the handle portions 127a, 127b adjacent to the bottom portions 105a, 105b. The measured along the longitudinal axis 102 height of the two equal substantially handle portions 127a, 127b is sufficiently greater than the measured in the same direction height of the two equal sides is 106 and 107 as discussed below.
p0048The out <figref idrefs="f0013">Fig. 18</figref> apparent blank 101 is now in an even folded, but otherwise ready to use condition. It can therefore at the manufacturer or at the customer thereby be brought into a required for the installation on bottles, final shape in that the two associated witha cover parts 108, 109 and the base part 105 according to<figref idrefs="f0014">Fig. 19</figref>Which is a front view from the direction of an arrow <u>x</u> in <figref idrefs="f0013">Fig. 18</figref> shows are away from each other in the direction of the arrows there, to in a conventional manner (<patcit id="pcit0014" dnum="DE4034069A1"><text>DE 40 34 069 A1</text></patcit>) Will find a bottle carrier 137 (<figref idrefs="f0015">Fig. 21, 22</figref>). The arrangement is made such that now also the third, located in the bottom portion 105 of openings 124 on the openings 117, 122 are coaxially aligned.
p0049Thus, the handle portion 127 is available for later use, the two cover parts 108, 109 in central regions each one extending substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 102 slot 146 or 147 (z. B. <figref idrefs="f0012">Fig. 16</figref>), Which during the erection of the blank 101 in the <figref idrefs="f0014">FIGS. 19 and 20</figref> apparent way come to lie one above the other, so that the grip portion 127 with a tapered front portion 127c (<figref idrefs="f0014">Fig. 20</figref>) Can be pushed through it. The front portion 127c is formed thereby, characterized in that the handle portions 127a, 127b are provided at their front ends remote from the fold lines 129, 130 with respective tapers such. B.<figref idrefs="f0011">Fig. 15</figref> shows. Since the height of the handle portions 127a, 127b (<figref idrefs="f0014">Fig. 19</figref>) Is greater than the height of the side parts 106, 107, the grip part 127 is after erection of the blank 101 for the finished carrier 137 (<figref idrefs="f0014">Fig. 20</figref>) So much before over the tops of the upper ceiling part 108 that as the handle part 27 in <figref idrefs="f0009">Fig. 13</figref> may be taken during the transport of bottles. Particularly advantageously, the front sections form also 127c with the underlying areas of the handle portions 127a, 127b each have a shoulder 127d (<figref idrefs="f0014">Fig. 20</figref>), Which lay down while dragging the handle portion 127 from below against the edge of the slot 147 and thereby prevent the bottom portion 105 can be pulled up to the ceiling portion 109 zoom.
p0050According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention is provided to make the arrangement such that the handle part 127 during erection of the blank 101 is more or less automatically by the slots 146, 147 out to the outside. These two measures are provided according to the invention. On the one imaginary perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 102 extending center lines of the slots 146, 147 positioned slightly off-center and in such a manner in the ceiling parts 108, 109 that a boundary line parallel to 146a of the slot 146 (<figref idrefs="f0012">Fig. 16</figref>) Is a bit further 147 bit further from the fold line 114 as the other boundary line 146b and 147b of the fold line 112 and the end edge 104a away from the end edge 104b and a corresponding boundary line 147a of the slot. This is of the fold lines 129, 130 (<figref idrefs="f0011">Fig. 15</figref>) Distant end edge of the handle 127 in the ready-folded state after <figref idrefs="f0013">Fig. 18</figref> close in front of the two superimposed boundary lines 146b, 147b of the two slots 146 and 147. On the other hand, the blank 101 is provided with an additional raising aid that accordingly when rising <figref idrefs="f0014">Fig. 19</figref> the carrying handle 127 automatically moves into the slots 146, 147th This includes, for raising aid. B. two carrying handle 127 formed tabs 148 (<figref idrefs="f0011 f0012">Fig. 15, 16</figref>), Which consist of punched in the carrying handle 127 sectors. Here, the fold line, each sector is only along a narrow, 128 facing the fixed point 149, the z. B. is only one to two millimeters wide, connected to the handle part section 127b, but otherwise during punching of the blank 101 with a round running through punched contour been 150 provided.
