p0001The invention relates to a programmable speech and / or video device, in particular an intercom and / or video intercom for buildings, comprising a housing which covers a lead-provided electronic circuit, said electronic circuit comprises at least one end connected to at least a part of the conductor tracks stored-program having component.
p0002From the prior art it is known that are used in buildings to communicate from the front door in the Audio and Video equipment building. In these systems, enhanced microcontroller-based devices are used. The microcontroller used are usually constructed as an integrated semiconductor elements, are used in increasingly always newer technologies.
p0003Microcontrollers are increasingly used which have a small amount of memory, for example, 2 KB (kilo bytes), 4 KB or 8 KB. The different types of memory are used. While in recent years the OTP technology (One Time Programmable technology) is used for only one-time storing a program in the microcontroller will be strengthened in future applied flash memory technologies. Such flash microcontrollers can be programmed up to 100,000 times more with new programs.
p0004In the production of Domophons the Flash microcontroller to be programmed with the appropriate programs and then delivered to the customer. Reprogramming the Flash microcontroller by the customer is currently not possible because the customer would have to make itself more manipulations on the unit. For a new programming of flash microcontrollers, the device typically must be opened and an adapted programming adapters are attached to the microcontroller.
p0005From the state of the art as another solution applying Headers or sockets on the circuit board known. About the edge connectors or sockets that flash microcontrollers can be reprogrammed by means of a plug. Disadvantage of these programming options is an uncomfortable waste handling or generating additional costs related to components such as plugs or sockets.
p0006In the <patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="WO9406238A"><text>WO 94/06238</text></patcit> is a telephone disclosed on the back are arranged RS-232 communications ports. Inside the phone microcontroller and memory are disposed, which are in connection with the data transmission connection. About a data transfer connection a workstation computer, data can be sent through an attached device, such. As.
p0007The <patcit id="pcit0002" dnum="US5587735A"><text>US 5,587,735 A</text></patcit> shows a video telephone, which is connectable to an ISDN system. On the back of several connectors are arranged, including a serial RS-232C port.
p0008The object of the invention to provide a programmable voice and / or video device in which changes to the program without opening the housing are easy to carry out. Moreover, the inventive programmable voice and / or video device is inexpensive, ie be prepared to devices over the prior art without significant overhead.
p0009The object of the invention is solved by the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments are described in the dependent claims.
p0010Accordingly, the housing has at least one opening through which the housing is closed at at least a part of the conductor tracks for programming the programmable logic device is electrically contacted through. Opening the housing cover is not necessary in the programming, so that no inadvertent damage to the electronics of the programmed user caused. In addition, handling is significantly improved.
p0011In order to supply in particular when programming the electronics with voltage can be obtained by the at least one opening through at least a further part of the conductor tracks for supplying voltage to the speech and / or video device electrically connected to a voltage source or can be contacted for this purpose.
p0012Additionally or alternatively, a further opening may be provided through which at least a further part of the conductor tracks for supplying voltage to the speech and / or video device to a voltage source can be electrically connected or contacted.
p0013In order to provide a particularly simple type of contact, the point to be contacted electrically conductive tracks on the contact surfaces on the electronic circuit board carrying. The contact areas below the respective housing opening and may be arranged with the respective housing opening are substantially aligned in an advantageous manner. A simple contact is guaranteed.
p0014To accomplish programming with simple measures, the conductor tracks or contact areas by the respective housing opening can contact through means of contact elements, which are connected to a programming device. Also the contact elements may be provided to connect the conductor tracks or the contact areas by the respective housing opening therethrough to a voltage source and to this end contact.
p0015According to a preferred embodiment, the conductor tracks or contact areas by the respective housing opening can contact through means of contact elements which are connected to a programming and power supply unit. By providing a single unit for the supply of operating voltage and at the same time to program the programmable logic device, the handling is further facilitated.
p0016In this case, the programmer and the programming and power supply unit includes an adapter unit for connecting a computer unit. By means of this external computer unit can be the programmable device particularly comfortable reprogram.
p0017The purpose computing unit used for this purpose has a memory device in which the einzuprogrammierende in the programmable logic device program is stored. The computer unit may be a desktop computer, portable notebook computer or the like personal computers.
p0018To ensure a reliable contact, exhibit according to an advantageous embodiment, the contact elements electrically conductive needle and / or spring contacts or the like, an electronically conductive connection to the contact surfaces producing contacts.
p0019Advantageously can be set such contacts when inserted into the respective openings of these. Characterized a desired safe during the programming process, contact is ensured so that the data stream and / or the power supply is not interrupted. To this end, the contact elements can be fixed in the housing openings substantially accurately by frictional forces, said fixing means can be provided for determining the contact elements in the housing openings on the contact elements and / or the housing openings.
p0020By programming the programmable logic device, the functionality of the voice and / or video equipment can be changed according to the programmed program easily.
p0021In order not to alter the optical appearance of the speech and / or video device, the mindestes an opening and / or the at least one further opening at the rear side remote from the user of the housing may be arranged. Since reprogramming is relatively rare make, also signal the need to disassemble the speech and / or video device of a building wall can be accepted.
p0022The described programming method can be performed for different devices in a speech and / video system, have the contact openings in the housing. This may be without handset also known as video stations or exchange stations.
p0023The invention in a preferred embodiment is explained by referring to the accompanying drawings in detail.
