The invention relates to a method for introducing a plurality of separated sheet-like administration forms into a dispenser to form a multi-layer stack for einzeldosierbaren removal, being present as starting material in rolls coiled sheet-shaped bands. The dosage forms may contain therapeutic or cosmetic or food-technological products for their application.
In the mouth area and on the mucous membranes of the mouth area applicable dosage forms are known. Thus, US 3,444,858 (1969) Drug strip based on a gelatin-like material.
Further suggestions for use of such films are known outside the pharmaceutical area. In EP 0216762, a water-soluble film of starch, gelatin, glycerol or sorbitol is disclosed, which is coated by means of a roller application. It is mentioned that can also be produced for chemical reagents, aromatics and the like, such as dosage forms.
In the market available dosage forms in cosmetic and confectionary applications have become established with individual donors plastic since about 1995; mentioned is the product of Nisshin, Japan. The individual donors included stacks of superimposed sheet sections which allow to store an opening lip the individual removal of the uppermost film piece.
However, the technical solution of the production and packaging of such film-like stack of feedstock encounters difficulties; the literature can be found no practicable instructions for their preparation. Only US 4,180,558 describes the stacking of edible films that are laminated together but at the edges and is therefore not suitable for the above application example. Because such film-shaped dosage forms because of their low weight per unit area, for example, between 10 and 50 g / m2, Prone to static electricity and the surfaces must be designed for ease of removal displaced, manages a precisely positioned cutting and superimposing of film sections only with great difficulty and with great cost.
The observation of manufacturing techniques of industrial areas such as the processing of paper or plastic bag packaging provides no practical hints for solving problems. In US 4,070,014, although the formation of stacks of two different types of paper in a partially overlapping relationship is described using vakuumansaugender transfer rolls. This technique, as well as known from US 5,348,527 technique Papierstaplung describes a comparatively time-consuming process of individual cuts from a roll and individual deposition on a stack. The US 4,406,650 describes the formation of a folded in zigzag shape paper tape from a roll, from a stack seen through trimming. Here is a disadvantage in a blend of the material. At different film structure the top and bottom or at the corrugation does not succeed in this case, with their original top to stack the individual sheets upward.
Starting from the aforementioned prior art, the invention has the object of specifying a method referred to in the preamble of claim 1 type, with which it is possible, while avoiding the aforementioned disadvantages and problems, individual dosed sheet-like administration forms precisely and with high operating speed in a dispenser under forming a multi-layer stack introduce, being present as starting material in rolls coiled sheet-shaped bands.
This object is achieved with the invention in a method referred to in the preamble of claim 1 by the kind specified in the characterizing part of sequence of steps. Here the stack is exactly formed by simultaneously unwinding several individual rolls of sheet-like intermediate product, superimposing the individual webs and common cross-cutting the resultant multiple laminate strand and cutting the stacks and inserted into the dispenser with advantage in a surprisingly simple operation. With great advantage, the inventive method is suitable for accurate work with great speed.
The space provided intermediate of narrow rolls example, consists of about 20 to 1000 m long, rolled-up individual webs in product width, which can be produced by roll-section of original width fabric. In the simplest case, a number of narrow rolls, corresponding to the number of pieces of foil per donor, fixed in the vicinity of a stack to be produced freely rollably on axes.
The rotation and unwinding of rolls is preferably in the same direction, and the material is by means known in the art drawbars withdrawn and conducted jointly by all roles. The resultant multiple laminate strand is then fed under control and leveling of the lateral joint edges a cross-sectional device behind which the to be loaded dispenser is in the open state.
The narrow rolls used can have almost any geometry. Good results can be achieved with roll widths between 5 and 40 mm. The length of the aufgewikkelten material should be at least about 20 m, preferably more than 500 m, per roll, in order to avoid a frequent interruption of the operation. An early association of two or more bands and simultaneous winding or unwinding is possible, but often leads to difficulties when many layers are wound. It has been found surprisingly to be impossible, arising out of a eight or more such film layers laminated in a controlled process unwind again, since the outer radius lying on the laminate elements of the film strip are slightly longer than the inner laminate elements. When unwinding example, this would result in more than four laminate layers to divergence of the paths and thus to interrupt the process. For this reason it is preferred by the winding and unwinding of rolls having few - for example up to four - made laminate elements use.
The type of dispenser is irrelevant for the application of the present invention. Dispenser made of plastic or cardboard can be easily filled. The opening page can be found in the case of rectangular sheet sections on the narrow side, in which case the pre-cut narrow rolls have the width of the small side length of the rectangle. Provided that the narrow rolls are, however, performed in the later longitudinal dimension of the film sections, the opening side of the dispenser is located on one of its longitudinal sides.
In the case of a two-part dispenser drawer as designed in the form base would usefully be primarily filled and then placed the shell. but it is also possible to fill half-open dispenser. Also the filling of sealed pouches, the -enabled embodiment can be used as a dispenser, in particular in the case of a "peel" is possible by, for example, the cut pile is placed on the lower web a tapered sealable packaging material strip and then sealed closed after supply of the packaging-material web, the resulting bag ,
Details, features and advantages of the invention will become apparent by way of example from the following explanation of the method pedigree schematically shown in the drawing. This shows:
The apparatus for introducing a plurality of separated sheet-like administration forms into a dispenser to form a multi-layered stack (9) to einzeldosierbaren removal comprises according to FIG 1 an indefinite number - depending on the number of layers - from rolls (1a to 1h) with wound thereon drug-containing bands (10). These run while unwinding at different angles to the horizontal to guide rolls (2) and through between them, wherein the bands (10) are bundled into a multi-layered strand (8). The strand (8) is gripped by a pair of conveyor rollers (3) and to a pair of scissors (4) pulled. reached the end of the transport path, is with the scissors (4) from the strand (8) each comprise a multi-ply stack (9) consisting of loosely superimposed in exact alignment dosage forms, separated and placed in a provided dispensing container (5) after the dispenser (5) previously placed automatically with a (not shown) conveyor means in the filling position. Here, the dispenser (5) is loaded with at least one stack (9). Depending on the material and task, a dispensing container (5) are successively filled with more stacks (9). The loaded container is then transported by the conveyor (11).
The process is surprisingly simple, cost-buildable and dissolves in an ideal way the object stated.