p0051The lugs 148 are thereby made effective that the inside of the second cover part 109 before the folding, ie before the transition from the state shown in <figref idrefs="f0012">Fig. 16</figref> according to the state <figref idrefs="f0013">Fig. 17</figref>, In the range of two in <figref idrefs="f0012">Fig. 16</figref> indicated Leimzonen 151 coated with an adhesive. After folding the second cover part 109, therefore, the tabs 148 in areas 148a (<figref idrefs="f0012">Fig. 16</figref>) Fixed to the inner side 109 (vg1. Also magnify in <figref idrefs="f0014">Fig. 19</figref>). This in turn means that during the erection of the blank 101 and the case occurring removing the cover parts 108, 109 from the bottom portion 105 toward the in<figref idrefs="f0014">Fig. 19</figref> the arrows, the two flaps 148 pulled out from the surface of the grip part section 127b and initially follow suit over the remaining fixed points 149 the handle 127 in the sense that the outer edge formed by the fold line 128 is moved through the slots 146, 147 to the outside, as in <figref idrefs="f0014">Fig. 19</figref> by an arrow <u>w</u> is indicated. Subsequently, the tabs 148 may then be pulled down in the area of fixed points 149 from the handle Part 127b, so that in this state, as<figref idrefs="f0014">Fig. 20</figref> shows remain only recesses 152 are respective contours with the contour plate, while the tongues 148 depend on the lower ceiling portion 109th
p0052A particular advantage of raising aid described is that the blanks 101 also can be erected easily machined.
p0053The fully erected carrier 137 is made <figref idrefs="f0015">Figs. 21 and 22</figref> visible. The handle part 127 is now located at the center of the bottom part 105 and substantially perpendicular thereto, wherein an upper areas on the cover parts 108, 109 projecting outwardly and forms a well detectable carrying handle.
p0054<figref idrefs="f0016 f0017 f0018">Fig. 23-25</figref> show the use of the invention from <figref idrefs="f0015">Figs. 21 and 22</figref> apparent carrier 137 after putting on six bottles 38 is to avoid repetition in this regard to the description of <figref idrefs="f0007 f0008 f0009 f0010">Fig. 11 to 14</figref> referenced. By contrast, shows<figref idrefs="f0019">Fig. 26</figref>That the embodiment of <figref idrefs="f0011 f0012 f0013 f0014 f0015 f0016 f0017 f0018">Fig. 15 to 25</figref> the base part 105 is preferably designed so flexible that it is pressed away upon abutment of the bottom 46 of the handle part 127 automatically to the required degree in a wedge shape downwards, provided that the grip part 127 is higher than corresponds to the distance of the bottom 46 during the stacking of crates. A lateral pivoting of the grip part 127 is therefore, in contrast<figref idrefs="f0007">Fig. 11</figref> not mandatory.
p0055The handle parts 27 and 127 or grip portions 27a, 27b and 127a, 127b are in the rest of such. B. <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 5</figref>. <figref idrefs="f0010">14</figref>. <figref idrefs="f0017">24</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0018">25</figref> show, provided with through openings 153 for the fingers. Also, the two handle portions 27a, 27b and 127a, 127b preferably connected firmly with each other, preferably meadow as in the compound of the ceiling or floor parts 8a, 8b and 105a, 105 are carried out by gluing.
p0056The invention is not limited to the described embodiments, which can be modified in many ways. First, it is clear that the term "bottle" in the present invention, all containers, ie od also cans bottles, glass bottles. Like. Comprises, formed in her shoulder and neck portions like the bottle described 38 and therefore with the described girders 37 , 37a and 137 may be packaged. The bottle body 38a Of course, other forms, in particular the illustrated cylindrical shape having different shapes. Depending on the number and volume of receiving bottles 38 other power boxes can still be used. For example, basis weights 400-450 g / m2 for 11 - Bottles, 360-420 g / m2 for bottles with 0.51 contents and 300-360 g / m2 suitable for bottles with 0.33 l.
p0057Especially for larger bottles and lower basis weights, it may be expedient to provide the grip parts or serving for their preparation grip sections with reinforcements. This is in<figref idrefs="f0020">Fig. 27</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0021">28</figref> the example of a substantially <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> corresponding blank shown. In<figref idrefs="f0020">Fig. 27</figref> the handle part portion 27a in <figref idrefs="f0021">Fig. 28</figref> however, the grip part section 27b each provided with a reinforcing strip 155th This consists, for. Example, from a thin strip or ribbon of a sufficiently hard plastic, which is preferably 27a and 27b connected to the inner, non-visible, in use bottom of the grip member portion, for example by gluing. As<figref idrefs="f0020">Fig. 27</figref>. <figref idrefs="f0021">28</figref> show, the reinforcing strip 155 may extend substantially over the whole, measured transversely to the longitudinal axis 2 of length of the grip piece portion 27a, 27b and are substantially in the direction of the longitudinal axis 2 of a width corresponding to the spacing of the fold line 28 from a parallel to this edge 156 , 157 of the formed in the respective handle part 27a, 27b through opening 153 corresponds. In addition, the reinforcing strip 155 is advantageously provided on one wide side with a self-adhesive surface so that it can be fastened in a simple manner on the finished blank.
p0058Surprisingly, it was found that the basis weight of the intended application for the carrier cartons in the reinforcing strip 155, which could be of course mounted on the two handle sections 27a and 27b, by approximately 15% can be reduced. Conversely, increasing the reinforcing strip 155 the supporting stability in otherwise identical circumstances to at least about 40%, so that the handle 27 27 does not crack under stress even in relatively thin and narrow, located above the access openings 153 land portions of the handle parts. Particularly in carriers for glass bottles with contents from 0.51 to 1.51 of this safety aspect is of particular importance.
p0059Appropriate reinforcement strips can check with blanks <figref idrefs="f0002">FIG. 2</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0011">15</figref> be provided.
p0060Another advantageous reinforcing the described support 1, according <figref idrefs="f0020 f0021 f0022">Fig. 27-29</figref> be provided by means of positively acting locking means. As especially<figref idrefs="f0020">Fig. 27</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0021">28</figref> show, to this end, on the ceiling sections 8a and 8b, which are in the finished carrier 37 to lie on the top part 9, provided locking tabs 158, the pre-punched each along a contour line 159, or be pre-cut, however, along a rear, transverse to the longitudinal axis 2 extending bending line stay 160 fixed to the cut. 1 These locking tabs 158 may include. For example, are folded with a puncture-Dom inward. In addition, after a first, simplest variant at those locations of the other top part 9, in accordance with<figref idrefs="f0006">Fig. 9</figref> in the finished Zustan come d of the carrier 37 to be below the first top member 8, rectangular recesses 161 provided. If the locking tabs 158 thus bent downwards in the finished state of the support 37 manually or automatically to their bending lines 160 by about 90 ° (<figref idrefs="f0022">Fig. 29</figref>), Then they will contact such into the slots 161 that get caught on the outer contours of the locking tabs 158 formed shoulders 162 behind the edges of the recesses 161st This results, in particular because the shoulders 162 on the one hand, a somewhat larger cross-section is given, as the cross-sectional contour of the recesses 161 corresponds to, and because shoulders 162 are sufficiently flexible on the other hand because of the blank material used in order to snap behind the edges of the recesses 161 can ,
p0061In a second preferred variant, the blank material is not removed within the recesses 161, but pre-cut only along a contour 163 or pre-embossed, so that it remains connected to the blank 1 along a direction transverse to longitudinal axis 2 extending bending line 164 and a securing tab 165 (<figref idrefs="f0022">Fig. 29</figref>) Forms. Therefore, when an associated locking tab 158 after manufacture of the carrier 37 is bent by about 90 ° downwards, then a result, the securing tab 165 is pushed downwardly until it snaps behind the locking tab 158, as shown in<figref idrefs="f0022">Fig. 29</figref> is clearly visible. Thus, a subsequent jumping out of the locking tab 158 is reliably prevented during loading of the handle portion 27th The locking tabs 158 and the retaining tabs 165, as<figref idrefs="f0020 f0021 f0022">Fig. 27-29</figref> show, foldable in different directions and be flexible.
p0062With the help of the locking tabs 158, recesses 161 and possibly securing tabs 165 in addition to the force-locking adhesive bond a very stable, form-fitting connection between the two ceiling parts, there is provided 8 and 9. FIG. This is particularly reliably avoided when using heavy bottles that the two roof sections 8, 9 loosen under load each other.
p0063The locking means can also be formed and arranged differently than in <figref idrefs="f0020 f0021 f0022">Fig. 27-29</figref> is shown, are particularly advantageously used in the embodiments according to <figref idrefs="f0001 f0002 f0003 f0004 f0005 f0006 f0007 f0008 f0009 f0010">Fig. 1-14</figref> applied, can if necessary but to also the embodiment <figref idrefs="f0011 f0012 f0013 f0014 f0015 f0016 f0017 f0018 f0019">Fig. 15 to 26</figref> be used.
p0064Furthermore, as can the blanks 1, 32 and 101 and their openings 17, 22 and 24 or 117, 122, and 124 to other closure elements, such. Screw be adapted or designed so that the lower handle segments 20, 120 are not at their lower edges but bear against radially outwardly projecting support rings that are often mounted in particular in plastic bottles below the closure elements of the bottle necks. Furthermore, the lower grip segments can be 20, 120 also omitted altogether, if the openings 17, 117 delimiting edges are sufficiently flexible. A different design of the lower grip segments 20, 120 is possible by z. B. instead of dividing lines 21, 121 larger gaps are provided between the individual segments. Further, the various blank fields to a certain extent have other geometric shapes by providing them z. B. with rounded corners or other product-related amendments. The same applies to the size of the cover members 33, which could also be smaller than corresponds to the open ends of a producible from the basic element of the blank 32 carrier, and for example only described connection means may also be designed differently than shown. Finally understood that the various features can also be applied in other than in the illustrated and described combinations.
